PetSmart Smyrna, Georgia

I went thinking to find a health fish for my daughter. Instead in front I saw lots of fish that looked very unhealthy and dead. So I went to the back and thought I would find more in better condition, yet again they were not. The tanks were very molded and dirty. The fish are definitely not being taken care of. I have no idea if it’s just the one I went to but I don’t recommend getting fish from here.

Please don’t buy animals from here they are not taken care of properly. I used to work here and there was a snake that wasnt eating and, as opposed to taking it to the vet, they let it starve to death. I was appalled. What type of establishment does that to animals?? Then the manager has the nerve to tell me don’t tell anyone!

Wait over half hour in store. Manager didn't show up They didn't change the price tag. Didn't put the new price in system. No buy one get second one 50% off No buy three get two for free No buy three get one for free Which they still had the tag in store now. Frist time ever

This location was low on staff and did not have either before the items I was looking for.

I took my poodle to the grooming salon in Smyrna today. When all of a sudden my baby passed out. Josh, the groomer didn't hesitate to run him over to Banfield. Luckily, my baby is alright. Thank you Josh for your quick action!!!

The staff was extremely nice and helped me accomplish all I needed.

I can tell that they truly care about dogs.

They called early in the morning to cancel our prebooked appointment, and moved it on their own. Saying that we booked it online and that groomer is busy.... What the heck that is supposed to mean.

They’re currently dealing with a kennel cough outbreak but won’t disclose that to the customers

Your hours online say closing at 9pm but your door hours say 8pm……we drove 30 mins to arrive at this store by 8:10 just to find out that you are already close. Change your hours online please.

They did an amazing job with my pups nails and trim at the grooming salon. Right now they have a special $10 nail cut $15 nail grind $20 pawdicures Total worth it I promise

It’s crazy when you go in to the same store you have been shopping at for 2 yrs and every few weeks for the last 7-8 months cuz you have a puppy that you found at 3 weeks old to get her all her puppy needs. Then the one day you go in there are people you don’t recognize tell you they can’t help you or give you the same prices that you have been getting the last 7-8 months. Too bad they lost a good customer…. Abby the manager there, She is the reason I won’t be back! I guess my money is not good enough for them. My $300+ each time.••••• You would hope that they would not want me to go to petCo. They have my business now.

Very disappointed in this PetSmart. Every time I go into this store and look at the Beta fish, a handful are always dead. How can you treat these little souls so terribly? I expected MUCH better from a pet store.

I went for goldfish but there were under quarantine.

Make sure to not make a reservation for the hotel on the app… cuz it doesn’t work & when you show up ready to drop your animal and go on vacation they won’t have your reservation and you’ll have to cancel and reschedule everything because they happen to be completely full even though the reservation was made a week ago. Thanks for messing up my birthday petsmart.

PETSMART day camp at the Cumberland location has horrible customer service. I have a lab/pit mix that has been coming to the day camp for 6 months and was turned away today. The representative was a blond women with black roots was so dissimive, rude and i felt she was discriminated against. My dog has been going for once a week for almost 4 months and never had an issue. Larger dogs need play time with other dogs. I won’t be coming back to PETSMART for ANY of my pet needs. Petco here i come! Don’t reach out to me. Don’t respond to this review. You lost a customer

The cashier was very pleasant and the store was clean.

Drove all the way here because they said they open at 9 AM on Easter Sunday but they were closed.

My fur baby ABSOLUTELY loves going stay at PetSmart’s hotel or day camp. He never fails to get soooo excited when I ask him if he “wants to go play with the puppies.” He jumps around and can’t wait to get out of the door. In fact, I’ve learned to wait until grabbing my keys to ask him. The staff are sweet and keep me well informed of any unusual or out of the ordinary developments. I won’t take him anywhere else.

Booked stay for my dog for few nights Petshotel. Checked in with full container of kibbles. Pick up a day early, kibbles still full of container. Guess they feed him their food even though I I formed he has his. As soon as brought home, he went straight to the back yard to pee and pooped. One hour later pooped again.. and again. I noticed he had some type or rash on his scrotom as well. My dog is healthy when dropped off. Couple days later I noticed the rash gotten worst! I am not even sure they took good care of my family member. Or the private room he stayed in was clean. Taking him to his vet. Seems to me by our experience he was not cared for well. Would not recommend!

My dog stayed in the dog hotel for my anniversary weekend. Great staff that seem to care.

This is not the best PetSmart, they don't carry the prescription food for my dog that other PetSmarts care.

Great customer service, great store. There is not many good selections for cat toys and cat harness but every petsmart is like that.
