Always feel my pet is well served and cared for

Everybody that works here is positive and helpful. Both my dogs have enjoyed their check ups. Quick service, both appointments were pretty close to on time. I also really like being able to check out in the exam room so I can focus on my pets when passing through the lobby. I also like the emails with test results. I highly recommend them.

I had established my pets at a Hilton Head veterinary hospital in the event that one would require care while visiting SC. During a recent visit, Kai, my cat, became extremely ill. The hospital I was counting on was too busy to help him. Luckily, I called Bluffton Veterinary Hospital and Kai could be seen that day. I didn’t know the veterinarian and I didn’t know the hospital, and yet we were treated as if we’d been clients forever. Kai was gently relieved of his misery. Dr. Travis White was so kind in helping me to say good-by to my buddy of 12 1/2 years. I am forever grateful to Dr. White and the staff at Bluffton Veterinary Hospital.

With all of the stellar reviews listed here I would have expected to not have a dead dog. Dr. Lorenz never even petted my boy, I suspect she just saw dollar bills on the end of the lead. The clinic has yet to call and learn of my pet’s death- this seems strange given the need for follow up after the laundry list of powerful and expensive medications we were shooed away with. We had to beg for test results that should have only taken 48 hours and reception admitted to having more patients then they could handle. Find yourself another vet. As for the staff response, I cannot imagine how a conversation would remedy anything. Follow up with your high risk patients and figure it out…

We are so thankful that they were able to work in our out of town pet during a holiday week for an emergency! They were great with our Carrie and able to diagnose her and get her on the mend very quickly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The cost of the service was affordable. I would highly recommend.

Dr Davison has been wonderful with our dogs. Everyone at this facility is professional, kind and responsive. When we moved here from Chicago, I looked for a vet that was AAHA accredited and this was it. I'm so glad I found them.

I’m so glad I found this vet for my dog! They’re always so kind and gentle with her. The staff is great and everyone takes time to explain things well. And they have great hours, which makes it easy to visit even as a full-time employee. I can’t say enough good things.

We have never had a bad experience since the first visit Jan 2018. Luna a rescue, endured unbelievable, near death abuse before being rescued. Luna’s first visit was only 2 days after being rescued. Everyone from front desk, nurses, boarding staff, doctors have treated her with love, compassion and dignity. I refuse to use any other veterinarian hospital, or boarding facility in the area.

We recently boarded our dog there and we were able to have peace of mind knowing she was in the best of hands. They truly take care of all your dog’s needs. The place is spotless and the staff are passionate about what they do! Our dog loves to go there! It’s like an extended family awaits her with enthusiasm and and kind hearts! I have been bringing my two dogs to them for almost 2 years now and have had nothing but good experiences every time. They truly care about my dogs and tailor to their needs. My one dog is very scared and can be slightly aggressive due to him being scared. It has been on my biggest fears when going to the vet with him. They have handled him perfectly every visit (which has been a lot!) and they truly know what they are doing! I recommend anyone to go to them as we have seen a lot of their doctors and all of them are so nice and you can tell they love what they do!

This place is awesome. They are great at everything that they do. They are highly professional and caring in all that they do. They treat you like family. I trust them and that is the highest compliment I could give anyone. Dr Dana and the staff are wonderful. They are a blessing. Recently Dr Dana and all of the staff helped us to deal with the end of life for our very special dog. Marco. They handled it with kindness and caring as if he were their own dog. They are very special people with exceptional people skills. In the end through the tears and the overwhelming sense of loss they treated us as if they were part of our family. They are a very special people doing a wonderful job. I give them my highest recommendation.

I have 3 dogs that always seem to have something going on! I adore them and I trust Bluffton Veterinary Hospital with their care. I have never been disappointed. The vets, especially Dr. Caudill are so caring and loving to my girls. All the vet techs are fantastic too. When your animals need care, you need a place that is competent and puts you at ease. This is that place.

This place is the best place for your pets. The staff that work at the Veterinary Hospital are the most knowledgeable and caring people. They not only take care of your concerns at the hospital but they check in on you and your pet after you have left. They have gone above and beyond. Our little lady Zoey needed an emergency surgery and the family at the Bluffton Veterinary Hospital took care of her better then we ever could of hoped! They got us in for an appointment and surgery in the same day. She was well taken care of and cared for until the next day when we could pick her up! They called and gave us updates on her and then called to follow up on her care after we brought her home! I can’t recommend this Veterinary Hospital enough! If you’re ever in need of an amazing vet with amazing care providers, I’d always choose the Bluffton Veterinary Hospital!

They were so kind and gentle with my rescue, as she is very timid and does not socialize well. Very nice

My Lab is recovering from a bad attack of gastroenteritis, and it was treated so promptly and professionally, and with concern for both my dog and me. They got her in on a Friday (during pandemic) 45 minutes after I initially called and got her back to me that afternoon so she didn't have the stress of staying overnight. On Sunday when her diarrhea was so bad I didn't know how she was going to keep her strength up, the on-call vet got prescription meds together for me so I could pick them up that same day, even though the office was closed on Sunday. Granted the bill was quite high, but for that kind of response and thorough treatment, it was well worth it!

With our regular veterinarian unavailable, we made an appointment with the Bluffton Veterinary Hospital to see our cat who was having urinary issues. Not only were we able to schedule quickly, the wait upon arriving was minimal and the veterinarian was incredibly attentive. The most impressive part was the fact that, even after the examination where fluids were taken, my cat was relaxed enough to explore the room and was even purring when we left! I have never seen my cat so at ease at the vet. Overall, I was very impress with their promptness and professionalism.

I need to say to them what my dog needs , charge u an extra 22 $ for inspection of ears this is horrible place . watch out !!
