All About Pets Hilton Head Island, Georgia

Our Great Pyrenees Murphy had a wonderful experience at All About Pets! He stayed there for for the week while we were visiting Hilton Head. From our first phone call to make a reservation through his entire stay, everything was perfect! The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and obviously love animals. Everyone we worked with went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We loved the daily email report cards and pictures. Bottom line ~ we were able to enjoy our vacation because we knew Murphy was well taken care of! A+!

Kat is wonderful at grooming our dog. She is not an easy client but she knows how to handle her.

Our pups have spent time at All About Pets for daycare and boarding. Our dogs are 6years old and 14years old. We like the fact that the facility is small in the number of dogs they allow. They also have an online form you complete for feeding/medication instructions. One of the best parts is the owner is emailed a daily “report card” with pictures on how their pup did during the day. Plus you can call in anytime during business hours to check on your pup. We highly recommend All About Pets!

We have been boarding Darby and at All about Pets for years. They have the most caring staff and are just a delight to deal with. They go out of their way to make the visit stress free for both the pup and the parents. The place is just spotless. I can’t sing their praises loud enough!

My dog…from Michigan(!)… LOVED this place. He literally raced out of the car and bounded in. Very pleased. Will def use again!

We were so very thankful to have found this place when our usual dog sitter wasn't available at the last minute. Our senior poodle had a great time there and we were able to enjoy our vacation without worry. The daily reports and pictures …

Elsa is always excited to go to All About Pets. They are so caring . She gets the best care from all the staff . And always looks beautiful after her grooming.

We spent 11 days here at Hilton Head SC and Our Miss Dottie Pepper spent 9 day in their daily day care while we golfed. She loved it and they were amazing with her. She would run in each morning to see her new friends I got Daily photos and updates every day. I would Highly recommend them….and I’m picky!

Friendly staff but unfortunately disappointed based on what I expected from the overall experience. The staff was very good about communicating during the booking process and very friendly when I drop my baby off and picked her up but…I was disappointed with the communication or lack there of during her stay. I expected a report card and did not get one until I came to pick her up and asked about it. The staff member did apologize because she thought it was sent, she said there would be at least one picture. There were no pictures in the report card, even thought the staff member said there was. Then I received another report to my email about an hour or so after pick up with a picture of some other dogs. My baby was no where to be see . Also when I picked her up I the staff member commented on how she ate her breakfast but no comment about dinner the previous night. When I looked at the report card under dinner it said N/A. I dropped her off at about 5:25pm, which should have given time for her to be feed. So I’m not sure what happened. I have boarded my dog in my hometown at her Vets office in the past. They charge $15 a night, which I know is very reasonable. They make no claims at being a “luxury” facility. But they are very nice, clean, and my baby always seems happy when I pick her up. All About Pets is by no means a bad place but for what I paid, I just expected a different experience. Update: I wanted to add to my review that someone from All About Pets did call and acknowledge and apologize for the situation with the report card not having any pictures of my fur-baby. I was told that the picture I was sent of a group of other dogs was due to the fact that there were two dogs there at the time name Lailah and the computer pulled a picture of the wrong Lailah. I appreciate the phone call and the acknowledgment, which was good customer service.

I Love All About Pets . I enjoy getting the report card every night while we are away. I do believe that all the play time my two rescue dogs get with other doggie guests has helped them greatly. Thank You for taking such good care of Bugsy and Rocky.

Vacationed in Hilton Head for the past two weeks, and my two puppies (40 lb one-year-old Goldendoodle and 65 lb six-month-old Germans Shepherd … both high energy and super loving happy girls) attended daily daycare at All About Pets. Both are socialized since they attend daycare in NJ, two to three times per week; and, also, frequent the dog park on a regular basis. They had a blast! Every morning, at drop-off, they were super excited to be there (big smiles and wagging tails) and, at the end of their day, they left in great spirits! I am glad to have found this place … it is now our doggie daycare away from home when in Hilton Head.

I love all about pets! I had two middle age cats that had never been boarded and needed to stay for several weeks. AAP was great with walking me through the boarding process and answered all my questions. Check in was simple and the staff told me that I'd receive a daily email with feeding intake and pictures! This was a huge plus even though I was staying close by so I was able to visit them daily. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my cat's needs. The room was supplied with a cat condo and space for their litter box below. It was always clean, smelled nice and the service was well worth the value. I would highly recommend if you're looking for any length of stay for your fur babies!

We brought our Beagle Bailey here for the first time today and she is just a ball of energy and excitement! She really enjoyed herself and we felt very comfortable having them care for our baby girl for the day! Thank you for running such a great business, and loving pets just as much as we love Bailey! ❤️❤️❤️

July 2021 My dog stayed with AAP for 12 nights and had a great time. I really appreciate the daily report cards, pictures and comments. They took great care of him and he was happy when we picked him up. They are always on top of everything.

My Louie loves daycare! He plays for 4 to 5 hours, runs in my arms when I pick him up, and then sleeps for the night! He is always in good spirits!!

These people are really nice, but I know that they treat animals wonderfully, because when I walk through the building door she starts wagging her tail, and getting excited. That says it all for me! Enough said

We love our rescue, Freddie, but he is a major pain in the @ss!! He’s got severe anxiety, doesn’t like other dogs and has an extremely irritating bark (what’s not to love?!) When visiting HHI we brought Freddie to All About Pets so we could have a much needed break, plus he’s not great in a hotel setting. They were absolutely wonderful! We felt that Freddie was safe and cared for. They even had some great suggestions to help with his anxiety when away from us, offered to pick up medicine for him at the local pharmacy. They really went above and beyond, we are so grateful for all of the staff. Fred attached himself to Miss Sara and she was so sweet with him and even gave him a little gift when he left. You cannot go wrong with this place!!

The staff took great care of our dog! We loved being able to check him in and out each day so he could enjoy the beach for a few hours. We highly recommend All About Pets!

So glad I found APP! Took my puppy there for her first time and was so happy with the care she received. Loved the report card and photos I received at the end of the day. This will definitely be Millie's go to doggie daycare for the future!

Nice place, nice people. When we picked up our dog it was obvious he had been treated with care and love.

We boarded our 9 month old puppy for 6 nights at All About Pets while we vacationed in Hilton Head. We loved that we were free to pick her up for outings during the day. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional every time we came in...even when we returned her super sandy & wet from our trip to the beach. We also loved getting a report card with pictures every evening. We would definitely use AAP again. Highly recommend.

Following a mega-drive south, we needed an evening to recover before moving into the rental for an extended stay beginning the next day. Sleeping most of the way down, our large dog was raring to move about when we arrived. Thanks to the excellent care at AAPs we were able to accommodate his renewed energy while we rested. What a perfect ending to a very long day for everyone including our canine family member. Next year we will adopt the same plan for sure. Excellent boarding kennel!

My pups came home exhausted and happy. Looking forward to more playdates- Especially during these rainy days.

We have recently adopted a rescue dog, and it is our first time in doing so. The caretakers at All about pets were so helpful and knowledgeable about rescues and how to treat them. Our pup was very happy with his spa day with Bo and Natasha. We are very happy with their service. We will definitely be back and recommend this business to all our friends.
