This place has gone down in service. I just boarded my dog and paid for her to have bath and physical while she was there for a week. She came home with flees for the first time in her life. Clearly she didn't get bathed. She also has a lump on her abdomen which was never mentioned when I picked her up--a clear indicator they never gave her a physical. I'm not sure what's going on there, they also claimed their credit card machine is down. They are having some serious issues right now.

This was my first time being there. There was a male employee who was extremely loud and obnoxious! He was very rude and kept cutting me off while I was trying to speak. The lady was kind enough to help me out. I wouldn’t recommend this place!!

My first time coming to this animal clinic and it was nice. I was a little nervous after reading previous reviews but in all I enjoyed the experience. The vet seemed to have many years of experience. His assistant was kind and easy to talk to and the receptionist was nice and informative. I do agree, the receptionist/ front desk can improve on speaking more professional when answering calls and greeting customers. But again, they all were kind and informative which is important to me.

My daughter brought our dog to this Vet. He did not ask for paperwork and that African man gave the dog another Rabies shot when the dog already had a 3 year shot. The women that run the place are sweet, but that African man is very rude. Additionally, we were charged an extra $20.00 to receive the proper vaccine. My daughter will not be returning. And make sure you have the paperwork ready, because they do not do their own due diligence.

Dr. Tony is highly knowledgeable and caring fir the animals he sees and treats at Tri Cities! He a personable man and very pleasant. He listens and takes your concerns seriously. I recommend him to all of you seeking a very professional Veterinarian at affordable prices !

Bring your animals at your OWN RISK! I Brought my Cat to be seen for his Blockage problem and he had to stay overnight. The next day when he was given back to me he Died shortly after bringing him home. He was still heavily sedated and ultimately died for it. and what makes it even more disgusting is when I called the next day after my Cat’s Death, they tried to talk me into having him cremated, as if I would ever go back to them. My Best Friend is gone because I thought I could trust this vet to heal my cat.

We were there for a very difficult situation. Our cat passed over the bridge. Tri Cities made it much less painful.

I called Tri City Animal Hospital the individual that answered the did not.introduce themselves, simply said "hello". I had to ask if it was a business and then abruptly they asked how could they help me. Just very rude and uncaring....so I thought to myself, "do I really want to take my pets there". I have serious concerns about this clinic's ability to provide adequate care.....

Dr. Tony took good care of my baby. He talks to you. He helps you understand. He's very compassionate. There is no price on the love and care that he provided for my baby... Dr.Tony and Lisa called me twice a day with updates on my babies status. They treated Blast as if he were there own...THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING for Blast!!!

I really enjoy the hospitality of the staff here. I've got 2 pitbulls and an elder saluki and not only did they do a great job with my fur babies cutting their nails, but they also helped me choose the right flea medication after I tried everything I could think of! I have been a repeat customer since we relocated to East Point

Please don’t use them. I went to them on 1-17-19 because the dog has an ear infection. I called them and said that, i was a first time customer. Either way I paid $39.99 for them to tell me my dog has an ear infection which I had told them already that she had and that I only wanted to get her some medicine to treat it, but they didn’t even touch her, they took her into the exam room and could see where she had scratched her ear up. They wanted to charge me in total of $408. Even though she’s had an ear infection before and another location treated her for $60. But tri city claimed they would have to put my dog to sleep in order to look at her ear vs looking at it with a scope while she’s awake as the other vets have done, I regret trying to support this business bc I was ripped off. And when I was preparing to leave because I wasn’t paying $408 the Vet asked “well how much do you have on you”. DO NOT SUPPORT!

I am Reluctant to even give this facility one star. On Tuesday morning I pulledi In my driveway after taking my son to school, my kitty Sebastian was sitting on the side of the house with a very serious eye injury. I came in the house and immediate called the closest vet. Which was Tri cities. I took My cat there within 20 minutes. Upon arrival we checked in and were taken to a room promptly. The Dr came in grabbed my cat by her neck looked at her and said her eye needed to come out. They proceeded to give me a 1200 estimate and said pay it or leave. The only kind of arrangement they would make was pay 600$ immediately and 600 at pick up. NO EYE EXAM. NO NOTHING. My husband took our cat to the car and the dr must’ve felt guilty and gave her a shot of pain medication in the vehicle. I paid The office visit fee and we left. I then Took my cat to a different vet later in the day. The Dr came in with a scope used several lights checked her vision, checked for an ulcer, gave her an injection in the eye. Stated that he wouldn’t be able to operate until the swelling was down. But he wanted to assess the damage in a couple of days with hopes of saving her eye after antibiotics and anti inflammatory drug treatments. Tri cities was just going to take my cats eye for the price of 1200$ or nothing at all with no exam involved. A big fat money scam. Sad and very disappointing. My mother used to take her animals here for shots and will no longer. we will no longer board our dog here. Very disappointing and eye opening experience at this vet. Very cold.

Took my kitty to get his nails trimmed and the visit went off without incident. Vet and associates were very kind, attentive, professional, and cheerful. Will definitely return next month!

Had to take our kitten in for diarrhea. Staff was fast, kind, efficient. Dr Tony was very open and quick in his care and definitely did not try to recommend anything the cat didn't need. I showed up without an appointment and was out of there in about 30 minutes with a kitten who now has all its shots( including a starter antibiotic shot), was tested for feline HIV and leukemia, and 2 meds for home. Reasonable price for all the care.
