Amanda is the BEST!! She gives my dog a good deshedding bath and clips his nails. She’s the only one he will allow to clip his nails.. Not even me ???? We will keep coming here

I’ve been going to Dandy Dog for the last 4 years with several staffing turnover. The current staff is the worst of all. They are rude, unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate. The level of customer service that I’ve received had been extremely poor. I dropped my dog off for a groom two weeks ago and within 30 mins I was called back to pick him up because he was bleeding profusely. He lost a whole toe nail in the care of dandy dog. How? This answer is yet to be answered. As a result, I had to take him to an emergency vet, spending unnecessary out of pocket expenses. I’m disappointed and will NEVER go back to that awful place. Lastly, they mentioned they would reimburse me for the expenses paid for the emergency vet and I’ve yet to receive the reimbursement. Poor customer service!!

Gatsby is all smiles after his first full grooming experience at Dandy Dogs. They got us in quickly after a cancellation with a past groomer, and you know Doodles can’t go long between cuts or they get matted. The Dandy Dogs staff took excellent care of him and he was fully bathed and groomed within 3.5 hours. I can only count on one hand the number of perfect grooming experiences we’ve had around Atlanta and this one tops the list! This is exactly what we asked for and I am so grateful for the experience we had today. Thanks Dandy Dogs!

Someone in one of their vehicles tried to side swipe me, then cut me off and brake checked me so hard that the truck behind me had to swerve onto the shoulder and my dog’s head hit the read windshield hard enough to crack it. If the blatant disregard for human lives isn’t enough to deem them as incapable of taking care of your animals, I don’t know what is. edit: They’re now claiming that they don’t have cars in their business. But when I called to complain about this incident, they definitely said otherwise. So unless you want to deal with illiterate liars, don’t take your pets here.

Beware! Horrible conditions for your dog. My dog was left with no food or water for hours. I called 5 hours later and still no grooming was rendered. Horrible customer service provided by staff.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! BEWARE! Do not send your dog here. Horrible customer service. Took my dog for a mini trim and all they did was cut around his eyes and blow dryed him for 70.00. They had him at the shop for 8hrs and nothing was done to my dog. If you love your pup keep them away from here! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Queen and I, my Yorkie loves this place. Everyone is always so nice and they treat my Yorkie real well.

I was in the car with my roommate when a driver at this business cut us off, nearly hitting us. She then proceeded to slam on her brakes heavily for no reason, causing the dog in the backseat to smash her head on the windshield. Would not trust this business around my pets considering they are driving around reckless in the area.

This is the worst dog grooming business in The state of Georgia. Please do not take you pet there. They provide terrible service, they are not honest and I would not recommend you leave your pet in their care for service. My dog is traumatized and almost bald. They cut all her hair off, she wasn’t properly washed and their electricity was cut off the day of services. Very shady business.

Carol takes really good care of my older dog. Dixie has several health issues and Carol just takes real good care of her and gives her a great grooming and always makes time so that Dixie can get groomed properly.

I was very pleased with the grooming oh my dog "Riley Roo." As a first time customer I did not know what to expect, but I took a chance and was pleasently surprised. The cut was perfect. I will definitely be back.

They did a phenomenal job with my dog romeo I couldn't be happier with the service they provided and they were done 2 hours earlier then they said which was a big help.

Horrible grooming business and people including the owner! Do NOT take your dog here ever!!! When I called to make an appt. I asked how long my dog would be there. The answer was 3-4 hours. I confirmed this when I dropped her off for her appt. I called after 3 hours to check the status and I was told she had not been groomed yet! My poor dog had been locked in a cage for 3 hours waiting and nothing! I spoke to the owner who had a horrible defensive attitude and hung up the phone on me when I explained the details I had been given when making the appt and confirmed at drop off again.. I drove there arriving 4 hours after I dropped her off and she was still in a cage in the back still waiting. The groomer and the owner gave me more attitude and told me take my dog and they refused to groom her. The groomer did not even hand me my small dog she threw her to the floor. My dog was scared and shaking. She latched onto me not to let go of her. After we left and I put her down to walk she was limping. They hurt my baby. This place needs to be sued and shut down!

I will NEVER come back to this establishment because of the lack of professionalism and hospitality!! As a new patient/client, I had an AWFUL and UNJUST experience with this organization. Everything was great when I called to inquire about their services and to book an appointment for my fur baby. I spoke to someone named Amanda and she was helpful and friendly. I walked in and saw one of the employees wrapping up with a couple who has just had their pet groomed. The employee seemed friendly and attentive. They said their goodbyes as I waited patiently to be greeted. The couple left and she still had not acknowledged my presence. I later found out that the employee that refused to greet me was Amanda which was a big shock because she was pleasant over the phone and to the previous customers who were there when I initially walked in. Another groomer come out from the back and realized she was missing a dog. Amanda then looked at me, then looked at the groomer and motioned with her face and said, "Oh, that's HER dog." Still refusing to acknowledge or greet me as if I wasn't a valued customer. At this point, it's starting to feel uncomfortable and apparent that I'm not welcomed. She kept referring to me as "HER" instead of my name and my fur baby as "THAT DOG" instead of her name or breed which again, was on the same form she was holding that I filled out earlier when I first arrived. It was clear as day her treatment towards me was racially motivated. She was super cheery with the previous clients, who appeared to be white, and when she turned to me, her whole demeanor changed as if she didn't want to deal with me. I just wasn't expecting to be treated differently based on the color of my skin. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere!

I just got my brussels mix and aussie groomed here and they look great! It was a last minute decision and they were the only people that would help me as soon as I needed it, even though they were busy! I drove an hour out of my way to go to them and I would definitely do it again!
