My elderly bird is in the last year of her life span, suffering from arthritis and holding her right leg up. After seeing the Dr. here, she is starting to use her leg again. Thanks guys!

Hammond hills is an excellent place to take your dog. Dr. Bohman was very informative about our pets health and the staff is always so sweet! A great honest place!

We have been trying to find one vet to consistently take our dogs to and we finally found it. We love the office, the staff, and the atmosphere here. You can tell they really care about your animals. Our dogs are 70lbs and not always easy to deal with. They knew exactly how to handle them but also listened to our questions and concerns! That was super important to us. We will for sure be back for anything and everything!!

My dog had been attacked by another dog and was in shock and pretty bad shape the vet took great care of her and came outside and talk to me and my husband made sure we understood what was going on and what he was going to do. And I also go there to get my dogs flea meds great place

I recently had a sick new puppy and called when the office opened and was seen within the hour. The staff took me back immediately, reassured me, educated me, was patient with all my questions, came up with a treatment plan for her and gave me everything I needed to care for her at home! Dr. Norman was so kind, gentle and skilled with our puppy. He told me what to expect and eased all my fears! The plan of care has worked and she is so much better. Someone from the office even called the next day to make sure she was doing better, and to see if I needed anything! What amazing care and service! I am so blown away by our experience and am so comforted knowing this is the type of care we will receive moving forward! If you are in need of a vet’s office look no further!

They had a vet there that knew what he was doing and talking about when it came to reptiles. They gave me some medicine for my Leopard Gecko, and not even 5 days later, he's back to almost perfect health. Highly recommend. They'll work with you on the prices if you don't have insurance as well.

I’ve taken my pet dog there twice and all I can say is this pet hospital is very rude and very unprofessional. As soon as you walk through the door the lady behind the counter is very loud and obnoxious on the phone, you can tell she’s irritated and takes it out on the guest in the lobby. The office and their staff are only worried about money and “how to pay their staff” which I’ve personally been told by the vet Dr.Norman and a lady named Karen that works the front desk. My biggest complaint is how they failed to communicate with me what they were doing to my pet and just expected me to understand and pay after the process without speaking directly to me first. This has happens on MUlTIPLE occasions. Also when I tried speaking To the vet and lady up front, all they seem to care about when I was questioning the bill was “how do you expect us to pay our staff” they laughed at me as they saw I was getting very upset being 4 months pregnant and they were very argumentative vs trying to fix and deescalate this situation. Again very unprofessional and I would highly recommend seeing any other pet hospital than this one.

We had our dog spayed today. Staff were very friendly and fees more affordable than many vet clinics. The entrance is setup for wheelchairs and they are taking Covid-19 precautions. Staff and clients must were masks and they limit the number of people inside. *** This is a update...they just did a small incision, she didn't need the pain meds and the next day acted totally normal. We were impressed.

We've been going here for a few years now and have always had good experiences. Vet's are knowledgeable, prices reasonable, and the staff is very friendly and works well with my anxious dog.

We've been taking our pets to HHAH for years and they are absolutely the sweetest and most amazing staff!! They genuinely care about each animal, and owner, and treat you like family!

The girl who answers the phone is very nice and helpful also all the staff. Dr. Norman called and talked with my husband and I at length and said he was sorry we never received a sympathy card he sent us when our little dog died. He was so sincere about apologizing for the mix up. I had mention previously that he told another family member he sent us a sympathy card when our dog died. But we never received one. This office trys to work pts in to be seen when their pet is sick. Dr. Norman always listens to you about your pet and never made you feel rushed. Wish the office would offer some holistic alternatives along with traditional treatments that may or may not help your pet but giving the owner a choice at the same time explaining the side effects if you choose to incorporate them into their diet which may or may not help their immune system and make your pet live longer especially when a pet's diagnosis for the future is not good.
