Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Woods. After over $3000 worth of a blood transfusion I never heard one single word from the office. How is my cat doing? Is everything OK? Nothing at all from these unfeeling desensitized robots. Thanks for NOTHING. You gave my cat countless strokes and when I questioned it you blew me off and your only response was that it wasn't you weren't to blame. What a horrible and terrible bedside manner. Some "doctor." ZERO sympathy and any sort of post surgery care or instruction was EVER given. Horrible experience. Hope they shut down TOMORROW for lack of any sort of bedside manner.

Wonderful, caring staff and doctors. They are always willing to listen to and answer questions from a worried pet owner.

I was referred toDr Shealy from my vet for my Yorker terrier to look at her records for a beginning stages of collapsed trachea surgery. He didn’t even look at the records, told his assistant they don’t do that type of surgery when I was told they he did it before. The thing is , didn’t give no consultation or advice whether she needed it or not!! Had no concerns for my baby at all!! I was told I can try somewhere else in Athens Ga. No referral or no doctor’s name. I don’t know what to do or who to see about her condition! If I coul give a 0 I would!!! They are no help at alll!

The customer service inside was very friendly, however I'm giving it the mid rating because they refuse to answer the phones anymore. It literally says when you call "we aren't answering the phones at this location." I've never heard of such stupidity!!!! This is not a reflection on the employees by any means. Whoever made the decision... just no. I run a business, I can't imagine refusing to answer phones. It does transfer you to corporate answering center... lol... but they answer and tell you to go in the store for answers, so what's the friggin point???????????????

I was referred to this particular Vet Specialist to have them remove a lipoma on my dog's leg. I met today with Dr. Marcus Bradberry for only about 15 minutes, but after having waited in their lobby for about 30 minutes. Afterwards, I was charged $195.00 for the consultation with him and was given a ridiculous and outrageous estimated quote for $2,355.58 just to have a CT Scan done on her, but was also told that the actual total may vary between: $2155.58 and $2527.58. Now that's just for her to have the CT Scan! That quoted price doesn't even include the actual cost to perform the surgery, which I was then told could run anywhere from between $2,500 to $3,500 dollars. So, that would be almost $6000, and i'm so upset and don't know what else to do because I dont want my sweet baby's lipoma to get any bigger. I just feel that quoted price is to much and that these people are simply just money hungry and DO NOT CARE about the health or well-being of our pets. Lastly, it should not have cost $195 for a 15 minute consultation!

Dr. Shealy and his staff did a wonderful job. He took extra care to explain everything to me in a way that I understood. Highly recommend!

My dog Otis came to Dr.Shealy for a surgery consultation. We were extremely nervous that our dog would possibly have surgery as he is a senior dog with some allergy and behavioral issues. Thankfully Dr.Shealy agreed with us, and he did not recommend surgery. Eight weeks later, my dog is doing great. Grateful for his knowledge of orthopedics and knowing when to perform surgery and when not to. We would highly recommend Dr.Shealy and his staff!

Staff is very polite, friendly, and accommodating. The establishment was clean and didnt care any type of odor a usual veterinary would have. Took my 13 year old Chihuahua to have a mass cancerous tumor removed and the surgeons did an excellent job and cared well for her. Even though we still have chemo to go through I thank themfor saving my baby. You guys are amazing
