Moved to the Smyrna area about a year ago and was struggling to find a groomer. The first time I walked into Dee’s I just knew she was the one! Always feels like family no matter how far out your space haircuts. They make detailed notes so your pooch always looks the same! 100% recommend Dee’s Grooming, you won’t regret it!

The team at Dee's did a GREAT job. It was my first time taking my little dog to a groomers. I was nervous and didn't want to leave her alone. But they were very gentle and caring. I completely trust them and will be coming back. Great job folks. Thanks.

Bad customer service. If you can't tell me how much it will cost (a range is fine) then why would I bring them.

Called to get a generic quote to see if it was worth me going. The woman who answered the phone told me she literally couldn't give me one over the phone and the ones on the website weren't accurate. Terrible customer service.

They always do a great job taking great care for my pet highly recommend Dee's grooming to anybody who needs to get their pet taken care of

The grooming job was okay, but they missed a few spots. Our little dog had a couple of long hairs around his eyes and on his neck. I gave us 7 days to bring him back to get fixed at no extra charge and even threw in a small touch up cut three weeks later. customer service was good and the prices are average.

Don't Go! I own a poodle. If you're looking for a quality haircut, someone who pays attention to detail, as if you're getting your on own hair cut, Dee's is NOT the place. The groomer(s) here do not follow the grooming requests. Did not provide any of the grooming requested and agreed on. We showed the groomers pictures of the most simple cut. My dogs hair was cut too low in areas we clearly communicated, and deff not low enough in others. The toe nails weren't clipped properly and has snagging split edges. The toes and face were done sloppily with patches of hair missed and not groomed. They charged extra and didn't get anything correct. They also forgot to provide services discussed. It was so bad I didn't even bother going back to get anything fixed. The quality of grooming is certainly not worth the cost. They keep your dog for hours (silly reasons and inconvenient) and don't walk them for a restroom brake...my dog couldn't wait to ease herself (so sad). I won't be back!
