Animal Hospital at Rice Hope Savannah, Georgia

We had the worst experience! The veterinarians weren't very knowledgeable. They seemed confused. Also they lack equipment and they are over priced! Rip off! The office staff is friendly but the owners are really rude. This place has a very bad reputation and I will never bring my animals here again!!

One of the worst places to take your animal. My dog would still be alive if I went ANYWHERE else. The lack of compassion and knowledge makes me question how this place is still in business. The reputation around town will tell you everything you need to know. The lack of professionalism, my poor baby suffered tremendously. Than calling the police to have the owner arrested. What an absolute disgrace to the community. Do not take your animal here. Do your research, ask around in the community. We suffered the ultimate price and we pray no one else does. Less than 48 hours at RH ????.

I bring all my fur babies there and we are all treated like royalty! Everyone there is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The manager goes above and beyond and truly cares about everyone who bring their animals in. recommend

Customer service sucks... All I needed to do was to pick up a dog. Waited 30 minutes upon arrival before they brought him out. Such a simple task took 30 minutes, why??

For my pup was adopted from #onelove the doctor came with a package but I won't complain ,Dr.Bragg is a knowledgeable and kind .

Dr Bragg is rhe best Vet around. We have used her for many years. Would not take our baby to anyone else. She treats you like family.

As usual our boy was happy ???? staff is friendly and takes the time to explain all charges. We've been using them since 2013 -/+ a year

Very pleasant and prompt appts. Talked extensively about my pet and good suggestions given for care of my 17 year old pup.

My dogs have been boarded at other facilities and have never caught kennel cough prior to this, despite having had the vaccine. Even at another facility that didn’t require Bordatella, my dogs have never caught it. When I called to inform the boarding facility about this, I was told I’d get a call back to discuss. This never happened. As I was telling the friend who referred me about this, I was informed that their dogs also contracted kennel cough just two weeks prior, which tells me the facility hasn’t been properly cleaned and sanitized for others to board. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. Obviously, pet health isn’t a priority and neither is customer service. Disgusted at this place.

Always helpful with our fur babies!

When I called to make an appointment the young lady sounded like she had just got out of bed. She was bored, and not informed at all about procedures or costs,etc. I didn't get a good feeling so I have gone elsewhere.

They are always professional and empathetic. They're wonderful with my pets!

I've taken 2 of my cats here, and both experiences were great. The staff is friendly and compassionate. Most recently, my oldest cat had to go in for an emergency check due to continued vomiting throughout the night. The staff kept me updated throughout the day. Even when he was scared and scratched one of the vet techs, they still acted with compassion towards him. It's a lot more than can be said about some of the national hospitals.

My baby developed a pretty nasty ear infection and being new to the area, a friend recommended Dr. Bragg to me. I called did meet a little resistance from the receptionist to get us scheduled in what I felt was a timely matter given the issue, after I explained the issue we were given a drop off appointment for the next day which was great. Got her taken care of and Dr was so nice when she called to give an update.

A bit of a drive from where we live, but worth it for their caring service. They truly make you feel they care about the well being of your pet/family member.

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Had a emergency with my pet and was told they can’t take them and look at him because there was only one doctor in (which was fine) but leaded to say they would call us back moments later to schedule something to get him looked at. No one ever called back for two days. Called again, left a voicemail to send records because we wanted to find another vet and to call back to talk to a manager. They sent a email with one of our dogs records and not the other with nothing else said. Super unprofessional! Had a bad experience with boarding also! DON’T RECOMMEND!

Overall good pet care and boarding. Staffing is nice. Facilities are clean.

Rice Hope veterinary hospital fradulantly charged my debit card $66.44 on December 17, 2020. It has as of today posted to my acct. I contacted the office twice to reverse this charge and they would not do anything about it. Now I have to dispute the charge at my bank, and cancel the card. Very inconvenient for my finances, time and frustration. This office is somehow scamming clients info. DON'T GO TO THIS VET IF YOU WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD SECURE!!!!!
