They require you to have your dog vaccinated with every single thing before they even let you in the building!! It's ridiculous. I don't know how you can operate s business that way. What if doctors stopped treating patients who weren't vaccinated?? I get my 2 dogs vaccinated for everything necessary like the dangerous parvo, rabies... but I don't get them vaccinated for bordatella because I NEVER board my animals and I NEVER bring my dogs around other dogs. There's no need to over- vaccinate them for things that don't apply to them. So I couldn't get health services that require a simple office visit (like a nail trim) unless I put my animals through unnecessary vaccinations. Ridiculous!

My dog went in for a leptospirosis vaccine, heart-worm labs, and dental consultation and came out with IVDD ( Intervertebral Disc Disease). Barkley saw Amanda Coleman at Case Veterinary Hospital on Monday, November 8th. He left the vet and was lethargic and limping. I kept calling and they insisted that this behavior was normal and to wait 3 days and come in if he didn't improve. On Thursday, November 11th I visited Case. Coleman was in surgery and another vet (Nowland) saw my Yorkie. Her words were "Oh Dr. Coleman said Barkley was extremely wiggly and super active during his visit and he could've fallen, slipped his disk, or injured himself". The prognosis was IVDD. Once that I didn't buy into their story, Katie Nowland then changed the narrative and said that " This behavior could definitely be from the leptospirosis vaccine". After prescribing pain medication, they had the hospital manager, Alexis Burkes do their dirty work and call me to tell me the doctor's perspective. It is concerning that Amanda Coleman and/or the vet techs would continue to administer tests or injections if the pet is not calm and "active". In order to avoid injury to the pet, it would logical to not continue with testing. Coleman placed blame on my dog instead of having integrity and admitting to what happened to my baby. My dog entered the vet healthy, active, and alert! The vet tech that saw my dog was a traineeAlso, Dr. Coleman nor the staff at Case called to check on Barkley to see how he was doing physically. They gave my dog meds and offered an X-ray ( even though an X-ray would not show spinal cord damage. An MRI would need to be done). I'm extremely disappointed and I would not recommend that you take your beloved pets to this practice. They are not be trusted. It seems they are only worried about upselling and not health of the animal. Thank God for Dr. Bradbury at Atlas Animal Hospital. There is a lack of professional integrity/morals and an abundance of negligent behavior at Case Veterinary Hospital.

Case Vet saved my cats life! My kitty Dakota became very sick and need to be spayed immediately. Although we had never been there before, they saw Dakota and got her into surgery within 48 hours - unlike our previous vet who would have made us wait a week. My cat would not have made it if they did not get us in immediately- needless to say we have made case vet our permanent vet!! Dakota’s recovery was a little rough but every time we needed to come in they were always sweet and helpful. Even when we had some money difficulties, they have always worked with us!! This is by FAR the greatest vet in Savannah and we are incredibly thankful for Case vet!!

They are always really good to my two basset hounds, and are also really good at soothing an overprotective, anxious dog mom. Even if they are busy, they always find time to squeeze my dogs in or have someone call me with guidance or information. Their grooming services are super good too and they tolerate an extremely loud hound (bless them).

Absolutely amazing, they worked my baby (dog) into a very busy Saturday schedule. She received the best care from all of the staff. I can't thank them enough for making my baby better.

Extremely helpful and caring staff. When my beautiful baby boy was dying, they were so willing to work with me financially when my regular vet was not! I highly recommend them.

My experience has been a positive one for the most part. The problem is that I would like to be able to purchase my dog's flea and tick preventive from Chewy. The cost at Chewy is about 48 dollars and the charge from the Case pharmacy is 69 dollars. I have asked Case for a prescription but I have been unsuccessful in getting one. Case wants me to purchase from their online source and I feel that I should be able to purchase from whomever I choose.

My first time visiting this office unfortunately ended up being the worst day of my life. It absolutely was not their fault, though, and they were able to make something that is not pleasant for anyone, just a little more bearable. I had to lose my best friend of 12 years and my shadow that day but they were so professional and caring and really went out of their way to get me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I never felt pressured into anything and couldn't have asked anything more from them in this kind of situation. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart. Since y'all never got to really meet her, I figured I'd share some pics from the day she came into my life, the day she left, and a few in between.

I love this veterinary hospital! They were the only one in Savannah who would see my cat for an emergency and they were so kinda throughout the entire process. I will be switching from my old animal hospital to this one because of their kindness, patience, and proper care, not only with my animal, but also with my family.

All the doctors and staff at Case Vet are so caring and just amazing. I also board my dogs here when we go out of town and all 3 of my dogs love coming to Case.

MOST amazing Vet facility we have ever used. The Doctors and staff were amazing each time but went over and beyond when we had to put our elderly three-legged Labrador Dodge across the rainbow bridge! They were kind, informative and professional at a time when we were crushed. They ALSO sent a handwritten condolence card after he passed signed by multiple care takers of Dodge. The BEST VET EVER! Eternally grateful!

Recently moved here from Delaware with our 8 year old Cocker mix. We were very impressed with our ability to get an appointment so quickly and the friendliness of the entire staff. Everyone spoke to our dog, and he just loved everyone. We look forward to a long-term relationship here.

Curbside service was painfully slow. Update 4-27-21 Still curbside service only. Call them and get a live human, or be prepared to wait. The only way to communicate with the staff is to text or call the number posted on the curbside service signs. The response from the automated text system is ...spotty is the nicest word for it.
