Amazing service every time. Each vet tech and veterinarian are so caring and sweet and really care for your animal.

A little more expensive, but worth it. My dog and I were are always very comfortable here.

I have been coming to Central Animal Hospital for 5 years now and I love it. Everyone there is so friendly and it is easy to see how much they truly care about their patients. I always know my kitties are in the best hands when I take them in for visits/exams. I highly recommend this vet office.

The staff here is amazing. They really care about the animals they see. We have been using them since 2018 when we moved back to Savannah. They were miracle workers with my daughters puppy who had parvo. My dog kinda likes em too

I wrote this as a review on Yelp about them and wanted it here as well. I absolutely had the best service ever. My cat was made very comfortable and he was as relaxed as any animal can be. Even when my dear cat was given two shots he never fought because they made him feel so relaxed that he was purring. I was made comfortable as well. Very friendly staff from the moment you enter this establishment. You feel the warmth and genuine love and care everyone here has for all animals. Now one of the most important part to some is the cost unfortunately, but I was so surprised how reasonable their cost was. I am blown away and will sing their praises. I have found a place where I feel great to take my animals for all their medical needs and means allot to me. I want to thank Cara Hammons for being so gentle and loving to my perts. I also would love to point out that Ashley at the awesome Cat Cafe downtown is who referred me there. Thank Ashley for helping me find this place. We are new in Savannah and had no time yet to establish us our regular veterinarian. Now we have the best one in town. You deserve 10 stars.

Great staff that truly treat your pets as their own.

I have been bringing my furbabies to Central for a bit over a year and I have been really happy with their care. The staff have handled the challenges of COVID admirably, making curbside visits as easy as possible, and more recently making sure in-person visits are safe for everyone. Dr. Hammons was great with my (sometimes challenging) cat's dropoff visit, and communicated her exam findings and care recommendations thoroughly by phone. Dr. Taylor has been amazing with my German Shepherds, especially my eldest who is a retired military dog. RVT Kassandra is well-loved by my pets and knows how to work with their unique personalities and needs. The reception staff are consistently friendly and efficient, and they make getting medication refills quick and easy. Most importantly, Central reflects a love of and compassion for animals, and it means the world to know my four-legged family members are getting great care.

I took my dog here for years. Everything was great loved the vet staff was okay. My dog Scout always liked the vet. Then when the pandemic started owners couldn’t go in with their pets. Scout was fine the first time, hesitant the second, And now it’s extremely difficult to get her in. Not sure what’s happening but just have a bad feeling about it… looking for another place for her

Please get a second opinion if you come here. Wanted to do an ultrasound that cost $400, but then said they could do an x-ray for $90, but it wouldn’t show everything….so why even suggest it. All they want is to charge outrageous amounts of money.

What I believe to be the most professional Vet in Savannah. Staff is always kind, courteous, accommodating, and most importantly takes great care of your pets!

Really enjoyed the visit,even though it was distance. The dog seemed to be very professional and pleasant. Hopefully when he has to come the next time,I will be able to see the doctor.

I take all of my babies here. My Kaine doesn't like men and they are ok with that so he loves seeing them.

I can not tell you enough amazing things about Dr Alex Hill. I only wish Tad Duncan would have helped me when I went to them about Pooler PD killing Jacob and Ella last year. Pooler PD and Savannah PD stole their ashes and Pooler PD won't investigate the officers who killed them.. Diamond Newton and R Montgomery. Sadly I can't ever replace my animals or their ashes or get anyone to help in law enforcement in Ga.. including the Brookehaven PD who won't invesigate my sexual assault. Dr Hill is the only good thing to come out of UGA..

Covid-19 compliant and organized with appointments!! The service is always quality and I trust them with my four-legged baby. I was able to get a same day appointment for a 'manicure'. Parking is tight, but there are nearby options.

Very pricey, and she had a very BAD case of fleas coming here. Staff is respectful but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The BEST care for your fur babies!

My pets have been patients at Central Animal Hospital for over a decade. All of the staff from Kristin at the front desk, to one of the technicians named Tad, to Dr. Hill, Dr. Taylor, and Dr. Hammonds have made each and every one of my visits amazing - despite the circumstances. They have gotten my animals through multiple surgeries, acute illnesses, and chronic diagnoses. They are so patient and understanding. They always make an effort to get me in in the case of emergencies and treat my animals and me like family whenever we're there. I couldn't imagine going to another veterinarian's office. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The vets and staff are friendly and have taken good care of my dog, Yogi.

We started taking our pets to Central Animal Hospital over 2 decades ago, and have always had excellent experience with them. We travel a lot and have recently returned to Savannah after over a decade away, and naturally returned to Central Animal Hospital, as well. All the Doctors and techs with whom we've interacted over the years have been fantastic. I recently had occasion to be reminded of why I trust them over all other vets in the area. I would not switch them for anything.

The doctors are great at explaining everything. There covid procedures are good with still getting all the info you need. No waiting for your appointment. Very good prices. We got a quote for a spay and it came in way under the quote.

Dr Taylor is very thorough and takes time to explain everything about my 17 year old cat, Tabitha. Tabitha has a thyroid condition that requires daily meds, as well as a newly detected heart murmur and kidney stone. I feel we are doing the best for Tabitha by going to Central Animal Hospital. Dr Hill and Dr Hammons also genuinely care about their patients. We have been with them for more than 12 years.

I love this place! The entire staff was helpful and there was not a long wait! I will be back!,????
