I got my dog groomed at this location for the 2nd time and was pleasingly satisfied.

Low stock, low service..Manager is never around..THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE CLOSED.

Pet stores that allow animals inside tend to be a little dirty. The people that work here are super nice!

This is the worst Petco I’ve ever been to. The animal husbandry is terrible, geckos and other tropical animals like frogs with improper humidity. All of the reptiles looked very unhealthy, to the point where it’s negligent. The fish tanks are disgusting and all around the animal care here is just awful. DO NOT adopt pets from this location.

Well, I asked for help and they had no real information to offer. And then the worker just walked away to help someone else... Then after finding some stuff on my own, no one was at the register... So I just put whatever I found down and left. And that was my experience lol

Very friendly. Lots of different pets to look at. Large room for the cats.

Went in looking for supplies, not having anything I wanted, found this tank completely infested and bought everything in the tank. I couldn't stand to see live animals being taken care of like this. Hopefully they clean it! Thank God I had the setup at home ready to put lil babies into. Not to mention the employee grabbed one wrong injuring my lizard, gave me a discount but still! I didn't plan on buying any animals but when you see such unknowledgable people who are not giving proper care, I had to pull the trigger. I would never eat at a restaurant that knowingly has stuff growing in the kitchen. I expect similar from a place that sells live animals.

General pet store with decent selection of various foods and pet supplies. Took off two states due to the multiple instances of having to wait for 5 minutes at the checkout area while there are no staff in site. I understand staffing issues are a general concern for businesses right now but if there's no way for the customer to notify when they need to check out it leads to a negative experience overall.

They never have his food there but, they're nice and helpful.

Needed litter, had good variety.

I brought my dog in to be groomed with a groomer that I’m told has 40 yrs. experience. She makes zero effort in making my dog feel comfortable with a friendly hello or treats and just attempts to pick her up. My dog is not happy a stranger whom has never acknowledged her is attempting to pick her up. The groomer says my pet tried to bite her and won’t groom her now. Maybe the groomer will learn how to handle dogs in another 40 years.

The manager is awesome. She took time with me and also educated me on good foods for my dog and cat. She is a great asset to the company. Youcan tell she loves pets and enjoy people:)

Weew the manager thought I was stealing. I'm an engineer can afford everything in there for my cat. Wont be back.

Be Aware!! Do not waste your time. I booked an appointment online for 10.15AM. I received multiple voice mails from manager saying slot is already booked. I called her back, she said she can do it at 8.30AM, but when enquired about store opening time which is 9AM she said she will do it at 10AM. We drove 45 mins to go to location, and she did not take my dog in saying he is matted and it will be painful for him if we do his haircut. On top of that she rudely suggested to take my dog to Vet to trim all his hair. We comb his hair alternate days since his hair are curly. We groom him every two months and no one said anything about his hair. The only reason she turned us down because they were overbooked. When asked about overbooking she went inside to grooming station. She should have just told us that they are overbooked but instead she suggested that we do not take care of our dog. We got an appointment at another salon and they happily groomed him without any problem.

I also enjoy stopping by.

Not well maintained but you can generally find what you need.

I come here regularly for both my dogs. The groomers are incredible! And with the Petco app, I get a discount on just about everything!

I bought a couple fish with help of very professional consultant. She answered all my questions and it was very helpful

The east Roswell/Holcomb Bridge store is so loved by our community! We know the employees, and enjoy our shopping visits so we can add a visit with the Furkids kitties. It's so nice to see them in an open room, not in cages!
