Dr Douglas and staff are amazing. They took the best care of our little Yorkie Sophie. Everyone there is amazing, and I am so thankful that we found them when we moved here five years ago. The compassion that everyone there shows is fantastic. Even at the end when we had to say goodbye to our sweet baby they helped to make such an unpleasant situation, as bearable as it could be. Thank you Berwick Animal Hospital!! I will definitely be sending referrals your way!!❤️

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Douglas and the rest of the staff. The quality of care is exceptional, and it's obvious that they want the best for our animals. Their ability to accommodate everyone while staying safe during a pandemic is to be commended. I had a difficult visit with my sick cat, and everyone handled it with grace, kindness, and professionalism. This will be my Vet for life.

GREAT staff! My Pom-Chi was having postpartum issues keeping her energy levels up after a larger than average litter and had gotten so down she wouldn't eat. The wonderful staff at Berwick Animal Hospital made me feel at home, and made my fur-baby feel good again! I had just moved here and had nowhere to turn, so the fact that they went so far to help me is something I will never forget! Thanks to them we had a house full of happy, healthy, aDORable puppies, and a mommy who could handle them. She even got her girlish figure back afterwards! Can't say enough about this Animal Hospital and their staff! :)

Horrible experience. My dog dodge has had tumors going on six months. Multiple operations and x-rays. This place will just extort money from you and not provide you solutions. Finally I got them to send me to the best expert in town who knew what it was in 5 minutes. My dogs is now dying and also needs his leg amputated. I asked to speak to a manager that I spoke with yesterday and the lady told me she wasn’t available and I said fine I need a call back in the next 10 minutes. I’m at the other vet or I’m going to come by there in person. Apparently they took that in a threatening manner and said that I was threatening their staff. Do not waste your time here. Your Pet deserves better than this overpriced Excuse for an animal hospital

Everyone I have met and spoken to at Berwick Animal Hospital have been absolutely amazing. From simply answering the phone with a positive attitude and tone to listening to all of my concerns. They are quick to answer the phone, respond to your questions and needs, as well as provide top care for your pet. Dr. Douglas is absolutely amazing and conducts very thorough exams. I have a 7 month old puppy who has been through so much in the last 4 months. If it wasn't for the vet techs or Dr. Douglas I'm not sure what I would have done. They truly care for my dog, show her love every time and comfort her when she is scared. I trust and value their opinions to the highest level. Thank you Berwick Animal Hospital and everyone who has helped little Daisy these last 4 months. Y'all are truly the best! We can't thank you enough!!!

Absolutely the best doctors and staff. The level of care provided is unmatched. They are all so compassionate and caring. Dr Douglas is extremely knowledgeable about brachycephalic breeds (we have bulldogs) and their specific needs.

They are always so patient and kind with my older cat (she’s not great at the vet) and they’ve been great dealing with both of my cats being sick since we got our kitten about a month ago. They really make you feel at home and I definitely trust them with my babies!

I came to Berwick Animal Hospital for the first time when my dog got sick. After being told my dog had a terrible disease, I was faced with a tough decision. I ended up having to put my dog down. The staff members were very helpful and understanding of my decision. They stayed by my side and even cried with me, gave condolences and really helped ease my pain just a little bit less. They even made a clay impression of her paw and sent a very thoughtful card to my address. They are so loving and understanding! I would recommend them to anyone!

This is the best veterinary office I have ever been to! My dog usually have horrible anxiety going to the vet's office, but once Tiffany came into the room and started petting him he calmed down. I love how Dr. Douglas took the did most of the exam infront of me and explained every thing she did so I knew what was going on. Most importantly, my dog loved it there! They were organized and made sure you know the price of everything before any test was done. This is definitely my new vet and the only place I will be going now. It is definitely worth the drive!

My puppy was having some stomach issues and was not to sure where I could take him and called diffrent vets and was not helped at all,until I found Berwick and they were able to get my puppy in! The entire staff were all so sweet and helpful and helped my boyfriend to understand what was going on with our puppy.

