Nice staff, fair prices just wish they'd clean up more UPDATE: November 2021 (message states they're permanently closed due to no longer having a vet on staff)

They didn't have a veterinarian so I do not know my mom goes there so it must be good I go to the ellenwood veterinarian

Note: this is only a reflection of the name of the facility - not the service at the facility itself. Please don’t call yourself a hospital if you don’t actually treat medical emergencies for pets. When a pup we were dog sitting found himself bloodied and in need of stitches, I reached out to Berry Hill (during normal business hours) for assistance with his care, thinking they would have the capabilities to help. After leaving a message the first day and receiving no call back, I called around other places to ensure he would be okay before performing wound care and letting the poor boy rest. Following day, called Berry Hill again at essentially the minute they opened and asked if I could bring in an injured pup for a laceration repair; to my surprise the facility informed me they could not perform those services as they were not equipped to do so and we would need to go elsewhere. Which leads me to wonder: why the misnomer? A hospital is a place to take emergent cases in need of elevated levels of care within a small window of time, and it seems to me that the facility doesn’t live up to the name. TL;DR: definitely not a hospital, maybe you should rather call yourselves Berry Hill Vet services?

I love this veterinarian. If it weren't for the fact that I moved my dog would still be with him. During this Corona encounter he is extremely careful with your pet as well as how he handles you the customer.

Everyone in this facility was very sweet and knowledgeable. They handle our dog with care and I will be returning.

In the middle of a pandemic, you would not think there was one at this location. The workers and customers were not wearing masks. The only person I saw here with a mask on was the veterinarian herself. The other employees came out to take blood from my dog in the waiting room and both girls were unmasked. I did not feel safe nor did they consider wearing protection to keep myself or my child safe. I will not be returning.

I drive 40 minutes to go to Berry Hill. The service is impeccable. The prices are very reasonable. The customer service is great. I can tell they love animals.

Changing Veterinarians after 15 year's can be scary, not @ Berry Hill Pet Hospital. The staff made me & my new puppy feel at home and secure that we made a smart decision. Dr. Montgomery Christina & Kelsey welcomed us with smiles & answered all of my questions!!

My puppy German Shepard had a accident otw to the vet for a bath. They happily gave him the bath and even helped us set him up in the car. He never had a accident again. Moral of the story: RIDE UR DOG IN THE CAR. They won't be nervous and poop

He might look like a sweet heart, but he is very adamant about not having his nails trimmed. With that being said, berry hill vet team had him in, nails trimmed>even with his aggression< and back out in about 6 minutes!!! I am super thankful for that, as i have not been able to self trim his nails :/. Going back every 3 weeks to get them where they need to be!! Thanks berry hill

Just a good group of people that have a true love for animals. I had to put my dog down today, and the extra attention they gave him really made it easier to let him go. I really appreciated it and highly recommend this business.

I've recommend this practice to ALL my friends and family, who love their pets. I've used them for so many years I've lost count! Since the 90's. I've had friends who used other local vets and now go here. I just can't say enough. We've been thru litters, sicknesses, shots just what ever may have come up over the many years and they've been right there with us! Caring, professional, reliable and no one beats their fees!

This place is amazing! Love the dr and the staff and all the groomers! Will definitely be bringing my cane dog to them!!!

Very kind and compassionate people here. And their protocol for keeping everyone safe during this Covid period is amazing! And their fees are very reasonable.

My pups are patients here and one was having severe allergy issues. The office was able to wait and get her in before long holiday weekend so she wasn't in pain. So grateful ???? to the doctor and staff.
