They are seriously the best. I drive an hour to Dunwoody specifically to keep them as my dog's vet. They take such good care of her!

Really great experience. They took good care of both my dogs. I dropped them off early in the morning and picked them up later in the afternoon. It was worth the drive there as I live in Lithonia. Everything was explained thoroughly. Great pricea for visits and care services.

The quality of care is excellent!!! The doctors and staff are so kind and compassionate to our fur babies! They are fantastic!

I loved it here. I took my bunny in for neutering and they were just so sweet to us through the whole process. I was nervous and they really made me feel at ease.

I took my boy's hamster, she was having trouble breathing, it was a Sunday, our favorite veterinarian clinic was closed, we had no choice but to go there, before Aurora, our hamster even go inside the clinic the staff came out to charge the $$$$ fees. (that will tell you what they do really care about). The Dr was great , my complain is with the staffs, unprofessional, abusive with words, inept and not reliable; The Dr ask to give Aurora 14 days antibiotics, she explain to me very well how to administer, But the staff is so incompetent the gave us medicine for 6 days, I"ll go back and I got insulted and I had to pay for the medicine again. It is the worst place to take your pet, even in an emergency. Please turn away from there.

There is no other clinic I would trust with my 2 cats and bearded dragon than All Creatures. They handle all kinds of animals here with compassion and care. The vets are amazing and they have the help of the most dedicated staff. Highly recommend coming here.

if i could i would give ZERO stars. The receptionists are rude and do not care. they always have a attitude & they are always trying to get onto somebody. they didn’t take my puppy coming in serious. all the vets are amazing it’s just the ladies in the front, horrible.

I have been bringing my pup here since she was 8 weeks old. She is now 4 and healthy and happy. She loves the staff and we both adore Dr. Mike. If something is bothering me he always takes time to listen and share what is going on with Barkley. He is patient and very kind. The staff is lovely. I had Barkley spayed here and I was out of town. She had good care and I had no worries. I love my pup and although I have moved an hour away I still bring her here.

very personable and extremely friendly and very knowledgeable Was very thorough in the exam and the explanation of what they found. Listened to what I had to say very well,and just generally very straight forward honest and extremely caring folks really like this vet and it's the 3rd one I've been too and I believe the last really impressed with them really know their stuff!!! I give them 10 stars!!!

Did an excellent job, EXPONENTIALLY better than my previous vet over at Windward. Staff here is super helpful and friendly, and Dr. Roman is an absolute gem. Will definitely be coming here for all my bunny's needs from now on!

They kept me up to date about my puppies procedure and took great care of her. Provided very clear post surgical instructions.

Dr. Roman and her team have been incredibly helpful and caring about our 11 chickens that got a staff infection during this wet summer here in GA. We have been sending update pictures and getting fantastic and detailed advice from Dr. Roman on how to best care for each one of our chickens. We will be bringing any and all pets here in the future!

This place is horrible. Please do not bring your pet here. I brought my dog here for what may have been a sprained hind leg. We still don't know for sure after paying for X rays at this place. They wrapped his leg up horribly which we took off at home only to find that it made things worse. The techs there are very rude. It was lightly raining and a woman came to divide the outrageous fees they were charging. She basically said she didn't have time to talk to me because of the drizzle and walked off mid conversation. This place is a joke. $300 for a visit, a couple of vaccinations, and a horribly wrapped leg that made it look infected. It's true, this place is only out to charge you for unneeded and poor service.

Pup seemed happy as could be coming out. Also was puppy nipping less.

It was perfect! The staff there are awesome and we feel comfortable with the care that Charlie receives.

My rabbit Hopper had a prior injury to his leg so I brought him to All Creatures to see if they could help him. It turns out he had a tumor on his leg. The tumor was so big that his leg was double the size of his other leg. The doctor came out to talk to me and he explained everything clearly and he was honest and I really appreciated that. I knew it was serious because when he came out he had his book with him to show me what was going on with my rabbit. Unfortunately his leg had to be amputated but he couldn't have been in better hands. The staff was great they called me when he got out of surgery to give me an update and the doctor called me later that evening to let me know how he was doing. Hopper stayed in the hospital two days so they could keep an eye on him and I'm happy to say he is doing wonderful. He is active and doing his binkies and running around. I am so grateful for all the staff at All Creatures they made a very stressful situation easier to handle. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet team!!!

When we learned our French Bulldog had a tail issue we knew we had to call someone reliable and knowledgeable. We had initially taken her to an emergency clinic where she was able to be diagnosed, but we were told her procedure would cost $3,500. Through a recommendation, we got in touch with All Creatures where they were able to assess our baby and do her procedure within a week at a fraction of the cost we would have paid with the emergency clinic! She is home now and although still recovering she is in great spirits, eating very well and playing with her new favorite toy. Dr. Akins had her stay overnight to monitor her the day of her surgery and gave us a call at night with an update on her recovery. All Creatures really cares about our pets and will go above and beyond to make sure they get home safely!

My puppy's first visit with Dr. Mike, very compassionate and gentle. He is a very caring vet. Dr. Mike's tech was very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this clinic for care of your pets.

This team is organized, efficient, on time, and knowledgeable. They take time to have a conversation with you about your animal’s appointment and results, and make sure you know what the costs will be up front. The mobile app makes it easy to see appointments and other details too. They are helpful and everyone seems To genuinely love all the animals.

I just got my Bichon Poo, Cupid and I am a first time fur-mommy. They are very pleasant and responsive to all inquiries we've had. I love the app and website as it helps with many questions, making appts, keeping up with vaccine info, etc.

WARNING: I bought TWO Maltipoo Pups at Petland Dunwoody on Janaury 28th, 2021 had them one week and they were diagnosed with Canine Parvovirus.... This VET simply runs cover for Petland... they do not have the best interest of your pup in mind.... Took both pups to their initial "exam" Feb 2, 2021 which was the first date I could get and told them it seemed puppy 1 had a cough or sneeze and asked to look at. Doc prescribed antibiotics for Kennel cough and said it 'couldn't hurt'. Feb 3 Puppy 1 showed no interest in eating so emailed ACAH at 8:39AM and received no response so I followed up with a phone call and was told they couldn't see here for a week or two. I asked well "what do I do" and they said to bring her to Blue Pearl and this is where the scam begins.... because since ACAH didn't diagnose the puppy with Parvo then Petland won't cover it. Had I waited a week to two weeks for an appointment then this puppy would be DEAD.... Apparently it's cheaper to replace a puppy than to nurse them back to health through the parvovirus ordeal.

Excellent COVID protocols and fast appointments while we wait in the parking lot. They spend time with us when they bring our dog back to the car to explain the appointment and everyone we have talked to in the office has been really friendly and nice.
