Mountain Park Plaza Animal Hospital Roswell, Georgia

I'm glad that others are happy but I am not. My dogs were groomed and came home with fleas and my girl had a half dollar nick in which I am applying antibiotic ointment. I should have walked away the first time as customer service is everything to me and I did not feel welcomed. Reluctantly, I returned and $324 later I feel as I let my pets down. No need to respond...but very unhappy customer.

Mountain park has been vet to my babies for years. When the pandemic hit, I tried to "Save some money" by going to the pull up vets and the quickie pop up vets. Well you get what you pay for. This difference with Mountain Park is that they LIKE ANIMALS and their owners!!! The cheapies and quickies places do not demonstrate a care and concern for you as an owner or your pet and part of your family. Mountain Park is not expensive, they are very reasonable, and the few bucks you can save with the cheapies and quickies is at a HUGE detriment to the care received. Definitely use a well established proven vet like Mountain park and thank you to Mountain Park for demonstrating patience and care for all of my fur babies.. fur, feather, scales, fins.. whatever I bring :)

They were great. I had to put down my old cat and they were very kind and caring.

Stay away from this veterinary practice. A truly awful place to take your dog or cat. They practice bad veterinary medicine and their services are extremely overpriced. Rude receptionists!

This place is great. We have a dog that is really hard to deal with.She does not like anybody but my wife and I . I have to give her pills to calm her down just to go to the vet .They cater to her needs and makes visit as pleasant as possible .

Always friendly, the docs and staff take care of our pets like they are their own. Five woofs and five meows every visit.

Dr. Feniza is absolutely wonderful. He is a great listener and very trustworthy!

The Doctors all take good care of my pup and the staff is great!

Don’t even have a pet at the moment. Just love the sign they had when Game of Thrones was wrapping up.

Great staff and they care about everyone's pet

Everyone was SUPER nice! I will start w/ that, but $400 for a yearly checkup for 2 dogs + $35 for one dogs anal glands ( other one was free somehow) is Insane!! It was literally almost 3xs as much as our usual vet. Also it was obvious he didn’t look at my dogs ears at all.

I drive 40+ minutes and pass several other clinics to bring my cats to Mt. Park Plaza Animal Hospital. Dr. Feniza is simply the best! He is thorough and always takes the time to answer my questions. The vet techs and staff are all very kind and willing to help. I absolutely trust them with my babies and would highly recommend Mt. Park Plaza Animal Hospital!

Love this practice; Dr Feniza and Dr Koczen are taking excellent care of my puppy dog Abigail and the staff are always accomodating. Abbie just spent six days boarding here and I wasn't worried about her at all.

Wonderful staff! Always accommodating and helpful. Dr Feniza and Dr Koczen take great care of all my furry family members, especially my little old lady Taffy, my little old man Teddy and of course, Arthur. The techs are great to work with and love the animals. Emily is the best groomer ever!

Love, love this vet! They do a wonderful job taking care of our two dogs. Dr. Koczen is a great addition!!! The front office staff is always friendly & helpful. Ben the clinic cat keeps this place running smoothly & is always available for petting....at no charge!

Love this vet! I have taken my dog here for 12 years. The previous owner had boarded him here as a puppy for months on end so they know my dog well. Super nice staff and knowledgeable doctors.

The doctors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The pet care is fantastic. Mr. Kitty is more energetic after each visit.

The vets and staff at MPPAH are amazing. Dr. Feniza has performed two major surgeries on my dogs, and helped with general care over the past 5 years. He removed bladder stones from one dog, repaired a broken jaw on another, and even helped me with my dog's allergies. Not only did they provide exceptional care, they even follow up with personal calls to check on their patient(s). I cannot say enough good things about their staff and vets.

Its a dog's world .... And Mtn park plaza knows it. And yes....cats too. We've been bringing our pets there for years. Great service. Reasonable rates. Dr and staff take time to explain everything that will be done and what was done. Highly encourage using. Tell them Patrick F. Sent you!! He...my 11 year old mutt...loves them....routine checkups...procedures...and kennel care.

Dr. Feniza and the staff at MPPAH are the very best. The personal service- whether it is for a routine visit or an emergency- regularly goes above and beyond what you would expect. They truly care about pets here and it shows through the level of attention and care given. I will always bring my animals to Dr. Feniza!

I stumbled onto Mt. Park Plaza Animal Hospital 13 years ago when we moved to the area, and found a fluff ball of a puppy, and I am SO glad that I did. Dr. Fenizia is THE BEST and the front desk staff are SO wonderful, kind, compassionate and funny. It is the perfect combination of people and environment. Five dogs later and I would never go anywhere else.

I'm biased because I work here - but I must say customer service is exemplary. Plus they have an amazing office cat. ????

Honest Vet. I went to another and they wanted to do surgery for a cyst that is just mucus & a mole, went here...as I have for years...and they drained it and said surgery is not necessary, no harm/danger to dog (12 year old golden retriever) & surgery is personal preference. Be careful with other vets out there. Thanks mtn park!

My dogs have been going there for 20 years. We tried another very once and immediately returned.

Prices are not awesome but the vets and staff are amazing. They always follow up the next day and you can tell they truly care!
