I have decided to stop taking my dog to this place. Initially I used them as an on boarding thing because I had to go out of town, but I then started to use their grooming services as well. Whenever I picked her up she was anxious AS HECK. …

This is not a review of the dog boarding/daycare overall, but more about communication and professionalism. Grooming: I have gone to grooming several times and never had any issues communicated. My dog typically smelled great, looked great and was fine. That is until today when I was informed at pickup that my dog's nails had not been done. When Tina the groomer came out I asked why they were not done and was informed that typically they would muzzle my dog (he hates his nails bring touched which is why I brought him in, and wrote that he had a cracked nail on the intake form). I was upset that they were charging full price for not rendering all services and found that the sunny that it is an "add on" service to be ridiculous. I requested to have him in another day after he calmed down from being quicked. The request was denied, Tina copped an attitude and told me to take him to the vet. I will, and will no longer use Tina for grooming, and potentially not use dogma. Overall Dogma is usually professional and accommodating for both grooming and boarding, but they have communication issues. I was not informed of any of the behavior or service issues from the above prior to the incident. Additionally, I have had issues surrounding boarding reservations and communication of the proper reservation process and availability in the past. My recommendations: 1) Keep clear lines of communication and expectations 2) Ask who your groomer is and make sure that there aren't issues with your dog or services 3) Plan ahead.

I've been using Dogma for the past 5 years. Ever time I visit I have excellent service from the staff. It is wonderful that whenever I have to leave my dogs I'm ensured they are well taken care of.

My dog had another wonderful boarding experience. The staff provides detailed feedback about his stay and anything we need to be aware of. He really enjoys it!

Decently priced daycare and webcams are a plus. I ordered a bath post daycare and my dog smelled noticeably of urine and feces.

Staff are friendly and helpful. My dog has been going there for almost 2 years.

Reasonable prices, but what is the most important thing is the all day free play for the dogs. My pets are always worn out when we pick them up and we love it.

Today was my dogs first day at Dogma. She had the best time. She made friends and played the first day. Wonderful Place!

Their "yard" is solely a concrete slab- there is no grass or Astroturf for something soft on paws. Our dog went to daycare at Dogma twice. The first time he came home with a few small blisters on his paw pads. The second time, he came home with bloody paws after cutting a few of his nails through the quick. The blood had dried all over his paws so it had happened quite awhile before we picked him up. We never received a phone call nor did they tell us at pickup that he had hurt himself. Obviously there are no attentive employees that pay attention to the dogs or else someone would have seen all the blood he surely left on their concrete "play yard." VERY overpriced for the lack of quality and care.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PUPPIES I had military duties out of state for a week so I trusted this company to care for my 17 week puppy. When I picked him up, he rolled over for me to rub his belly and his paws were bleeding and oozing. I was told by Suzi the manager it was from him playing on concrete from 9-4 everyday. I called the vet immediately. They requested that I email pictures and told me that it was not normal and scheduled an emergency appointment. I also had the company groom and bathe my puppy two hours before I picked him up. He came back matted with urine and feces. I asked for a refund for his stay and only receive $105 of the $215 I paid. After the vet bill and grooming, the amount didn’t even cover his follow up appointments. Please take your puppy elsewhere. Also note there is no BBB accreditation to hold this business accountable.

The best doggy daycare period! I have an unstable work schedule so I never know when I need daycare. Well no need to call ahead at Dogma. They’re always happy and ready to care for Mason without an appointment/reservation. I also appreciate the web cams throughout the facility so I can see him play via their website. The staff is always friendly and their prices are fair.

Helpful clean and friendly. The self dog wash was great and the apron was a big help worth my boys but they loved being so fresh and clean especially for the price.

My dog absolutely loves Dogma! She’ll pull me out of my car every single morning when she sees we have arrived. She comes home exhausted every single time I pick her up and I love that I’m able to watch her from work on the webcams.
