Just wanted to say thank y'all for your help, kindness, and compassion for helping our newly rescued red ear slider Jim...who was rescued from being dumped in a trash can. Thank goodness y'all have amazing animal loving staff!!

They are always clean and well stocked. I called ahead for them to save me an item the site said there was only one left of and they did which was very much appreciated.

Always nice to visit. Had my rat terrier Baby Girl with me....her first time....there was oh so much to look at for her!!!! Always friendly happy workers.

Prices for items can be considerably higher than they go for elsewhere but the store and employees are always pleasant

The place is very clean and the staff is nice but the prices are so high and the selection of hard rubber toys for dogs is not very big.

Showed an item in stock only to arrive and see they don’t. When I asked the woman laughed and said “yeah we should probably do better at keeping the stock updated, sorry. Anything else?”

Employees are a bit uneducated when it comes to guinea pigs. The guy who handled my adoption claimed they couldn’t have wood chips as a bedding because they don’t have eyelids and it can splinter. The truth is there are specific types of wood chips that are acceptable for bedding. Aspen is safe but cedar isn’t because it causes respiratory issues.

Way better than the one on abercorn whom always seems to have dead fish in their tanks. My only problem is the ghost shrimp can never stay in stock.
