I have used Banfield consistently with my 2 dogs (I credit Banfield for both of them living to 12 but died both being hit by a car). Rates for Care Plans are reasonable and it covers a huge amount on vaccinations and other odd and ends. They always are happy to grret each customer. Dr Fish has been looking after my little one since his first appt and is always happy to talk if I have any issues. I just wish we could start going back into the exam rooms I always feel like I'm missing something. Otherwise very happy

I've only ever been 2 one Vet b4 & it was in IL. But this place is better. I love the ones inside the pet store cuz i get to shop while my lil one is getting checked up. Great job on keeping our fur babies happy/healthy &safe.

These ladies went above and beyond for my appointment today. I’ve had issues in the past with another location, and decided to take another step and try another vet close to me, they were extremely accommodating for me and my cat, Onyx, which I am forever grateful for. Drop off was easy and I was in and out with another appointment scheduled in less than 5 minutes. Thank you ladies, and thank you Dr. Fish who worked with Onyx!

Called multiple times to take my dog for a walk in for ear infection...no one answered from 7 am - 830am. So, I took him there and they said we can't see him today. I told them I was trying to reach them and she argued that she didn't get any call. 'Go find another Vet' us what she told me. I expected better answer and attempts to help me. I know they are open on Sunday. I see a different Doctor Everytime I go there. Different standards. Not allowed to meet the Doctor claiming Covid and people are walking in there without a mask. Disappointing....the staff I feel are not well trained. Not sure how they treat the pets....they can't complain, right. Switching Vets.

I took my dog to do a sterilization, a month and a half later she had her hit again, they wanted me to believe that she had a urinary infection, they wanted me to pay more money for unnecessary laboratory tests, finally they had to do a second surgery on me dog to correct his mistake

My cat been going to Banfield since I have him and everything has been great! I have to take my cat internationally and we made it safe and sound!!! Thanks to all the banfield staffs. Dr. Conner, Ms Nicole and everyone involved! It was such a hassle with all paperworks and Certificate and I was very anxious with all the situations but the staffs have helped me with everything they could and put up with my phone calls every other days lol. Thank you so much. You guys are awesome!

This place was nice before the staff change but now they are rude and not understanding at all. Honestly, they made me so upset today that my years of good experiences with Banfield really got ruined by this one front desk girl with short brown hair. They really need to fire her and bring their old staff back. I’m switching doctors and location because of her. Although she was so unprofessional to the point I want to call Banfield and just cancel our account altogether.

I have 3 chow chows. The entire staff, across the board, had been nothing short of excellent when dealing with each of my babies. One of my dogs we rescued is petrified of strangers and other vets have required him to wear a muzzle despite him never having bitten anyone. They never have here at Banfield, nor have they had any issues when handling him. I appreciate that they each go above and beyond to show both you and your pet respect and give you thorough knowledge during your visit. I love love love this place. It’s always clean, and always a pleasant visit

The veterinarians and staff at this location are all very friendly and caring and take the time to explain all procedures. To be honest had a less than stellar experience with a Banfield inside a Petsmart many years ago so was apprehensive about trying it again, but this location has been great. We have our dog on a wellness plan and we feel it's been worth it.

Dropped my older dog off first thing in the morning 6 hours later she still has not been checked or taken out to use the bathroom wen i pick her up its always the same issue and never get anywhere with these people shes clearly in pain and they just say shes fine and try to upsell some useless vitamins that are irrelevant to her issues ive had numerous issues with banfields across the state horrible place to take your pet and expensive for no reason......a few days later update she got a urinary track infection because these idiots decided not to let her out to pee all day horrible service this location is horrible

I cant say enough about Dr. Fish and the other Dr. on staff. I was afraid to bring my Ted to any Vet so I looked around for a Banfield with the best reviews. Its about a 20 minute drive from my place to get out here but its so worth it. Ted is 13 years old and has cancer of the spleen. Its been heartbreaking dealing with this but I have to say the Dr's here have taken good care of us. Ted is always welcomed in and they are always informative. They have always provided the medicine he needs and gone above and beyond. I wanted to take my time to show gratitude. We have an apt. tomm. as we dont really know how much time we have left. I am greatful for Dr. Fish and the other Dr. that saw Ted they are both amazing. -Grant Qualls

Great Pet hospital. Made an appointment and treated my dog as their own. Quick check up and constantly asking if I had any other concerns. It is a bit further but SOOOO worth it. Staff is very patient with my kids as well. Clean inside and out.

