Our visits have been very good and the follow up care and communication has been excellent! We love having the convenience of the doctor and staff coming to us ; we miss much less work and our dogs are less stressed! -updt Two more dogs were treated since above, and Dr Baker continues to make me and the pups super happy and healthy!

Everyone at Lucy's Veterinary Care is absolutely wonderful and the care they provide is exceptional. We're so glad we're able to rely on them and have absolutely no complaints.

Dr. Cathy is wonderful and always patient with both pet and owner. She answers all questions and makes appropriate diagnosis and referrals depending on your pet's needs. She communicates prior to arrival and lets you know when to expect her. So much more enjoyable than going into a vet office and having your pet meltdown while waiting to be seen. Highly recommend.

What's better than a vet to your own home? FAR less trauma for the kitty.

You simply cannot ask for anything more than Lucy's offers. Dr. Kathy Baker is amazing. From routine yearly visits, script refills... to unforseen needs like ear infections that can't wait until Monday to any fur family's dreaded need at the end (our 21 yr old cat Nathan) Dr. Baker is truly there and in the best and most needed ways. We love her.

I paid $762 for a routine vet visit for my dog. There is a reason their prices are not listed online- but their NEGLIGENCE can cost you even more than the visit. My dog had a visit 5/25, routine lab work done- apparently $209 worth (in addition to cost of visit and mobile fee). I never received the results, tried to call and email multiple times, never even got a response or call back. I figured everything must be normal or someone would let me know… little did I know this mistake was costing my dog precious time. OVER A MONTH LATER I finally reach someone and ask them to email me the results. When I saw her labs (which had resulted the day after her visit) I was shocked- her kidney levels were 2x what they should be, multiple other markers were abnormally high in her blood work and urinalysis. I called and called, left voicemails, emailed. NO RESPONSE. Still have not heard back from a vet from Lucy’s. Instead I contacted another vet who said my dogs lab values show severe kidney distress and she needs to be seen right away- information I wish I had known over a month ago when Lucy’s received her results the day after her visit. I paid $762 dollars for this “visit” and their incompetence has delayed any kind of treatment for my dog. If this was a person it would be criminal. I hope no one else makes the same mistake I did- no one should have to deal with something like this.

Excellent veterinary service for my cat. He was sick and is fearful of strangers. Having the convenience of a vet van helped ease his anxiety. Dr Baker and tech were both great with him. All procedures and tests could be done in the van during the visit. Everything was explained thoroughly. I will now be using Lucy’s Mobile Vet care for future well and sick appointments for all 3 of my cats. *Since my first post one of my cats needed dental surgery. Dr Baker was able to do it all from the van. It was very reassuring to immediately bring him home after a procedure, rather than deal with a cage and car ride.

If you are a cat guardian or dog guardian and they don’t react well to car travel, Lucy’s vet is the answer. Love the convenience of at home visits. It takes all the stress out of veterinarian care.

They were fabulous very supportive in my time of crisis. Truly caring never gave up in finding an answer for me.

I contacted Lucy's because they offer at-home service. I have a senior dog who has had some difficulty cooperating with vets in the past and has required sedation, but has now become too old to safely be sedated. I honestly couldn't be any more pleased with my experience with this Dr. and her assistant. They were very patient and took their time with him to make sure he was comfortable and to examine him inch by inch. I'm very happy.

I love that she took her time to examine Gerald. I love the fact she understood that he was an older dog and some options may not be suitable for him and to look at the alternative of him leading a life of comfort. I also love the fact that she just didn't prescribe him a bunch of meds but looked into options that I felt comfortable with.

When our cat had a medical emergency and our regular vet couldn't fit us in, we called Lucy's Veterinary Care. Dr. Edwards found the time to come to our house and gave professional and caring attention to our cat. What's more, she patiently demonstrated for us how to manage our cat's care going forward. We are so happy to have found Lucy's and will move all of our pets' care to them going forward.

Dr. Baker took excellent care of my cat. She listened patiently as I talked showing that she valued me and what I had to say. I highly recommend her.

It is nice to have the Vet come to you. Helps if you have skittish animals. However, they can be a bit hard to get ahold of. Sometimes it takes a few days to have a call returned. Also, they are a bit pricy.

The kindness and care that I received as I had to say goodbye to my sweet furbaby was exceptional. He was at home on his couch and they made it easy for him. I am so happy I found them after the bad experience I had at my normal vet. I am looking forward to using them on 5 dogs and 4 kitties..

I just had my first visit by Dr. Baker and Arielle. They were thorough and really spent a lot of time getting to know my Ripple's history. Dr. Baker was very knowledgeable, asked a lot of pertinent questions and provided reasonable treatment options.

Kathy is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She takes her time and explains all your options. Aaron her assistant is great as well. This is a wonderful service that I highly recommend. I have bulldogs so I am a frequent flyer to the vet office. This saves me so much time and stress.

Dr. Baker has been an amazing vet for our family. We struggled for years to get to the bottom of our dog’s skin issues and allergies, and Dr. Baker was able to resolve them during her very first visit. Services are convenient and far less stressful than a traditional vet visit. I can’t recommend highly enough!
