Dr Bannister is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this group! Our dog is difficult to deal with and he has been amazingly patient with him. He is also extremely thorough and basically saved his life by discovering bladder stones early on that later turned into an emergency situation. Thank you Dr!

We have enjoyed bringing our dogs to Family Tree since they opened! Dr. Bannister goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with treatment and to address your every concern! He even helped step by step with all of the paperwork, enabling us to meet the extensive and tedious requirements for transporting the dogs overseas. We were able to skip pet quarantine and breezed through the pet inspection due to his careful planning and attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

The staff here is always welcoming and sincerely concerned for the animals and owners that they service. Dr. Bannister is thorough in his examinations and explanations of his determinations. There is no push for additional cost services that may not be necessary. I highly recommend Family Tree Medical Clinic for the best experience that a pet owner could hope for. My dog, Gator, will be a patient there for as long as I am lucky enough to have him with me.

The bed side manner of Dr.Bannister is impeccable. He has a very calming voice and nature that put my cat at ease! Very informative and the entire staff is courteous and professional! Highly recommend!

Brought new puppy to the office. Staff and Dr Bannister are caring, thorough and helpful. They purposely take time to listen. Initial impressions are excellent, hopefully long term care/visits have the same result.

We have been bringing our 16 week old puppy to Dr Bannister and our experience has been great! Although Covid procedures to ensure everyone’s safety have not allowed me to meet him in person, his approach is fantastic as he calls and discusses all issues, findings, questions and recommendations before and after every appointment. Dr Bannister is very patient and spends a lot of time going over all my questions and concerns to ensure I am educated and comfortable with the care my sweet puppy receives. I am very pleased with FTAC and can tell Dr Bannister truly cares about each patient and providing the best care possible.

This was our dog's first visit to FTAC, and we couldn't be more pleased. Debra was helpful and willing to call me back to confirm an appointment time that worked best for us. Even with COVID, and not being allowed inside, Dr. Bannister called and explained everything to us -- our dog's health, diet, needed vaccines, etc. He took time to answer questions and provide us with a detailed plan for his care. Being new to the area, we have many animal clinics from which to chose, and we can honestly say, FTAC was the best choice for us.

I came to Dr. Bannister seeking a second opinion on the health of my cat and I am so grateful I did. Given the new procedures to protect his patients’ people and himself and his staff from COVID, he has a wonderful approach to communication. He calls as frequently as needed during and after visits. My cat has a chronic issue and he has made sure that I have all the information I need or want. In addition to calling me to explain test results and making care recommendation, and answering my questions he emails me additional sources of information. He emails regularly to check in and not only responds quickly but he responds on the weekends too. I can not sing his praises enough. In addition to himself, his office staff is so friendly and helpful. The overall experience couldn’t be better.

I brought my 4 week old kitten in to Family Tree Animal Clinic after hearing about them from a friend and couldn’t be more pleased. I am always looking for a personable experience and they did just that. Walking in, the front desk worker was super nice and was so welcoming. She took us into the exam room and they had a chalkboard sign with my kittens name on it welcoming him to the office. Dr. Bannister and his nurse were warm and friendly. I have never owned a cat before and they answered all of my questions and provided me with ample amounts of information. I never felt rushed or like I was being an inconvenience for asking so many questions. They truly treated me and my kitten like we mattered and they really cared. I will be transferring my dog to this clinic ASAP. The customer service was what I have been searching for in a vet and I am so grateful to have found it.
