We take all our animals here they are very professional and friendly!

The care our lil guy received was perfect! They were masked up and served us curbside so only our puppy's health would be a concern. Having not been to a vet (since Gozer is only a month old) with such a small breed ever, we were also shocked at how inexpensive the service was, especially compared to the quality of care and excellent communication. They even called a couple days later to make sure he reacted well to his medicine. I'm so glad this place is close to home but we would gladly drive an hour each way to go back if we had to.

Absolutely has been the best Vet I've worked with and taken my dogs and cats too! Absolutely recommend them!

Just recently adopted a kitten and this animal hospital has been outstanding with the treatment of my new pet.

My furry children have been going there for me years, for both wellness and boarding. Dr. Hassan and her staff are very professional and caring.

Highly recommend this veterinarian. They were able to save my rescue cat that was very ill. They also are so considerate and helped us put down our beagle whom we loved so much. Very gentle and intelligent people and I would recommend them to any animal owner!

My actual review is ZERO STARS and I would give them negative stars if I could. While this team at Georgetown Veterinary Hospital are seemingly compassionate about my pets, they completely failed to have any human compassion or empathy for myself after our last visit. They refused to help me when my car died in their parking lot and needed a jump. Their personal policy is to disallow anyone inside the building. So when I was stranded there, they would not ease their restriction even though I offered to wear my mask, even knowing I desperately needed to use their restroom, and their landline to call for help. They did not even offer to make the call for me. I could have stayed outside. I inquired if this was a state mandate or policy and was informed it was their personal policy. So I was forced to pee in their parking lot and walk on home. It was humiliating at best, and at worst, it lost them a client forever. People are losing their minds. GVH had no issue taking my pet, who can carry covid, inside, treating them, and charging me a fortune, and no problem coming out to discuss the pet with me, but I am too big a threat to be inside their building, even with a mask?? Of course, they had no problem taking over $300 payment twice in 2 weeks, either. Seems like they want to profit from the community around them, but they don't actually care about a stranded woman in their community, in their clientele! Unbelievable. I do not recommend this group.

The sweetest, caring, and most professional people work here. I take my cats and I used to bring my dog here when she was around. The people that work here really care about how your animal is doing even when the animal isn't there. I would get phone calls checking in on my babies a few days after an appointment to see how the medicine is working. I will forever recommend this Vet.

Dr. Hassan is one of the best veterinarians that I have ever been to. She is caring, compassionate, and obsessive about her good care. I am so impressed with her. I sent my parents to her for their dogs and they felt the same way. Very Impressive!! Highly Recommend without reservation!

Saying goodbye to a dear loved pet is never easy but Dr Hussan and staff helped my Spunky cross over the rainbow bridge with dignity and love! My heart is healing but this Clinic is the best in compassion and heart!!

Just so want to thank this team for treating, caring for and just going out of their way for our Spark...She was beyond badly reactive today and they still went out of their way, not only for her, but for me too...I will apologize for her ( though apologies don't seem enough) and just truly thank you...

Dr. Hassan, Amy and the staff here were so accommodating. Our Corgi, whom we are currently fostering, had a tick on the left side of her face. They gave us an appointment the same day, quickly removed the tick, prescribed an antibiotic for 2 weeks; and, treated us and our pet with the utmost kindness and respect - all while implementing and honoring safety restrictions due to the coronavirus.

The best and they keep us all safe during this crazy time with curb service.

I took my 20 year old cat, Alley, to this vet office when she was not in good health. It was my first time at this office. I believe she was seen by Dr. Hassan, but admittedly I can't remember. Covid meant that I could not go in with my cat (understandably). Dr. Hassan did everything that she could for my cat. Fluids, steroids, antibiotics, as well as advised me on extra home care (baby food, Pedialyte). My cat had some infected teeth. Unfortunately she didn't make it. She passed away in my arms, after being my childhood pet since age six. I am able to be at peace with the fact that everything that could possibly have been done for her medically was, and so I am thankful for the responsiveness and seriousness that was taken when I brought her in. I will continue to use this vet office for future pets.

Dr. Hassan and her staff always treat my fur baby as if she was their own!

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS VET. MY DOG JUST DIED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR 4 YEARS AND THEY TREATED MY DOG WITH NO CONCERN AT ALL. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!

I love this vet! Everyone that works there truly cares about your animals. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else.

Dr Hassan is THE BEST!!!!!! I have taken 3 cats and a dog over the last 5-6 years to her office and I continue to be more and more pleased by her and her staff. Dr Hassan is very thorough, knows her stuff and has such a kind heart with my babies! We love this office and highly recommend her!!!!!

Dr JoEllen has been my vet for 12 years now. 8 with my first pet and three with my current. Great customer service, wonderful staff and always a wonderful experience when we go there. Btw.. I live in Bluffton SC, have a brand new animal vets office 5 minutes from my house, and still take the time to drive to Georgetown Veterinary Hospital in Savannah.

This vet is absolutely wonderful!! I have a very anxious dog who is scared of everyone/thing, but she loves all of the people who work here. She gets so excited, she runs to the front door. They are always super helpful and friendly. Cannot imagine taking my pets anywhere else!

My sweet dog has anxiety issues with vet visits. This is the third local vet we tried, and the only place in which the staff went out of their way to treat her, despite her behavior. (They’ve even come out to give her rabies shot in the car). We’ve been going for 2 years now and the staff remain professional, kind, and supportive.

I have been here for 4 years now and this is the first place I've taken my fur babies that I felt like I could trust their knowledge and the first place where I feel like they really care about the babies. They take the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I am so thankful I found them.