I am in love with this facility! I have brought all three of my babies there and they have all loved the ladies. My very skittish rescue Zena is terrified of everyone. She’s a black “mini” lab because of her deformed paw. She was scared with them as well, but after a few minutes her tail was shaking because she was excited with them talking to her and encouraging her and also all the treats and love she was getting. That absolutely melted my heart today. Every other vet that she’s been to scares her. It was a lot for her, but she left there happy. Some services can be a little pricier, but that’s the only downside I’ve ran into. That isn’t enough of a reason for me to leave this awesome vet office! It’s fast and easy to get an appointment, usually I can get in the next day or within the week. They offer military, which helps with the bill a little. They also have this rewards program that helps get money back on certain products which is so nice, especially when you’re buying these products for each dog! They start to add up! They truly care about these fur babies, and it shows in their work. Thanks for all that you do and the love you show my girls! You really have a great staff!

Sadly, we had to let go of our family dog. While it pains me to write a review, the unprofessional experience that we encountered needs to be addressed because I’d never want someone to have to go through this again. First, I’ll give Berwick Animal Hospital credit for arranging an appointment on such short notice. But, once arriving the experience went downhill. The vet tech did a very poor job of explaining what was going to take place. The vet never came in the room, which we were okay with assuming that it was normal protocol. Due to the lack of proper communication once our dog was taken back (we decided not to be in the room during the start of the IVs) we then paid for the visit in the lobby. This was the first time that I’ve ever had to stand in a lobby line waiting to pay for the death of my pet. Less than 10 minutes after leaving the building we received a phone call from Dr. Dana stating that our dog was licking the staff and walking around. She wanted to be sure we were making the right decision. Talk about a knife to the heart!!! The decision to let our dog go was a very difficult one - her body was tired, yet her mind was young. I’ve had the pleasure of having many furry friends in my life and have never been questioned by a vet once a decision had been made. Sadly, what was a very unfortunate day only ended in more heartache and grief due to the unprofessionalism that we experienced. Note to Berwick Animal Hospital: Make sure your vets communicate face to face - especially when the visit is as important as this one.

Hands down the best Vet in Savannah! These people are awesome! They are so polite, professional, and genuinely care! I wish i could give more stars!

What an amazing staff! I brought in an injured stray and walked out with a healing furbaby! Not once did they make me feel dumb for asking questions and reassured me they would always be there to help!

I would give it 10 stars. All of the staff and vet were amazing, warm people. Very professional. My cat Pumpkin got more time and care than I get myself with physicians!! Lucky guy. :) They are competent, professional, and the place is pristine. One of the best vets anywhere in the city. It is a family business. I will be going here always. I gladly personally recommend Berwick Animal Hospital to anyone living in the county.

I didn't even visit the hospital. I called way more than once with question after question regarding a cat I rescued who was in the process of giving birth. Friendly, Ashley answered the phone every time and could not have been more pleasant and helpful each and every time I called. Thanks so much for all of the wonderful.

We were traveling through when we happened to find a lump on our dog's side. The clinic was nearby so we just walked in. The facility is very nice and welcoming, just like the staff. My dog, who is handicapped, didn't even growl at anyone, as he is used to doing with strangers. Everyone was cheerful, friendly and professional. The lump turned out to be nothing to worry about but during the check up, his teeth brought some concern. We decided to have them cleaned and after some reschedulings, they were able to accommodate us in. The doctor was very straightforward with our dog's condition and took time to keep us updated and answered all our concerns. I particularly liked that they didn't try to push us in any direction and they were very open with their estimates, which I found very fair and reasonable. We were extremely happy with the care and kindness our fur baby received and if we are in the neighborhood again and our baby needs it, we will definitely go back to this lovely clinic.

Thrilled with the customer service and care! Sue was amazing. We had poor service at Godly Station Animal so switched and we are very happy here. Vet went above and beyond to help us determine what was going on with our 13 year old dogs eyes. We would definitely recommend!

The facilities are very clean and it doesn’t smell like a veterinarian’s office. This was our first time visiting and we were pleased with the services provided, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone :)

The place is clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. They even try to accommodate pet owners who's pets may not be comfortable around other animals if space allows it. The prices are a little higher than average, but unlike many places they do not push for services that may not be absolutely needed.
