We go to Benefield because it's close to our home and the doctors are super super nice and love there app

I love the vet staff but the young ladies that call you are very unprofessional and

I absolutely love Misty in the front. She always works with me to help get me in for my furbaby. Also the entire staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Jennings is AMAZING! My cat had to get some teeth extracted and she was very professional with explaining everything and giving me her options. Also she did a wonderful job. Me and Suka are forever thankful for the entire staff.❤️

Staff rude unhelpful. I could not even get an answer about the services the have with packages from staff was handed a book and when asked the pricing was told does it matter it's for your pet... yes it matters just like your bills... I found another vet I was so turned off by manners hope that the vet staff is better for those who go there

Dog broke his toe spent over $600 getting his cast. Never saw the X-rays never told me which toe was broken. Cast was improperly wrapped on his leg when we took the cast off my dogs foot was raw and he had a deep gash where the cast stopped. Took my dog back to see about getting some Medicine for his now Infected wound and they turned me Away and said they couldn’t do anything. Had to take him to a hospital where they pointed out everything Banfield did wrong. Do they really care about your pet or more about your money? My dog has been going there since he was 3months old. He will NEVER be back and my lawyers will be contacting them since they won’t answer my questions.

Would not see my pet because I've never been to Banfield. I'll never call or go there again for anything.

Great staff that are very customer friendly and shows that they care about your baby. The staff goes an extra mile for there customers. I recommend them; especially foid teeth cleaning. They are very affordable for teeth cleaning. They took very good care of my two doggies.

The service was good and the staff was very professional.

Would be nice if there were an entrance to the hospital that didn't involve walking through the store but overall it's fine. The front desk staff is hit or miss, vet techs are great.

They was getting ready to close and they help my Princess out real quick and I thank y'all so much for the help.

Been going here for over 12 years with five dogs and I have always had a great experience.

Not good at all. The receptionist who said her name was Niecee has the worst customer service training I have seen in a long time. My experience with her was so bad and drawn out that I will not list everything, but I will say at the age of 60 and old school, I have very little tolerance for smart mouth young people with little disrespect for their elders. I have been going there for over 2 years and I am pretty sure that it is time for me to look elsewhere for my furry best friend to receive health-care!

Took my dog in got operation the same day. For the first time.

Helpful, informative and communicated with me about my dog’s needs. They were able to get me in within a few days with a drop off appointment.

They did alright. They were patient with me having to leave and come back so that was good and my dog seemed to like them.

This clinic was able to see my dog for this emergency case and I was most appreciative. Still waiting for follow-up after x-rays. The doctor was supposed to get results to me today. I'm hopeful for tomorrow.

Great Hospital for your Fur babies. Dr. Jennings and Dr. Butler are very knowledgeable and caring. Staff- Very Professional. Kaileigh is very caring and respectful. She will go far in the vet world. Prices are kinda steep but guarantee the best care.

Not a long wait, the longest wait was checking out. The people was very pleasant.

Didn't care for the customer service. One was short with answers to two questions I had and the other acted like she didn't see you. I'll find a private practice.

They were nice and very informative. The gentleman that worked with me as her nurse was so good. He knew the job knew how to give the info and had great personality and character. I would definitely recommend them!!!!

Pedicure for my dog, wait time was a little long, but it didn't take long for the actual grooming.

They were really amazing with CJ. O wouldn't trust the grooming at all with this PetSmart but the pet hospital is extremely good.
