I love love love Best Friends! The staff is so caring toward my big lab puppy! They make it so easy to leave my puppy in their care with no worry. He wags his tail when he recognizes where we are! They take the best care of him!

I know I can leave my babies with them safely and they will receive the care and attention they deserve. It’s very obvious that every member of the staff truly loves animals and is passionate about their job.

My big baby is scared of vets. And other dogs. I’m so happy that Best Friends was so professional and understanding.

I have a special needs kitty and they always make time for her. She actually likes the vet too! So that is a good sign! They are very personable and treat you like a friend. They always try to help you out and really listen to your concerns and get back to you promptly with an answer .I had a senior cat who was ill and they were very comforting and patient through the end of his life. We love Best Friends

I have no issues with them since starting to go to them. They all love my dog even when she doesn’t like them at first (what dog likes going to the vet in the first place) anytime I’ve messaged about an appointment or medicine I’ll hear back that day or the next day. Great place to take your animal.

If you have an emergency do not go here they will rush the whole process and they will not care wat the outcome is and will give inaccurate information I had two emergencies and trusted them and pup died both times. DONT GO HERE WHEN YOU REALLY NEED THEM THEY ARE NO HELP.

Love best friends. My kitty & I are always treated warmly. I’m a worrier so I call them vet quite often after dropping my pet off and they’re always so nice and my cat is always returned better than before

After taking my 6wk old kitten, Herbert, to the emergency vet in Savannah and being told there was nothing that could be done for him and he was going to pass away, the vet at best friends made time on a busy day to get him in and thoroughly check him out. She was eager to help him and he has since made a full recovery!

I called yesterday almost in tears because our rabbit was in so much pain and no other vets could take him to be put down. He was 9 years old. Best Friends took him in immediately with love and care and put our sweet guy out of his pain. Thank you for taking care of our boy so quickly even though we were regulars. ❤️

The vet is good. The techs not so much. Asked for a toenail clipping on my dog and the tech made 2 of her nails bleed everywhere! I also paid 500$ last time for 2 dogs and it was just for an annual, for a small dog (8 lbs) and medium dog (47 lbs.)! Prices are very high in my opinion! There goes paying the credit card bill this month. Jesus!

Got my puppy vaccinated at a very reasonable price and the staff are all so welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend!

I've been with Best Friends since I moved here 5 years ago and love them. The entire team is amazing and I have 2 very challenging dogs; one has grand mal seizures (rescue dog) the other a sensitive stomach & allergies. They are the best of the best and I can never thank them enough for all they have done & been to my babies, both of which are over 10 yrs old.... >>>Update 10-1921... Sable went home to be with God. And Best Friends was...Courteous, compassionate & caring and second to none.....Absolutely the Best of the Best, hands down. They are amazing!!! They have curbside services during this Covid season, which is awesome! I Love Best Friends! And a further praise note... Paws & Reflect cremation is right along side of them, the Best of the Best! I'm blessed!!

I’m always beyond satisfied when I bring my pup there. She’s always excited to see the receptionists and all the people. They’re always sure to get me in as soon as possible and make sure my pup is well taken care of. I will never use another vet in my time here in statesboro!!

I wish I could remember everyone's names but I can not... the entire staff at BestFriends is amazing! When I recently had to put my Sammie down due to health issues , I was treated with love and kindness ❤! I will not forget how it made me to feel to believe the staff and Dr. Debbie( I think that's her name) really care about what we were going through. I love the entire Best Friends Staff !!!! Receptionist behind desk was very rude. Update to 2021. Had a recent visit for my cat. Staff is now alot more caring and friendly. Great improvement.

Best Friends is the best veterinary clinic in Statesboro! I don’t trust anyone else to take care of my fur babies.

My cat was fixed at Fixing the Boro on Sunday. I called Best Friends to see if they could look at the incision because it was bleeding and was kind of goopy. They closed at 5 and I called around 4:15 which I understand is not a lot of time and I was told "I probably won't be able to fit you in because we close at 5pm" which I understood but I was not calling for a regular checkup. The lady then told me to email a picture ASAP and the doctor would look at it and get back to merge same night and let me know if I needed to bring her the following day. I sent the email at 4:21 PM as soon as I hung up the phone with them and they never responded. I get that they were about to close and I feel rude complaining but do not tell me you will get back to me the same day if you know that you cannot or ask me if I wanted to bring her the following day for them to look. I then called another vet in Statesboro at 5pm that closed at 6pm and they were nice and helpful and I was able to get in. Obviously they were more concerned with closing than helping me. I know that sounds selfish but I was extremely worried and they did not seem to care.

I love Best Friends Animal Hospital. The employees are always friendly and I feel good knowing they love and care for my babies ❤️ They go over and beyond. Jackie is always there to answer my crazy questions and lend a shoulder when the sad parts of being a pet owner happens.
