not happy at all with the grooming. Don’t give your dogs here especially to a groomer named sarah, she is rude full of attitude. My baby is a puppy okay five months and she is telling me i need to give my puppy lots of training. First of all she is already in training sessions at this location and second of all she never got complaints from any other petsmart groomers in other locations. She had always cooperated in baths and trims. The fact that she didn’t means either my pup had to pee or sarah did something to her which made her scared and squirmy. Give yourself lots of training sarah since you can’t even handle a puppy. if you can’t then be in another profession cause you clearly don’t care for the dogs.

What a joke of a store. Came for goldfish for my kids left with a bad taste in my mouth. The young girl at the fish area wouldn't sell my kids goldfish for a 10 gallon aquarium because she thought it was over crowded. Goldfish have lived in bowls for 800 years. I will never bring my money to this petsmart again. After speaking to management about this they wete unwilling to assist. Go elsewhere. There are better stores and chewy is cheaper

The staff was very friendly and willing to help, and everything I needed was available in the store ready for me to purchase.

By far the best groomers in a pet store. I've taken my dogs for nail grinding at at least four different pet stores in the area and this one is the absolute best at keeping them short and rounded. Plus all the grooming staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

I love going to PetSmart to shop for my family pets. They always have a good selection of pet food, pet toys and other pet accessories.

Nicole did a great job with Troy. He did not like for anyone to touch his paws, and they came out great. Will definitely continue using him.

First time bringing my pup in for a nail grind and met Nikki and Karma who are sweet as can be! They had great hospitality and were so gentle with my pup. Will definitely be back for them!

The shop is very very clean

One of the better locations I've been too. I take my pup here regularly for doggie day camp and she's loves it there! Literally doesn't even turn back to say bye to me when I drop her off and looks back like she doesn't want to leave when I pick her up. The store itself is organized and you're always greeted upon entering. I've picked up dog food and some dog toys and have always been happy with the selection.

Matt definitely needs training. His position is clearly argument service and not customer service. Matt was definitely out of line arguing why I could not return a broken item that I had just purchased a few hours ago. The item was broken when I opened it, and I went back to the store and bought a more expensive one thinking it will be better quality. When I opened the new one it was not sturdy or big enough for my pet. I took back both items the same day within hours, they were both unused. As soon as I walked in the store he did not say "hello, how can I help you" he said, "why are you here again? Weren't you just here and bought that" I said "yes, I need to return these items because one is broken and the other one is not big enough for my pet." He looked at me up and down and laughed. I said "what's going on?" He said "you clearly used the items and opened them. I said "Obviously I opened them, but I didn't even get a chance to use them, I was literally here less than 2 hours ago, and if you read the return terms the receipt says customers have 60 days to return the item, it's been less than a day for me." He said "that's the problem, YOU PEOPLE want to use things and return them? Am I right? And I don't care what the receipt says." Laughing, mocking me, screaming and embarrassing me in front of the customers. He continued like that for almost 5 minutes, telling me every single excuse as to why I can't return something, and that the manager was not going to approve the return. I ended up leaving to another store where they clearly have more manners and respect. I returned both items within 1 minute, in the same condition I did at the first store and without hesitation the manager gave me my money back and apologized for the broken item. This is the first and last time I go to a PetSmart. Petco has better products and better customer service.

I was so impressed with the customer service and professionalism during my per’s first grooming appointment. I came home and phoned the salon to once again thank them for the wonderful job they did on my sweet dog, Blue. He looks amazing. Each person I encountered during the entire process was friendly, kind and very professional. I’m impressed and looking forward to continued visits.

Always have just I need and at a good price. Convenient to order online and pick up. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I was with my daughters dog who is a Doberman mix and very strong hard to control. One of the groomers was helping one of the cashiers and came in and helped me find three products to buy. She was very sweet and helpful!

The Doggie Daycare is great for my pup. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the staff (likely due to Covid turnover - so it’s not their fault really, but it does affect customer experience) is uneven when they give me updates about how she did during the day, as well in their customer service skills. They are much quicker than the Duluth location, which I used for years, especially during morning drop off, which was a godsend.

We used the Banfield hospital, our cat of almost 17 yrs was in pain and was having trouble walking with his back legs. Short story..we had to put him to sleep. The staff was very helpful and understanding.

The staff at petsmart are incredible. They are very helpful and are always willing to satisfy the needs of the customers. I adopted a cat from petsmart and they were very helpful in helping me find what I need for my cat. They have everything I need for my aquatic turtle, and they are always willing to price match anything except for Ebay.

This neighborhood PetSmart has been a good resource for our pets, as well as a great place for local shelters to adopt out pets. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

It's an good and friendly place. They will help you with all your answers. We usually buy our fishes there they will give you an brief about which size tank and which fish we can combine.

Curbside is quick and easy, orders always accurate. Our furbaby was overdue for a good bath so we upgraded and did the full package (nails smoothed, teeth brushed, fragrance spritz). She didn't have a bandana as advertised but that's alright. They were so nice to get her to her vet check up next door after her bath and curbside pup pickup and drop off are an added bonus to help me feel safe during the pandemic as I'm high risk for complications.

Poor customer service, no one would stop and take the time to help answer questions. The product selection was horrible for hamsters!

Everyone there is very nice. The store is clean and everyone is wearing masks and observing social distancing. I bought dog and fish items. The tanks were clean for the most part. There were a few dead fish, but that happens. I've seen worse. The ladies in the dog area were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me with my puppy potty training needs.