We moved to the area from out of state in January 2018 and decided to sign up for a healthcare plan/membership and use these guys as our main heath care provider for my 7 year old Frenchie boy. They have been awesome and I am beyond satisfied at the care provided. I can tell they love my pup and I always feel good about leaving him in their care. They are super accommodating when random issues come up and allow me to drop him off before I head to work and squeeze him in between their scheduled appointments. Awesome staff, I’d recommend this office 100%!

All of my dogs have been banfield babies since they were born. Banfield has been very good at keeping me up on their shots and checkups. The staff at every location is personable and have shown sensitivity to the various situations that have come up with my fur babies. Recently I lost my eldest, Sage. I was devastated, the staff at banfield helped make the transition as easy as possible for me and my Sage. I'm so thankful for them. I will continue with banfield for all my pet hospital needs.

Complete waste of time. Brought in our cat a month ago for light hair-loss around the neck, Veterinarian was more interested in discussing options and costs instead of identifying the issue and providing a solution. She (Veterinarian) eventually settled on an idea, offered to perform a scratch test, dug too deep during the test (our cat now has a scar across her head), returned with a frightened, bloody-head cat, and said: "test was negative, next option is invasive surgery, should we discuss the price?" I told the Veterinarian I was unhappy with this entire ordeal and would like to leave because no progress was made, and now I have a stressed-out pet. The front office offered to cancel the charges for "client satisfaction," but received a bill for $115 a month later anyway. Thank you for scarring my cat and wasting my time and money.

The staff at this location is particularly excellent at this location. The doctors are professional and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is courteous and friendly. We can always get an appointment on short notice and the appointment times are kept very well, so we are in and out as quickly as possible, but never rushed out if we have questions. We switched from another location (Venture Drive) and will always come to this location instead in spite of being slightly farther away for us. We had a particularly difficult problem to solve and the staff did everything possible to help us keep costs in check as well.

We’re new to the area and needed to see a vet ASAP without breaking the bank because we needed two appointments one week apart. I was nervous af first because you always hear horror stories about banfield and chains like them. However they were absolutely amazing!!! They got us in for a new patient appointment for the next day. The check in process was smooth and they were not overbooked at all. The front desk lady was so welcoming and kind. The vet tech was very educated and ready to answer all our questions. Same as the vet, she answered any and all questions we had and made sure we asked her everything we could possibly be concerned about before she left the room. They educated about programs they offer but we’re not pushy at all. Once we left I felt really confident that all our questions were answered honestly and I would definitely take either of my dogs here for their future appointments. All around wonderful staff at this location and fair prices for great care. Thank you for helping Mako! Oh and they called the next day to confirm Mako is doing okay and to make sure we had no concerns or questions. Really great customer service. We’ll be back!

I love this branch. The front desk staff are so funny and friendly. I feel confident bringing my cat, Sasha, in for checkups and to treat her illness. The doctors are hands-on and friendly, and really take the time to connect with your pet. I couldn’t pick a better vet!

Positives: friendly front office staff and this location is extremely clean with no pet smells of any kind. Negatives: had an appointment at 7:30 for a surgical consult, (banfield requested that my cat should be fasting when brought in just in case surgery would be needed) did not hear anything until 11:15 saying my cat wouldn’t let the vet staff get near her. Well maybe my cat would’ve been in a better mood if she had eaten within the last 13 hours.

The Hours of operation are wrong unless they are leaving an hour early without approval. Attempted to go at 6 (an hour before closing) to get a copy of my dog’s vaccines and they where already closed.
