Store very clean and gentleman who rang up my purchase was so courteous. He even carried my 40lb bag to my car for me

Great little store. Staff is super nice & helpful. I wish they carried parrot food.

There are some really nice toys for pets.

They are very friendly and eager to help..

I came to this Petco to return and exchange items I bought here. Had my receipt and the card I used to buy it. Diana told me I needed my license in order to return and when I asked why she couldn’t give me a reason. Came to another Petco because they didn’t have the harness I wanted and was not even asked for my license. Shame on this location.

This Petco has been great since I moved into the area! They were very patient and very kind when I needed to exchange a kitten collar for a cat collar.

4 stars because it is the smallest petco i have ever been in, in my life. They legit have a quarter of the products Kennesaw or Acworth locations have... they didn't have my food, science diet, super popular food... so had to go to another location. It felt tight and uncomfortable. But staff greeted me so that was a big positive. And prices all seemed reasonable so can only do 4 stars

Prices have gone up considerably; on not only products, but on services too.

Had what I needed and service was very nice.

Not the best selection. I always have to split up my pet trips between here and petsmart because of this. Edit: had to take off a star because they’ve changed their bags. Before, there was a choice between paper and plastic. Now, this is what I have to deal with if it rains.

Rude moridbly obese employee assumed I wouldn’t be purchasing anything. I’ll be going to pet smart from now on.

THE STAFF WERE REALLY NICE.

This is very good place especially for dog's self wash. Very nice helpful staff. They have everything what you need for your dog's bath.

Wonderful experience. It was near closing time and I wanted to wash my dog. I have a small dog and I was welcomed with open arms. The employees were very nice and I appreciate all they do!

“Pet”co , NO... more like, Cat and Dog Co. Entire store is nothing but cat and dog food and supplies. If you have “pets”, not just cats and dogs, head to PetSmart and save yourself the wasted trip.

Not stocked the best but clean. Asian girl at the front cash register has zero customer service skills, but everyone else I encountered while visiting in the past was pleasant.

I love the smaller stores like the one off Delk Road. They are always nice and friendly and easy to get in and out of the store quickly. I have told several people about this store.

Pet wash station is Awesome and staff is very friendly.

Visited today for the vetco pet vaccination clinic. Clean store, well lit and organized. The $15 self dog wash station is pretty cool.

great help - i was looking for fish food and she asked me question about my fish in order to find the right food!

Currently on the phone with corporate as I sit outside this location due to he store manager Jackie, and employee Alina, refusing a return of a dog coat that has tags attached still, a receipt and it was purchased two days ago. Jackie, the store manager informed me Petco policy states they can refuse a return although accompanied with a receipt but the policy says limit the number of returns when mind you this is my first return EVER. She told me because I’m calling corporate she was going to process my refund but decided not to then handed me the bag back. When I asked her for the area manager or district managers number she told me she didn’t have that information which I felt was weird considering you’d think a store manager would. Filed my complaint with corporate patiently waiting for a call back !

I took my dog to the self wash.

Had to make a trip to petco for a dog toy, met an amazing customer rep named Jackie who took service with a smile to a whole new level. She found me the exact toy I was looking for but also toys that were a better fit for my needs. Thanks Jackie!!!

I just had a great experience with them. They have great customer service and gave me information on all the products I picked out. Very friendly environment.

Everything was so nice. For curbside pickup, my phone call was answered quickly and the staff member brought out the quickly too. She smiled a lot and was really nice.This is the first time I've used curbside pickup at Petco and I will do this again. And my cats love their new pet bed!

Ease of shopping and the store is close enough for me to walk to and get some steps in. Staff is friendly and helpful!
