They took in Small Kitty my male cat to be fixed and all went very well!! They took very good care of him! He is home now and doing well!!!

It's rare for me to praise a place like this, but I'm impressed, very friendly staff, doctor is great! I had two follow up calls asking about my dog's progress, seriously wish human medical facilities were this friendly.

Best vet ever. Great care, very fair pricing. Always the best service. Have used them over 16 years. Dr. Taylor has saved my animals many times.

It seems that lately the reviews haven’t been the best ones for this vet office. I have been taking my dog here for the last three years because supposedly it was one of the best in the area. Apparently they were not giving me all the details on every visit about my dog. The last time, I decided it was time to give my dog a dental cleaning and we scheduled it. My dog wasn’t showing any symptoms of pain due rotten teeth. He was chewing his dents every day, eating dry food and even hard treats. Well guess what? They pulled out fourteen!!! Yes 14 teeth at once without my authorization. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication. And on top of them taking the decision without consulting me they charged me more than $600 dollars for something I didn’t approved. Seriously I think they are just trying to get the money out of the furry owners for finishing the office renovation. So sad that now a day the services to the customers or patients are so poor on empathy and at the same time so expensive. It seems that you have a sign of $$$ on your face every time you need a service SMH!!! I just pray God that my furry son recovers completely well soon and without any complications.

I called a day ahead to schedule an appointment for my peekapoo Milo to be groomed and they were able to squeeze him in for the very next day. They told me he would be ready at 3 and when I arrived he was perfectly groomed with his nails cut and he was HAPPY! We have had some situations where I would pick him up at other places and I could tell he had been traumatized. When Milo was returned to me I was more than satisfied with their service. They did a great job explaining everything to me and even gave me 10 dollars off for his bill so his total grooming for new client discount was only $40. I’ve couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much Groom room! I will be coming back????????????

I have never before been turned away by a Veterinarian with a limp bloody dog in my arms and sent to another vet miles away. I was standing there holding my wife;s little Cairn Terrier that had been mauled by a loose pit bull. They were too booked to see an emergency even to stop its bleeding so I could go to another vet for fuller service. HEARTLESS!

The doctors and staff at the animal Care hospital have treated me and my pets without standing service. They are a pleasure to deal with I give them my highest rating.

The staff here is extremely helpful and fair when it comes to pricing. One of the best experiences my dog has had since he started visiting Dr Nathan! I have sent many friends and family members here who also have been pleased with the service. The front desk clerks are always friendly and helpful even when my pup was feeling down. Overall I feel like they treat you like family here.

I had contacted them in regards to a stray dog that ended up on my front porch. The only identification she had was that of the rabies tag. They were very friendly when I called concerned about the dog. It ended up being our neighbors down the road. The contacted the owner and myself in regards to here well being. Great staff.

I inherited a cat with this practice as his vets. It was my first first time there. In the midst of COVID, they took care of me and my sick kitty. The cat is still hospitalized, and I feel very comfortable with the informed care and the updates. These are very caring vets, techs, and staff. The best!

I love animal care hospital. They have cared for 3 of my pets. Both doctors are great, and very patient and knowledgeable. During Covid there safety measures have been so helpful in making me feel safe and comfortable. There will be no other vet for me.

My cat, Tails got attacked by a dog and without this vet I don’t think he would have been alive! Thanks to the doctor in less than a day Tails was up and running! Tails really loves the doctor and the staff! Would come back and recommend!!

Dr Chandler is the best . She is always very nice and seems to really care about your pets well being.
