I LOVE Coastal Veterinary Clinic! Dr. Michael takes such WONDERFUL Care of my Mr. Orange every visit! We are so Thankful for having such a Fabulous Doctor for all of our needs! Coastal Vet Clinic ALWAYS does their BEST to get us in when we need anything to make Mr. Orange feel better. Mr. Orange is an Old Cat, so we visit Coastal Veterinary Clinic A LOT. Trust me when I say that you CANNOT find a Better Pet Doctor in the Lowcountry! Thank you, Dr. Michael!!! Sincerely, Paige and Mr. Orange :)

My cat was seen by the critical care vet at this location who was amazing. I called this office to get a recheck so we could get the new medication we needed and the receptionist said she didn't have time to talk to me. I understand being busy, but there is no reason to be rude to a prospective client.

Friendly staff, in and out pretty quickly

It seems counter intuitive to rate a veterinary clinic 5 stars when my beloved pet had to be put to sleep however I have never felt that that my animals best interests and my concerns and compassion were so responsively addressed. I was referred to CVC by my vet who didn't have "time" to support my dog in a time of crisis. However CVC, who also was stretched that day and doing their best found the time to take my dog in and everyone from front of house to Dr Reynolds was caring and compassionate. I cant thank them enough for taking in a new patient, under duress and putting him first. When I am ready to bring another furry child into my life Coastal Veterinary Clinic will be the only place I go.

They were FANTASTIC! They took amazing care of my Bella! They made us feel extremely comfortable with the procedure and after care!!

We go to Dr. Reynolds and in the 45 years of owning dogs and going to various vets, he is the most compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable vet we've ever been to! He has an eclectic background and all dealing with nature. He certainly is in the business for the love of animals.

A million stars would not be enough to express the gratitude I feel toward Dr. Parker and his staff. When things didn't look so good for our sweet Doberman after having surgery for an obstruction (in Savannah), Dr. Parker and Dr. Michael were very honest with us and didn't push us to perform any unnecessary procedures. Then, when our boy showed us that he was still fighting, Dr. Parker fought for him, too, and saved his life! All the staff of Coastal Vet Clinic and Dr. Matt and the staff at Carolina Veterinary Critical Care were absolutely fantastic, as well! Everyone loved on our boy and Summer even called to check on him when he came home! I am forever grateful to everyone at Coastal Vet Clinic and Carolina Veterinary Critical Care and highly recommend them!

Just had to take my dog to the vet tonight...the vet and the staff were amazing at Carolina Emergency Veterinary Clinic. It was a quick trip, thankfully! They had us in and out and Vicky helped my girl get in and out of the car...which wasn't easy. Thank you for your help tonight and glad we have an emergency vet in Bluffton now!

The Wednesday before Thanksgiving while on vacation, my dog hurt her paw on the beach. After calling 5 vets, this wonderful clinic was willing to fit us in. We arrived and while waiting in the car it was clear the stay truly cared for all the animals that came in and had good relationships with their human clients. They took great care of my dog and got her fixed up. I can't say enough good things about this clinic.

Don’t come to this vet if you have pet insurance! I have pet insurance and all you have to do is submit documents of your visit.. myself and the insurance company have contacted them about getting my pets history at least 5 times and still haven’t heard anything. I called the other day about it and was hung up on before they even asked my name. The other two vets I had to get a history from sent it in that same day and it has now been weeks waiting on coastal vet which is holding up my hundreds of dollars being reimbursed. I also saw another review where they kept calling the wrong person about her visit and they do this to me too. Me and my mom both (used to) go here and they continuously call my mom about my appointments when I am an adult and have my own dog and have verified my number with them on multiple occasions. Overall not professional at all and overpriced compared to other clinics.

Oh my goodness! I love Coastal!! They are my regular vet, but last night I had an extraordinary experience. Wayyy after hours BabyBear jumped up on the counter and dipped his entire kitty tail in my wax melt warmer. It didn’t burn him but solidified on his long tail which he frantically chewed bloody. Wonderful Dr. Michael came immediately, and spent close to an hour bathing, snipping, applying antibiotics... He even blew dry his tail so the fur that was remaining was fluffy!!! And, he spent time, exhausted as he must have been, chatting with us! Kudos to the vet tech who hunted up a babysitter to come assist! What kind and caring people these docs are!!!

Coastal Vet was great! We were visiting the area and needed an urgent visit for our lab. They were quick to help on the phone, and got us an appointment the same morning ... met us at the door, took care of our dog with a very quick and efficient turnaround, and overall were extremely helpful and caring. Highly recommend!

I have tried all day to get in touch. They actually called my ex to leave a message. Granted my ex's name was still on contacts...my bad, but if I was THE only one who has called, paid the bill and actually verified MY number multiple times ..and then got defensive and said I hung up on them because I didn't say ok, good bye, thank you.. whatever salutation when in a stressful situation with my dog of 11 years...new vet!

Made an appointment to euthanize my pet that has diabetes and cataract and has bit our 11 month old twice, the Vet said he didn’t feel comfortable doing it because he was still pretty healthy.. that’s fair but they still charged me a “office fee” they saw my pet for less than 10 minutes.. and I got billed 65 bucks..I think that’s ridiculous. But we are now looking at rehoming our dog. I wouldn’t go back to these crooks.

Dr lieberman is amazing! Such a kind man! All the staff here are incredible. So blessed to have them to care for my love!!!!

Amazing staff. Dr.Molly Spears took time to answer ALL of my questions and offer alternatives that fit our lifestyle. The two vet techs were amazing. I sadly didn't write down their names. One had dark curly hair and the other blonde wavy hair. Both answered questions and shared their person pet experiences to aid in my decisions for prevention care needs. Overall very pleased with our new veterinary home. Cost was very comparable to the area.
