I had just moved up to Gwinnett a few months back with my dog and he unfortunately came down with a little tummy bug. I didn't have a vet up here yet and Brookwood Animal Hospital was able to get him in on extremely short notice, Saturday last appointment available before they closed for the day. They were able to get him the proper medicine and food and his tummy problems cleared up within 2 days. Wonderful vet, compassionate.

NEGATIVE NEGATIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!!! If there was an option for negative stars this practice deserves it! The vet and his staff are inconsiderate rude unprofessional and put me and my family under a lot of unnecessary stress today. They came highly recommended but in reality they need to be closed down!!! The boarding conditions I observed were appalling. Shame on all of you for treating animals so cruel and for treating.a new client like trash and shame on you for stating your a vet but “you’re afraid of large dogs”. Pathetic! I will NEVER recommend your practice to anyone.

Excellent customer service! We were passing through GA and our puppy needed a bandage changed. Scheduling the appointment was easy and fast. The staff is very friendly. We had to wait outside while they took our puppy in. They were very fast and we had our puppy back within 30 minutes.

They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going here for 12 years and have nothing but good things to report.

We love Brookwood, they are so good with our two cats and two dogs. One of our dogs, a lab/pit mix, was found as a stray 6 years ago. He still gets nervous and anxious around new people and places, but he does great for visits and boarding here. It's always scary moving to a new place and needing to find a new vet, but we struck gold!

My dog was lost taken to this hospital. They read his chip and the people who found them said they wanted to keep them. Instead of contacting me or getting their information Linda sent me a text saying how nice the people were and informed me they were going to keep my dog. They never contacted me or tried to give me the people who stole my dogs info...they have a boarding facility they could've done more. It was unethical, incompetent and do not know the law concerning lost pets with chips. But dont worry Linda I was told I have legal recourse and will see you guys in court. Ginger Coleman

Dr. Yeomans was the kindest, most thorough and knowledgeable vet I have ever spoken with! We just moved to this area and took a chance when Bailey started itching unexplainably. She had never had fleas and it seemed even worse than fleas to me. It turns out she picked up a mild case of fleas and she's highly allergic to them! I was so relieved! He told me how to treat Bailey, my house, and my yard. Then when I went to pay, I got a pleasant surprise. It didn't cost anywhere near what I expected. Great vet for a great price!

I started taking my cats to a chain animal hospital and felt that I wasn’t receiving the best care, communication, or answers to what was going on with my cats. I was advised to take them both to Brookwood Animal Hospital and am SO happy with my decision! Brookwood Animal Hospital is more affordable, and everyone who works there is extremely kind and knowledgeable, and can appropriately communicate with you to create a care plan for your pet that makes sense. I think they have a great team of individuals who really care and I will continue to bring my pets here!

I found a pup in my back yard one day. I brought him here and they scanned him and found the owner's. The owners didn't want him. He was so scared and so loving. Obviously, we all in love with him and they help us get him all set up at a great price! They were so helpful and sweet. The staff is so caring!

Animal killer of pure negligence. I have had a cat and a dog die of preventable causes at the hands of them. Horrible vets whole only care about charging you for visits instead of the well being of you animal. Took a cat to them who wasn’t eating, they took blood tests and said they came back negative for everything. 1 week later the same vet told me the cancer had progressed and it’s incurable and now my dog as well? Never again find another vet for your animals because they don’t care

The Docs and staff at Brookwood are great. They are very caring individuals that take excellent care of our cats.

A little expensive, but great care and great staff. I have a 12 year old dog that has been my best friend since he was 4 months old. We are new to this area and took Mason to be seen by Dr. Yeomans for a leg injury. He, of course recommended surgery as the best option, but I chose another route because of his age - Dr. Yeomans was extremely supportive of my decision and is still out for the best interest of my old man.

I have been going to this vet for 28 years and all the people here are so nice and helpful.

They've saved my dog from 3 different snake bites. Dr. Yeomans is amazing, and the people at the front desk are always friendly. I highly recommend this place.
