I love PAWS Atlanta! I know they truly care and are very responsive. Anytime I've needed to change info for me Suzie has been quick and responsive. It's nice to see such great people helping the houseless animals find long term care whether in shelter or their furever home. Do not hesitate to help if you can.

Absolutely love dealing with Paws in any capacity. I had the good fortune of fostering a pit mix from them last year, who we eventually adopted. The Paws staff were very detailed and thorough in their assessment of myself, my family and the environment we were bringing a dog into. I'm so disappointed by the low ratings people here have given Paws, for the protocols & standards they set. Please know that it's a detailed process for a reason! These animals have come to Paws from difficult situations, and the staff have high standards in place, to ensure that the animals go to good, stable homes, to rest and recover from their past, and life at the shelter. Kudos to the staff and volunteers at Paws Atlanta for their incredible work during the pandemic, and always. Can't wait to adopt from you again! P.S: Picture of our Paws Alumni Ember!

The staff and facility are absolutely wonderful. My wife and I booked an appointment and met a few dogs that would get along with our older dog. After our first unsuccessful visit the staff put their heads together and thought about which dog would compliment ours. Thankfully our next visit was a success. Please adopt, these dogs need homes.

We took my girls here for their vaccines today. They handled them perfectly despite how chaotic my dogs are. Process was very easy and simple, fill out paperwork, wait for your number to be called and then they're out within 10mins once they take them back. They seemed to legitimately care about the dogs they were seeing and even took some extra time to carefully check an elderly dog that arrived, which I appreciate they're so diligent with elderly animals, I would want the same for my girls when they're older. The price is worth it and the staff are very kind and seem to care for the animals they're seeing.

I used the vaccine clinic on a Sunday with no appointments needed. Great service and friendly staff. You check in,do paperwork, and wait for your number to be called.

Donations were easy to drop off and staff was great.

We adopted our baby Ruffles from here, we got to meet all the cats and ask about their personalities. Once we picked out our sweet boy, it was a streamline process to bring him home. They even graciously gave us a cat carrier because we didn't think to bring one. ????

No spaces available for the past few months. No kill shelter. Will provide list for other resources to take/rehome dog(s)

TRIED TO ADOPT DOG NEEDED TO MUCH PERSONAL INFO. TRIED TO GET A LITTLE FRIEND FOR MY SHIHZU BROTHER THAT PASS AWAY FROM ILLNESS. ASK ABOUT HOW MUCH WAS MY DEPOSIT WHEN I MOVED IN WITH MY 2 DOGS.

Don't know why I didn't take pics cause they are so cute and funny. What a sweet experience it was to get the opportunity to visit with the cats frist and then go to see the dogs it was wild but so prescious. Thanks for sharing PAWS !!! I live that place, almost can't wait till the next visit!!!

We got our pup from here & went back today to get her heartworm test. It took a very long time (1.5 hours) because the line was so long, but everything else was great.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely keep them in mind if I can get another dog ????

Thank Goodness for PAWS! They are wonderful. I cannot imagine anyone saying they are impersonal and have no interaction with the customers. Why would they need to.........they are busy taking care of our furry friends! They do a great job and I have adopted 2 wonderful dogs from them. Thank you PAWS, and PAWS staff for loving and taking care of our precious dogs and cats!!!!!!

I tried to adopt a dog for two months every time I call I get the run around. Either the dog is in the process of adoption, or he is in foster care, and they will get back with me if anything change, or I will call you and let you know if he has another appointment. I would been more than happy if I could have gotten a direct answer. I thought instead of just buying a dog, I would give a dog a second chance and adopt, this have proven me wrong.

I felt really comfortable with handing my fur babies over to them. The service was excellent and the prices were even better.
