25 years of being my bet for 3 differnt dogs. It doesnt work for me anymore. Aycock is awesome and so was his predecessor. I felt like my dog had a great home. They have outgrown where they are at, and my dog constantly deals with the same infection. Nobody wants to help and that's if you can get in. Too busy, too small, and it's a shame after 3 dogs I have to find a vet that has time.

My baby was sick of his stomach, wasn't eating took him to woodland vet, got charge 170 for nothing. I found this Hudson vet they were great with him give him pills to start eating and some other pills for pain and inflammation. He start eating and moving with in 2 days and they only charge me 110. Great Veterinarian

Dr. Aycock is the best. My Frenchie is older and has struggled with problem skin his entire life. Now that he's older he struggles slightly with pain, stiffness and other geriatric issues along with that itchy problem skin. They make it easy for me to get in and keep my bad boy comfortable and happy in his senior years. Love this place!

This has been my vet for years, they are very caring & professional. I trust them implicitly with my pug's health & well-being.

So sadly disappointed. I will never go there again. Drs. Aycock and Beckler were great, if you get in to see them. But the front desk staff should be ashamed. Both my dogs were patients there. My older dog began having complications. After a surgery I ended up taking her stitches out myself since they couldn't give me an appt. Then I called to plead with them to see her as she was really struggling only a few weeks later. It was sudden and I wanted confirmation it wasn't something that could be helped or to determine if I needed to make the difficult decision to put her to sleep. They showed no compassion or care. Though I told them the nearest emergency vet had a long wait and another one further away told me they couldn't take her. Instead, I was put on hold and then another person picked up and simply said if I could get there in 15 minutes they would "get it done", meaning put her to sleep. I ended up hiring a vet to come to my house the next day. When I called back to say I wasn't going to make it in 15 min., the person that took the call said "so should I just remove her from our records now?". Unfortunately, we had to put our sweet girl to sleep, but the experience with Hudson Bridge Animal Clinic added so much drama, fear, and sadness. Such a horrible feeling of desperation when you needed the caretakers that you depend on to be there for you.

I have 4 animals that have been patients here for now 10 years and the clinic has went down hill since Dr Toole left, under the "new" ownership they quit caring about the animals. They do not respond as they used to. Have finally decided that it will continue to get worse. I am not giving them my money ever again. I have been calling for the last 3 days about a sick animal and they could care less. NEVER AGAIN. I have a disables mastiff who needs assistance and they do not care . Do not take your animals here if you care for them.

Took our kitten to Dr Hill. She was thorough, friendly and quite knowledgable. I would recommend visiting if necessary.

Hudson bridge vet is the BEST. Wouldn't trust my dogs to anyone else.

Our cat has been coming here since he was a kitten. Now 7 years later we still love the staff and the clinic as day 1 when he was coming from emergency vet for a urinary blockage. Updated 2021 - Reduced to 1 star. They ignored our calls that our large cat stopped eating. Once they scheduled a drop off appt, I asked them to do any and all labs necessary. No bloodwork done. Still lethargic and not acting himself. Offered to call in an antibiotic. Took the cat to another vet. Bloodwork showed he was in liver failure and he was unable to recover. If they had done the simple bloodwork that we asked them to do, it could have been caught and he could have survived this with advanced care.

They did an amazing job on taking in my baby! They were fast and responsive and the Vet did a great job at answering all my questions. Not only was the service good but also their prices are affordable! I believe they're cheaper than Petsmart. Definitely will continue to go and get my fur baby treated here!

They love their patients unconditionally and provide excellent patent care.

Dr. Hill does not care about animals at all and she proved that with ours. Please do not waste your time and money at this place. You will not get the care that you are looking for and your pet will leave in a much worse condition. Hopefully this practice either fires her since it is clear by other reviews that I am not the only one who has had a negative experience dealing with this woman or by the grace of God, hopefully she has her medical license revoked due to malpractice. Getting a second opinion proved that she was careless and only wanted to get money instead of making sure our pet was ok.

My furry baby loves this place and they take great care of him.

Well, they were good until I had an emergency with my dog and they could not see her for at least a week, because they were too busy!!! When your dog has been vomiting for two days and won’t stop, it’s an emergency!!! (She only weighs 12 lbs., she is the little one in the photo) She had to be seen somewhere else for IV and treatment. Needless to say, I will be changing vets! I hope that I can find a vet that understands that during the weekdays I expect to be seen for emergency care for my animals immediately! GOODBYE HUDSON BRIDGE VETERINARY!!!

We have taken our pets here since relocating McDonough. They provide informed, compassionate care and make sure you understand what is going on with your pet.

Dr. Adcock takes excellent care of our cats. He answers all questions patiently and gives easy to understand answers. Staff is friendly and good with the animals. COVID safe -- they wear masks and come to your vehicle to get your pet(s).

My expectations were very high at first but after using them for boarding a couple of times, they are ok. Expectations are low at best now. One thing I don't like being lied to. I know the economy is hard on everyone but to lie to get money for vaccinations for my dog they could've waited is not a good look and it didn't make me feel good about returning. I was going to switch both my dogs over to them after my medical plan expired. I've had others to ask for a good vet & boarding place as well. After this last experience I tell them straight up my experience and that I will only use them at last resort but really thinking that I would rather cancel my plans than to risk being taken for my money again. So sadly to say - my advice is "caveat emptor" buyer beware.

They show your fur babies the same love you give them at home My 98 lbs service dog loves coming to the vet, he loves the brushing and bathes too I truly love this place and tell other to take there pets to Hudson Bridge Vet office. Before they try to take there pets to the Stockbridge vet's office...now that place Stockbridge needs a LOT of help. I took my dog there for a bath and came home with flea's....they don't respect the pet or you either

They're not terrible, they just act as though you're bothering them by ordering Krystal's!???????? They certainly don't go out of their way to be great. If good Customer Service is a must for you, don't go here.????

HBVC has been a blessing in our lives for the last 20 years. We have had many foster dogs and forever fur babies whose needs have ranged from typical to critical long term care. Almost interaction has been caring, compassionate, and an excellent example of customer service. The staff there have to deal with very heavy emotional loads in caring for our fur babies. We might be in to just drop off our babies for a physical, but they might have had to help another family let go of a beloved pet.
