EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Receptionist refused to give me a quote on hamster teeth grinding. All she would tell me is $11.50 “and up”. I asked is there is estimate, average price, or maximum and she refused to tell me any range. I can’t be expected to go to a doctors office and pay whatever they want or risk losing the exam fee. This is very unprofessional. Could you image is every company did business this way???

Horrible appointment setup. Made me wait a month for an appointment and then the voicemail confirmation was a different time. They blamed it on me and did not want to me take my pet.

I took a little squirrel to Riverview Veterinary Hospital after finding it in the parking lot after apparently being struck by a tire of a FedEx delivery van. The little thing was trying to walk but apparently sustained nuriological injuries and was probably paralyzed. I wanted the vet's opinion and the two of us agreed it should be euthanized to end it's suffering and the Vet took the little squirrel to do just that. The Vet displayed compassion for the little wild animal which I appreciated and I highly recommend Riverview Veterinary!

The staff is really nice! I first visited when my dog was attacked by another dog. The vet was able to examine my dog the same day I called.

Extremely poor customer service. The manager was very rude and unprofessional when I called for my bird. Do not waste your money going here.

Friendly and nice. Prices are above average, but I guess that's what has to be done to pay Vinings rent.

It was an awesome experience. The moment I walked thru the door I was greeted by the Receptionist with great energy and a great spirit. Dr. Bostick, the Veterinarian, was wonderful and gave me great advice on my new pup. She was professional and personal who took a lot of time and patience to observe my dog. I would recommend anyone looking for a great Doctor for their pet to bring them to Riverview on Cobb Pkwy, Atl.

My rabbit needs immediate help. I’ve been going to another vet this week but they’re closed today. This location is the only exotic vet near me that’s open today. I tried to call, and the women cut me off and wouldn’t even give me advice. She tried to book me 3 weeks out.

When you look for a vet, you want people who care and not someone who will go above and beyond to get money out of you. Riverview Veterinary Hospital surprised me in a wonderful way and at least in my case showed they're not just in it for the money. To me that's worth quite a bit and offers peace of mind when you need it most for you and your furry friends

They were very nice and helpful on the phone but all their a son vets were out of town for a week and I needed my girl to be seen immediately, but they have me other numbers so it worked out early we'll.

This vet only cares about your money. My initial visit was over $200 which I can understand due to getting a physical for my dog. But after making an appointment for her bortedella shot, they want to charge me over $200 to give her a physical and other unnecessary procedures. She just had her physical 2 months ago and now they want to do it again to “ ensure she is healthy enough for the shots”. It’s a rip off and highly questionable during a pandemic.

Extremely friendly and understanding staff. My cat can be very difficult to handle (not mean, just slippery) but they are happy to work with him and do what they need to do to make sure he is healthy. He's not only slippery in the office but at home as well, and Riverview has been so understanding and easy to work with in the times where I just cannot get him in his carrier. Their pricing isn't too bad and they're happy to answer any questions you have regarding their recommendations before actually doing anything, rather than just doing it and boom now you're charged for it. Front office staff is very friendly and easy to deal with over the phone. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend Riverview, I'll definitely be taking my kitty here as long as I'm in Atlanta (assuming I can pin his butt down).

Phenomenal first visit. Our Lionhead received the best checkup and much needed mani (Lol). Dr. Bostick was very informative and showed she genuinely cared. The office staff exuded exceptional customer service. See y'all again next year.

Dr. Bostick is very personable and caring. She listened to my concerns and clearly explained a treatment plan for my dog's allergies. The price was affordable, the office is clean, the staff is friendly, and we've found a new vet in Atlanta!

First visit for my conure today. Dr Was very informative and took time to explain bird care to me. She made me comfortable and her staff are very friendly.

Dr. Bostick has a calming and loving demeanor with your pet. I have not had that experience with anyone before. You can tell that she really cares for your pet.

Dr. Bostick and her stafff were more than gorgeous with my African Grey Parrot. She took all the time to speak with me and to check on my baby. Her staff were also really helpful and kind. I left their facility extremely happy and satisfied and there are not enough words to thank them. I will recommend them from now on . God Bless them !! All my respect for you guys.

Dr Bostic is great. I have been taking my cockatiel Sunny to her for 15+years. Recently we acquired a new puppy in the family. She has been so helpful and answers all my questions and soothes my concerns. She’s like a pediatrician that you keep calling when you have a new baby. I would recommend her time and time again. She’s the best.
