8 weeks after they said my dog's leg would not heal, His broken leg is healed thanks to Blue Pearl! I'm Here to remind everyone 4 Paws wouldn't even touch my dogs leg but still charged us for a consultation and xrays they took even though they knew they couldn't help the animal. If you have a major concern with your pet for anything above BASIC Flea and tick and heart worm, then skip these guys and go straight to Blue Pearl because they care about your animal and have the actual resources and plans to help you. 4 Paws will take $400 from you just to refer your pet elsewhere. We now go to Blue Pearl weekly for my dogs leg and every trip is less than $80 for a re-wrap that 4 Paws wouldn't even do. 4 Paws also charged us $400 when Blue Pearl health professionals only charge $80... Every week I see someone come into Blue Pearl that paid to get told to go there by 4 Paws and it makes me cringe.. . They dont have the resources to help your pet. They will take admin fees from you and charge you for whatever they can like flea, tick, vaccines, then they will tell you they were NEVER able to help and that you need to go to Blue Pearl - the real animal hospital. This facility offers no orthopedics or surgeries to animals so read this and know up-front they will charge you for a consultation on procedures that they don't even perform and that's borderline evil because they take advantage of people helping their animals. Wish our dog luck as he re-begins his life thanks to everyone but 4 Paws

The staff was very friendly with a clean environment. I really did enjoy their personalities. However, the pricing was higher than most vets. Also they try to sell you on things not really needed. I called two other vets & was told I didn't need most of the stuff this facility tried to sell me on although I did pay for one item just for a peace of mind.. also the other vets quoted cheaper prices for the same services. I just didn't go to any of those because their available appts were way too far out. Keep in mind the dog I brought in was a senior and may only have 3 years left at most due to the breed & limit of typical age it reaches so to try to encourage me to get all unnecessary exams & work done just seemed unethical. I will admit they didn't try to pressure me extra hard on getting the other items. Yes I would go back because again I was happy with the overall customer service & because I'm an experienced dog owner & has a friend who works in a vet clinic I know what's needed, over priced etc., therefore I can't be made to feel my pets need all this extra stuff.

AMAZING!!!!! I found out the vet we were going never renewed his international health certificate license about six days before my international flight, which left me with no time to get this done. The staff at Four Paws have been absolutely INCREDIBLE. They booked me spontaneously the next day taken excellent care of my little furry family member, and were responsive until I had the certificate endorsed in my hands a day later. I can't thank them enough! They will for sure see us back!

I called Four Paws in the afternoon after my cat had a facial injury (possibly clawed) and was bleeding. They asked me to bring her in and was seen by Dr. Ashley Tharp. It was past 5pm and they stayed longer than an hour examining her. Dr. recommended that I take her to the emergency vet hospital and examined by ophthalmologist. It was a great advice, now I know! Recommend this place for the caring staff and doctors for your dear pets.

Dr. Tharp and all the team are not only the best for the pets, but they are also friendly and warm with us. I've been going there for about 14 months now. They took good care of our 9yo baby until he passed away, and now they're again taking excellent care of our new puppy. We highly and only recommend them!

I brought my mastiff in for a new patient checkup and had a terrific experience from start to finish. Dr. Howard and her team were attentive and all-around excellent!

Our dog has been going here for years, you can really tell everyone loves there job and cares so much for the animals.

Still amazing. They have stayed multiple times late hours to help. Got home today at 5:15 to a corgi not walking. It takes 30 minutes to get there and they close at 6. I asked if I could bring Colby and they said absolutely. They saw him, did all the bloodwork and xrays that take time, and recommended the appropriate specialist. I had a dog that ended up being diagnosed with Addisons Disease and they did the same. They even stayed hours after they closed on a Saturday to diagnose and treat that dog. This place goes above and beyond for your loved ones!!!

Great service, large housing areas for boarding pets, dogs go outside often when boarded, and the staff is super kind. Couldn't ask for anything else!

Amazing staff and veterinarians. They really care and were very sympathetic on a terrible day when we had to put our dog to sleep. We even received a sympathy card that the entire staff had signed and offered condolences. Highly recommended!
