Always closed early by a few hours

The employees were very helpful,one I assume was a manager went the extra mile. Outstanding lady.l!

Came in and not one person in sight to help, there was me and like 5 other customers who needed help in the fish section. 2 employees were hiding out in the back office area and finally came out after all the customers cleared out. This was around 8:15pm so it wasn’t like it was minutes before closing at 9:00pm. Guess people are lazy and wanna duck out 45 minutes before closing.

Yana helped me so much. This is my favorite Petco location thanks to her remarkable customer service! Five stars!

I bought three hermit crabs from here. This place is awesome!

Very Helpful Gentleman at the checkout, Food we came for was easy to find. We were also shown a feature within our rewards program that would earn us free food down the road.

Great customer service from Stacy and Daniel! Daniel was extremely knowledgeable about all of the animals and they both went above and beyond for my family to have an awesome experience! We will definitely be back.

The staff was great. There is one staff member who goes beyond the call of duty. She went the extra mile to make sure the vitamins I picked up for my dog were effective. She read the ingredients from four options to make sure I bought the right one for my situation. I hate that I did not get her name! She was great.

The young lady at the register was so incredibly kind and assisted me with a couple of UGA jerseys for my pups. She helped price match my items. She went above and beyond to help me and I think that alone is a huge reason to write a review for the customer service.

The store itsself is awesome-but the unruly customer the manager had to call police on was quite disturbing and an embarrassment to her boyfriend-not to mention, made a complete fool of herself. She should be ashamed! If she cannot behave better than that, just please stay home! Creating a public disturbance was really not needed. The staff was quite patient and continued to be friendly. Sure, everyone has a bad day-but no right to ruin everyone elses!

I’ve been coming to this location for months everyone’s always been super nice and respectful and helpful especially I believe a manager he’s a really tall little heavier set white guy absolutely love him. I come in today and wanted to see about grooming my dog and pick up some other items that I needed and noticed no one was in the grooming section so as I proceed to check out I asked the young lady is the grooming people here or are they just hiding as a joke she turns around to me and says did you ask me a question with an attitude I said yes man are the grooming people here or are they just hiding and she was like with a nasty attitude they’re not hiding obviously they’re working. I left my items on the counter and walked out I will no longer go back to this location horrible customer service by the young lady with glasses and short hair.

Do not take your dogs here to get groomed. Brought my two dogs in today and had an appointment at 3:00. I came in at 5:30 and they were both still in the crates in the waiting room and no other dogs were there. When i came to pick them up an HOUR later (after someone called me to tell me they were ready to be picked up), there was NO ONE to be found in the store. I had to ask a cashier to help me find someone to get my dogs out of the crates in the grooming area. When the cashier went back to look for someone, he couldn’t find anyone either. Finally a lady walks in from outside the store (who I assume works there?) and asked if I had been helped, which tells me the dogs were unaccompanied for who knows how long. Will not be bringing my pets back here. UPDATE: Due to this experience, both of my goldens are now absolutely PETRIFIED of the groomers and under no circumstances can I bring them to a groomers with crates. This was never a problem before bringing them to this groomer.
