Worst vet place ever. Avoid at all cost. Would of put no stars if I could. Dropped of my dog before 8 am and never received a phone call to pick her up. Called in and ask, put me on hold forever and then told me I can pick up my dog at 5 pm. Closes at 6pm, so I had to drive there to ask. My dog came out so tired and not like before when we took her to another hospital. I use to bring her to the Duluth Banfield hospital because they had great service, but it was a bit far. This new location was such a disappointment. Super worried about my dog. Never will be back!!!

First let me say, it's 3am and never before has my dog cried at night in pain. My dog was seen at a different location. The Snellville location had her records sent over, but insisted on getting xrays a second time. They sent my dog home with medicine she had already. I was at work so I wasn't able to check and 700 dollars later my dog is in agony. Save yourself time and money by going somewhere else

Very friendly and helpful staff !!!!! I got the care package for my dog since she was a puppy and she almost 2 year old now. So basically keeping her healthy and happy has been very affordable.

New location for Banfield that was located at Pet's smart in Lilburn and Snellville. Cominded the two. Location is beautiful all the same docs and vet techs. Just a shiny new place.

Other than being new facility- CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I was put on hold 3xs & than hung up on!!!

This has been the most frustrating company to work with. They are so overpriced. I paid $700 for xrays and they couldn't even give me a copy of them. I told them to call me back with the results and they never did. Super unprofessional and overpriced. I suggest you find another vet.

The staff and the doctors at Banfield Pet Hospital have all been wonderful with my brand new puppy Tellie she has seen almost every doctor there since she has been 6 months old and just got spayed there 2 days ago and they take such great care of her and she is doing super wonderful they are so kind and so helpful I've had many many other pets and this is the best animal hospital it is taking such care of my pet with great prices great care and knowledge and they have a brand new facility that is amazing

Expect to put you on hold for 1 hour during the phone call to answer simple question like "do you have that "specific" midicine or not"
