They are the absolute best groomers in town! My dog looks great and is cared for while I’m working - eases my mind!

Fantastic service and grooming. Katrina does wonders with my wiggly Border Collie mix. I'm a dog trainer and recommend all my students to her for grooming. She's got a way with pups and skill I've rarely seen in other local groomers.

Overall I have had no issues with pristine Poochies, until today. I moved here May 2019, I have been taking my dog here Since then. Clearly there was less communication between she and I than what I thought. I called and spoke with receptionist to make his next 6 week appointment. She didn't have a Saturday this time, neither in 8 weeks. I simply stated, I would have to find somewhere else for his next groom. I didn't mean permanently. Katrina, who usually is very kind to me, gets upset saying I was all upset. I was not at all. The receptionist either lied orBhad it wrong. She went off on me! Telling me, How ive had multiple missed appointments and we need to cut ties. That he wasn't even there in 2020 Which was not true! I have plenty of bank statements between me, and my husband showing when he's been. I wanted to go over my bank statements for 19 and multiple statements in 20 between my husband and I. I still have them and have no problem showing them to her. I wanted to see where the missed dates were, she refused. She never once said anything about me missing appointments. I have plenty of bank statement from 2019 and 2020 from my bank and my husbands bank of major coming. But of course she would not align my dates with hers. I was more than ready too, so I could see where the miscommunication was. I don't like being lied on, especially when I had no idea what I was being put out for.into today. I can not recall a time Ive been rude to her, other than today. I was absolutely furious as she threatened to kick my dog out and send him to another place herself. I wasn't even rude when I told her my dogs first visit was not a good groom.My Dog is an extremely difficult groom. I have always said to her, if he's an issue call me ill pick him up, no problem. I understand he is a handful. I would have rather her said she no longer wanted to service him for that reason and not giving me lies that we're half put together and no information to support it. I was willing to take blame where blame is due. But you showed me no evidence. But got defensive as soon a as you called me. just word of mouth of her receptionist. She went right along with her receptionist as of this was some type of he said, she said situation. I do believe it was a misunderstanding and quite honestly could have been better handled on both parts. You definitely need to do a better job at listening instead of assuming. No words. This jas been absolutely mind-boggling unexpected day. Never expected this from her for no reason. I'm not a reviewer. But I could not let this go that easy. Unprofessional from the person I least expected. At least have the decency to talk with me about it like an adult.

Katrina is an incredibly skilled groomer with a calm, gentle way of handling. She helps dogs who have a hard time with grooming, learn to trust groomers again. Plus they’ll leave looking fantastic!

I have old dogs with a multitude of skin issues which makes them quite delicate @ times Katrina was so patient with my old senile dogs & their shaky nervousness, very much appreciated

Friendly local establishment, my dog loves going there. They treat him like he's a canine celebrity or something. He goes in grayish and shaggy and comes out white and coiffed. And he stays clean almost 2 days! Yeah! All kidding aside, well run operation and they care about their 4 legged clientele. They're really with the pooches, even wiggle-worm Cavapoos. Highest recommendation.

I was worried how my little one would react to a groomer but the staff here were terrific. Calmed him immediately and the job got done perfectly.

I took my little Shih Tzu here on the recommendation of a friend. Big mistake! I have been told by groomers in the past, that she is a very sweet doggie, but a little touchy on her feet. When I got the call from a gentleman to come pick her up, he told me not to expect what I had asked for, because she had given them a fit and it took both of them to groom her. I assume one held her down while the other attempted to groom her. I later found out why she was hard to handle. As I was giving her a belly rub, I found a very sizable razor or clipper burn on her little belly! No wonder she gave them a fit! They hurt her! If they had stopped then and called me, I would not be doing this negative review. Instead they proceeded with the worst grooming I have ever seen on her. And to make matters even worse, she has been covered in fleas, when she never had a flea problem before. And for all this, I was still charged $60, and now have to go pay again to get her straightened out, assuming she will even let anyone other than me touch her again. Bottom line is, if you love your fur baby, don’t take them to this place. They can’t speak out and tell you how they were treated. I gave them 1 star, only because I am not allowed to give a 0! In reply to your reply, I sent you the pictures you requested. I took her to another groomer yesterday that i have used in the past, who was closed due to current events. She had no problems with her yesterday or in the past. Had the burn been on her when you attempted to groom her, you would have seen it. But not to worry. She won't be coming back to you again. I just don't understand why someone would not own up to something that they did.

Katrina is amazing with these babies. She was so sweet and gentle with my 14 year old American bulldog. Also everyone should know that she donates her services to rescue dogs that are still in foster care.

Why do I love this place? Because this lady is absolutely amazing. I would put 20 Stars if it was an option. We were on vacation in Georgia and we brought my dog text with us, he needs a bath and a nail trim. We dropped him off so we can go out to the beach and she did a fantastic job on him he smelled amazing and you came out looking like a million dollars. The reason we give her such high praise is because even though we were running late like past closing she didn't complain she didn't raise a fuss she just gladly said take your time you know things happen and will love to have him back.

Best groomer I've ever used! My dog zeke, loves going to see them! And he always looks amazing when we pick him up!
