They really care about the pets and people they work with I have had 4 dogs go to this vet over the last decade or so and while it can be scary for a pet to go to the vet for any reason I know they are in great and loving hands. I personally can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else and will be a customer for life.

They have done excellent care with our two dogs since we started using them at my aunt's suggestion a year ago (they bring their two cats here also). Our golden has had multiple issues, as she has a sensitive stomach and she was a clumsy puppy who sprained her paw. Everything they treat her with care and call me after letting me know everything that is going on. If I have any concerns at any other times, I can call and the doctors will talk to me or call me back. Our other dog has mainly gone for routine vaccines as she is very healthy and they treat her well with all of her anxiety. I have no complaints. They may be more expensive than others, but it is worth it.

Horrible! - poor record keeping! - didn’t tell me my dogs blood work was declining until I asked for it 1.5 months later! - my dog has cancer now and we could have helped her sooner! It’s been a year!!! She is still acting normal but thanks to them we can’t help her! My family of 5 use them for our pets! We used them for almost 30 YEARS! MISTAKE! This review speaks for all of us! They are horrible! Then the records we took to our new vet were sloop and in horrible sloppy cursive that surgarloaf couldn't even read or understand!!! They are horrible!

I love bringing my animals here. They always make me feel welcome and like they genuinely care about the well-being of my animals. I also really like the cool ID card I get for my animals. It proved to be useful when I needed to provide proof of my dogs shots for a groomer.

My baby River had pups 2 weeks ago. She developed a calcium deficiency and had a fever of 104. I was beside myself thinking she would die and her puppies would not have a mother. They not only saved her but they also kept me same. THANK YOU!!!!!!

We recently took our dog to Sugarloaf Animal Hospital for surgery. The staff was outstanding. They were prompt, kept us advised of our dog’s progress and very professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone who seeks first class care for their pet.

Went in to inquire about job opening and was immediately dismissed without anyone asking if I had experience or certification. That's probably why they ask you to apply within so that they can see the color of your skin first. If you fit the "right" look then you have more of chance.I'm very disappointed and appalled by the in person inquiry and dismissive phone conversation with the office manager.

We love Sugarloaf Animal Hospital! The staff is knowledgeable, stable and kind. When i call and tell them my name they know my animals already. We use them for vet care, boarding and grooming. The facility is always clean. It doesnt smell (like many do) and they even have a location thats easy to get to. Your pet will always be in good hands here.

Was a great place to begin with when we took my mom cat there for years. They all ADORED my moms kitty! After her passing, which happened at this vet in the arms of a tech at the age of 21, this place went down hill very very fast. A while after, my mom allowed me to take in my friends cats kitten, who was abandoned by her mom as the kitten had only 3 legs. We took her straight to this vet. I explained her situation and kept telling me she’s better off with her mom. Finally a tech understood and looked her over saying she was healthy for her situation and told us exactly what to eat and where to get it for a good price (thank you techs!). We took her back for shots and to get her ears cleaned as she had ear mites. They were nothing but cruel to her! She was a tiny tiny kitten!! To this day they have to sedate her for a vet to touch her. This place has said she is unwelcome now because everyone there refuses to work on her. My father brought his cat patch there and all the vets were at lunch at the same time!! Patch was a critical emergency. While in the lobby waiting, his bladder exploded and he had to be put down. He fully blame them for something that could’ve been fixed easily but killed him. We have switched to value vet and my three legged baby (angel) is actually calmer with them. She’s now 8 years old and going strong. Blue pearl has helped her when in crisis as she has IBS. Every place is better than here. DO NOT GO HERE!!

We had a wonderful rescue, who had not had any serious health problems, so when she began labored breathing, I knew something was wrong with our sweet girl. Her breathing was so obviously erratic that before Dr. Rollins, in a very unconcerned way, sent us home, that others in your waiting room noticed and were concerned about Molly's breathing. Dr. Rollins, however, seemed to busy to be bothered and sent her home saying she wasn't critical. She died less than 2 hours later. We also discovered after we changed vets that the way our other dog's new diagnosis of diabetes was treated by you guys would probably have killed him pretty quickly. One of the vet techs, not drs, said of the dosage that "most people just figure it out." Playing around with insulin doses can easily kill a dog, or a human for that matter. Poor care seems to be your standard of treatment which we didn't learn until our animals unfortunately were no longer perfectly healthy. Since we've moved on, we've been told by people who lived in our old neighborhood, which happens to be the same as Dr. brown's, that he's not a compassionate or even very kind man, and certainly not a good vet. That's just coming from neighbors. These guys might want to consider a change in profession because it sounds like they have gotten numb to the fact that people's pets are their family members & they love them and want the best care possible for them.

Sugarloaf Animal Hospital has helped us keep our sweet little 18 year old dachshund in great health since 2000. Today 12/15/17 they will help us say goodbye to him. They have been such a blessing to my husband and me during this difficult time. They allowed us to visit Peanut, and took time out of their busy schedules to answer all our questions. It is so hard to say goodbye to your best friend, but they made it as comforting and peaceful as possible. I highly recommend them. The staff is caring and professional. Janice Corbett - (Peanut was their patient for 17 years).

Not very friendly, vets can improve on communication skill.

This vet has made being a first time dog owner so easy. They give you all the information you could need on how to care for your animal. They take extensive notes and if you tell them that your animal sneezed you can be sure that is in their file and they will ask you about how the animal is doing the next time you come in.
