Great vets and techs who care about your pets! There are separate entrances for cats and dogs which is really helpful. I have brought my pets here for years and will continue to do so.

I moved my veterinary services over here recently and I love it. Dr. Subbarayan has been taking care of our dog. She has a husky too and is awesome! Very knowledgable and helpful. Our family cat is very old and sick and we took her there for the 1st time. Dr. Black has been helping us through this very tough time and words can't express how grateful I am to have someone so compassionate and understanding about the situation, helping us. The rest of the staff is great as well. They are all very friendly and helpful. Our family appreciates you all!

My dog and I met with Dr. Black. I have had dogs for over 30 years so have dealt with many vets. Dr. Black would rank as the best. She was very personable. Didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff. Most importantly she took her time and was very knowledgeable. Never fun to spend money at the vet, but from now on I won’t take my dog anywhere else.

I have went to this vet my whole life. The veterinarians are great. On the other hand the front desk people are unbelievably rude and they look and sound like they hate their job and their life. For this reason I am switching vets. Customers should feel like their business is wanted and appreciated… I know two other customers that have switched for the same reason.

After waiting more than 2 hrs with my puppy, there was a staff member that was extremely rude and condescending. Used this vet for 20+ years but never again.

These guys are absolutely amazing. My Girlfriend's dochsound (Lacy) was attached by an unleashed pit and tore a big gash into the little dog. (Every pet parents worst nightmare)! We just moved to Savannah from out of state and had not found a local vet yet so we didn't know where to turn. Out of everyone we called, these guys were the most compassionate and understanding. They were completely booked but they made an emergency exception. 12 stitches later our fur baby is recovering well. These guys genuinely care and treat your fur babies as if they were their own. I highly recommend these guys. I want to thank everyone at Island Veterinary Clinic, yall gave us comfort and support in our time of crisis.

Exceptional care for pets in the islands area, I would whole heartily recommend this veterinarian clinic to anyone. The staff is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and has a genuine love for animals.

Dr. Mahany is always professional and willing to spend time with you to discuss your pet's health.

Very kind and patient staff. One of my dogs is very nervous at the vet, and they always make her feel comfortable before checkups. My other dog loves (jumping on) everyone, and they accommodate the high energy. Very glad I chose them for our family.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Looking forward to hopefully many more years with a wonderful vet office for my fur babies.

Said my dog would do ok but had to move him to another vet he died on the way there they have no remorse still want all there money and they did nothing would not recommend to any one

A sad day in our lives as we had to put our furry friend to sleep today after almost 13 years of good memories. The staff was professional, understanding, and you could feel that they truely hurt as well. Would never take a pet anywhere else. Thank you for making a hard time a little easier to get through.

They always take the best care of my dog and cat. The staff is so kind and professional. They’ve seen me the day of with emergencies, and they’ve let me book out check ups in advance. They have been there for every step of my dogs life so far and will continue to be. Best in Savannah!

These people really love animals. I've seen all the vets with our lab, and they are fantastic! Usually easy to get a last minute appointment, always complete descriptions of what's going on and how to treat. Love the gals up front too!

Amazing service! Every vet I've been with has been so nice and knowledgable. Always happy to help with my boy oscar who doesnt like other dogs which is such a relief! I would rather make the drive out here then go anywhere else :)

We had a 3 o'clock appointment, arrived at 2:58 and waited until about 3:16. Other than that it was quick and easy. Picked up our cat at 3:16 from our car and we we pulling away with our cat at 3:33. I figured we would be there until 3:30ish so a big thumbs ???? up.

Island Vet Clinic goes out of their way to meet one's needs whether on wellness schedule or as a "urgent" visit. Friendly COVID19 compliant services. Skilled and compassionate staff and leadership. We've shared smiles and tears together over the years. This office "gets it". FIVE STARS!!
