Very unprofessional and I feel like owner was making fun of my dog because my dog was so nervous coming in and not to her standards. My dog was very uncomfortable, scared and crying most of the time while she was grinding her nails. She was very rough and impatient. Definitely not coming back AGAIN the way she made my dog uncomfortable, not worth coming back

We have been using Nicole's Dog Gone Cute Grooming for a while and it is hit or miss. Sometimes are dog is perfectly trimmed and worth the $80. Other times you can tell the cut was performed quickly and poorly done. I think they should charge per cut so if they rushed the job you pay $40 and when they do a great job you pay $80. They are convenient and normally can take you before other groomers.

I took two Doodles to Nicole on last Friday. When I picked them up and I got home to really look at his hair cut, he was completely uneven and botched. His feet, chest, belly, and ears are all very uneven. His sanitary area looks like it wasn’t even cut and so does his face. He has been groomed the past 5 years of his life and had no issues and looked great from each groomer. I am very upset with the quality of this grooming and the fact that I paid $260.00 for 2 groomings. My Sheepadoodle also has a razor burn where he was burned with the razor which is now in danger of creating a hot spot.. A refund for the services for my one dog is a must. Update: Nicole was very accommodating when responding to my complaint. She gave a full refund and was very apologetic. I am happy with the way he handled this matter.

We took our dog to Nicole a couple of weeks ago. When we picked up our dog it looked like she hadn’t even been groomed. We have a small dog who has been getting groomed for the last 10 years and never had a problem. We called after the grooming and were told we could bring her back in 2 weeks and they would fix it. When we took her back today they refused to groom her. Saying they did not feel comfortable bc she wouldn’t sit still the last time. As I mentioned we’ve had our dog groomed for the past ten years by a couple of different groomers who NEVER told us they had any kind of problem grooming her. Despite being told to come in today to have her fixed. Very disappointed in this groomer. The quality on the first cut was horrible and the customer service today was horrible. Do NOT take your dog to this groomer.

Holy cow! I got charged $80 to groom my 9lb eleven year old Maltese who really only got a trim! Plus despite their website saying they are open until 3pm - they started calling at noon telling me they closed at 1pm. This is nearly twice what I pay at all other groomers in the area- Ridiculously expensive for minimal work. Will not go back.

They did a great job with Khaleesi! She is very timid and has anxiety and they took their time making her comfortable and didn’t force her with the blow dryer which freaks her out. Very professional. We will definitely be back.

These ladies know what they are doing. With other groomers I have been hit or miss on how well they groomed my very poodle-y Labradoodle. Nicole and team did a fabulous job grooming my girl. I've already scheduled her next visit with them.

2nd visit: same exact experience as first time. Dogs love Nicole and her partner. Tucker got his Mohawk done and Wyatt got pampered. Taking the two older dogs in Thu. Trust me - this place is fantastic. Super chill. Just had two of our dogs done (full cut, etc). Great job on Tucker and Sookie. Of note, the dogs showed ZERO stress when I picked them up. Says a lot about the environment. We will be back for sure. While a little on the high side $$$ wise for 15lb dogs, the experience makes up for it. Highly recommend.

I took my 27 lb terrier to get groomed and they did a horrible job! First I was told he would be ready in 3 hours. Three hours later I go to pick him up and they inform me he was not yet ready they needed another hour. Another later they still were not done. When my dog came out he looked a hot mess!!!! They did not clean his ears, nails were not touched and the cut was terrible!!! It was very patchy and uneven. They had the nerve to charge me $80 for that disaster. I’m telling everyone I can, ‘don’t waste your money!’ Will NEVER go there again.

We love taking our sweet boy to Nicole. She always does such an amazing job with our boy. And is so personable. We drive 45 minutes just to have our dog groomed because not only is she personable but you can tell she genuinely cares about pets as much as you do for your own! She is the only groomer that I have felt truly cares about my dog as much i do! I highly recommend Nicole to anyone!

Wanted $20 to trim Chihuahua nails..went to PetSmart way cheaper, hard to catch anyone at this grooming store..

Honestly the most amazing place to get your dog groomed, everyone there is super and good at what they do. But realize something with me for a minute people, cutting dogs hair is not a easy thing to do all the time, hence why I bring my dog in to the shop where this is what their profession is. Always a great cut and professional attitude from professional people. Tybee and nicole are amazing groomers. TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I hate writing or saying anything negative about anyone, and I thought about what to do for several days before writing this. I was upset to the point of tears and I hate confronting people. I took my almost 9 month old Pom gal in last week, as our previous groomer was booked and I miraculously had a day I could squeeze in a groom. The ladies at the shop were lovely, kind people. Which makes me writing this difficult. I asked specifically for just a sanitary trim, nails, and for one small tangle behind my puppy's ear to be handled. Leave everything else alone. She's a sweet dog, I do most her grooming at home, but I have been working so much I figured I'd treat myself to one less task while I ran other errands. I showed up and paid cash, left a tip because I felt like this was going to be good based on the dog I met while dropping my pup off. Well, I was wrong. She didn't have the sanitary trim done, and basically did a hack job trimming the back end of my pup. I actually had to ask for more to be taken off, because when I showed up it didn't look like anything had been done at all. Still technically isn't a full sanitary, but it'll be ok for a while. Her tail was trimmed though, even though I said to leave everything else alone. Why trim a pom's tail if they aren't getting a full groom?!? I had to neaten up her rear end later so it wasn't so ugly. When her cute bow fell out later that night, I realized it was hiding the small tangle I had asked them to deal with. One small thing. Took me less than 5 minutes to undo, but I seriously just wanted the small luxury of not having to do it. What cemented me writing this review was that only one of her dew claws was trimmed. Seriously? What the heck? I work hard for the money that I make as a tutor and waitressing, and wanted one luxury this week. I don't even pay that much for my own hair to be trimmed, and you did not do a good job on a very easy, small dog.

The love shows with Nicole and Tybee. Very personal with animals and people alike. My pup loves going to see them.

I recently moved over to Nicole’s. My little fur Friend, Bear, was terrified at the last place that if I couldn’t find another groomer I would be on YouTube soon watching grooming tutorials. Bear loves Nicole!!!!???? He is so comfortable there he even took a nap while waiting for me.
