My fur baby is always squeaky clean and HAPPY when i pick her up. Prices for grooming vary depending on the size of your pooch and there is a fee when using your credit or debit but no fee for cash. Other than those things the prices are very manageable.

Nice receptionist up front, very helpful. The guy that came and got my dog has a great spirit because my dog had minimal problems going with him up the back room. Though she did have to be picked up. She doesn't like anybody else but me and my fiance...... She had no trouble going with him

My puppy love this place

I’ve been taking my puppy Joy here since I first got her at 6 weeks and she’s now 7 months. They take great care of her here. She gets all of her shots & grooming needs. And everything was fine when I left her for overnight boarding while I went on a 4 day vacation. The staff is very nice and sweet . 10/10 ????

Overpriced. I felt like I was at a car dealership. Don't purchase medication from them!!!! Antibiotic 70.bucks!!!! Spent 400.00 --- We will not go back to this location! P.S. They charge you 3.5 percent for using your credit or debit card!!!!

I’ve seen this location for years. I’ve finally had the chance to visit and the staff were not only nice and professional they were quite accommodating. The styled cut I received, was dog show approved. I highly recommended this location for your grooming and veterinary needs. Will be visiting weekly for their stellar services

i moved up to stone mountain a few years back and brought my pitbull with me . im always very cautious and finicky when it comes to others and them handling my baby because the breed is so misunderstood . its funny , i came in on a day that a customer was being very disrespectful over something THEY agreed for them to do so this had me thinking twice but i followed my gut i started going to atlanta pet care in march .. by far this has been the best place ive been to for shots and baths . i love the ladies at the front desk , theyre always smiling and always coming to greet everyone and is so patient especially with my baby . not only are they nice but they make sure that im aware of any and everything that goes on . they made me feel at home and i will not be going to any other dog place . if i could give a million stars i would ! they always take care of me and i see how they take care of all of the dogs like theyre all babies . if you all want a vet , boarding and bath place that CARES and love your dog as their own , this is definitely the place to go . i referred my family and friends who also started coming and they also love it ! not sure what issues other customers have but based on how they treat mine and a few friends ? its definitely the person not the business . thank you guys so so much for making a difference ! see you all next week !

The staff in this office are the most unorganized crooks. They kept my dog over night because they forgot to tell me he was ready and then when I got him they had done nothing the next day and charged me for room and board smh. Then tried to hold my dog hostage after their mistake. The owner attempted to snatch my dog out my hand and then yelled that I pushed her. I will be filing a complaint with every business organization I can find to report these people.

Waited another 30 min after I arrived to pick my dog up and the hair cut was horrible

Almost killed my dog...Tgey ripped you off and over charged me. My dog is barely moving or breathing because they gave him medication that I told them not to give him. O suggest you never bring your pet here ever.

Horrible facility..I waited for 4 hours and no help and they weren't busy. I was never seen...facility is disgusting, worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I have been taking my dogs to Atlanta Pet Care for over 3 years. The service is always A1. My dogs wag their tales when ever we arrive. I couldn’t imagine taking my little ones anywhere else. The front staff is always friendly. T is a wonderful and always happy person along with the rest of the staff.

I have taken my dog here for almost 7 years for his shots and weekly baths. its a great place with kind hearted staff.

I took my puppy there they charge me 700 dollars and he still sick ... so expensive

My dog had a procedure done where her ears were cropped. Prior to the surgery I was told that the price would be 598; one of the techs explained it would cover blood work, anesthesia, medication,the surgery, and the removal of "sutures" My dogs appointment was set for 3/20/2020, she was dropped off that morning and after about 10 minutes I received a phone call stating that the vet had some emergency and that my dog's surgery would have to be done the next day, however they did offer to board her; my next issue is that prior to surgery animals have to be npo'd prior to surgery ( meaning the day prior to surgery no food) so because the surgery had to be done the next day she went two days without food. The next day after her surgery I received a call stating that she apparently needed a bath and that would be an extra charge, I refused because of the prior inconvenience so they offer to dry bathe her to clean the "urine" off of her paws( they were going to charge me 35 dollars to clean urine). Afterwards I received another call from ate h asking did I want to pick up her prescription there are have it filled and picked up somewhere else, she then went on to tell me that would be another amount in which I refused because a tech told me that the medication was covered under the price (598) completed I had someone come pick her up from the office because I wasn't mobile at the time, the instructions they gave him were to keep her bandages wrapped for 10 days. a few days after I called the vet because my dog had scratched her bandages to the point where they were coming off. The tech stated that it would be $129 to rewrapp her bandages so at that point I declined and told her I would just wrap them as best as I could. about 14 days after the surgery I called and asked if I could bring her in for the stitches to removed and the technician informed me that I needed to wait 21 days and then the "sutures" could be removed; at the time of this phone call I asked again to verify if i would have to pay anything and the technician told me that I would only have to pay anything if they had to administer anesthesia to remove... it’s more I’ll be going to the media and I’m going to have them investigated

The dog smelled good but not only were they ridiculously high but the do still had fleas and wasn’t ready at the time to leave they were all over the place and didn’t look clean they do not have good deals

Mini Schnauzer brought in for ear infection. He was shaking his head and I could not touch it without him yelping. They called me back with a $728.00 quote. Which included: $98.00 to shave his ear 138.00 to flush ear 207.00 for 3 shots ( antibiotics, anti inflammatory and antihistamines), 98.00 for ear sytology 59.00 ear drop then 39.00 for amoxicillin, 69.00 for Pretezone . I ran down to get my dog and found another vet.

This is a very good place ! They treat the dogs with good care and they smell so great after a bath. Highly recommend

not good. first time we went it was fine. second time HORRIBLE. i took my cat there and she had gotten a cast. it was horrendously tight. her entire paw had gotten swollen it took an hour to get it off. bad quality. poor cat had to suffer. i can’t put a picture but it was TOO swollen.

The absolute worst. Grooming Fees have went from 65 dollars to 89 since the pandemic. I dropped my dog off at 10 a.m. and they called me at 1p.m. saying he had fleas and could dip him for an additional 69 dollars. i declined and they waited until 3p.m. to call me back to say they couldnt continue grooming unless i got it......Never again....avoid this place like Corona

Visited today and they had problems with their internet and only could take cash or check. But they do good with my girlfriend's problematic dog when nobody else could. They got my vote of confidence for that

Too long to pick up my pet

Love this place, the nicest people work there. Have been coming here with my rabbit sense I got her. The price to get her nails clip is very reasonable.

They very good care of my pet.
