Great staff! Everyone is very friendly and takes their time when talking with about your pet.

Dr. Fran was very compassionate and took good care of our Green Cheek Conure. It was an emergency and we thought he was seriously injured. Looks like he will recover fine. We will be back with him and our dog for routine check ups. Great customer care and service. Thank you!

We had literally just moved into the area and our truck with all our things (including my cats allergy meds) hadn’t arrived. My cat started sneezing a lot. I was so worried it would cause a chest infection (like it did last time) that I called 5 different vets in the area. None would take her until at least 3 days away. Even after explaining the situation. Hollyberry squeezed her in the very next morning! But that wasn’t the only thing that impressed me. The attention to our cat. The customer service. The knowledge. Everything was above the usual! I’m so happy to have found a great vet so quickly. Thank you! 10000% recommend.

After calling so many clinics Holly Berry did not think twice about letting my sick rat come in! They saw her immediately and got her the care she needed and now she’s doing so much better! The Dr was very good at explaining everything to me and the tech was very nice. Would recommend!

Wonderful care for my pup

I have taken both cats and a tortoise to Hollyberry and always received excellent care and compassion from the staff and doctors. I have been pleasantly surprised that with such excellent care they still manage to keep the cost reasonable.

The only place we will take our baby's. We have 6 cats and 3 dogs, and we live 40 miles away. But Dr. Fran is the best, most compassionate, understanding, best trained vet we could find. They know animals

charged way much , even for being at the office I was charged sixty five for having a tiny little puppy. exaggerated price. before they do anything to your animal, ask how much it is , just to be careful. charged almost 600 for my puppy having a stomach ache .

I had a mali uromastix lizard for 15 years. It was mine from the age of 16. When he (grendal) got I'll my husband called hollyberry. Without hesitation they saw us. I was tought how to care for his senior age and I was treated like helping an old lizard is totally normal. Thanks HB.

The only reason this review get 1 star is bc you have yo rate it for a review. I Brought my 5lb chihuahua baby in for somewhat of an emergency visit.... she had been bit by something and her tiny foot was swollen 10 times its size.literraly. They saw me walk in... no one else there.... 5 people working....no one said a word to me for near 5 mins. When I said excuse me I'm standing here, the girl said I saw you. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I left immediately and went to Pets are People on Sunvalley and they were amazing.

Dr Fran & staff are always nice and professional. They really care about your pet, and they're well being, not about how they are going to pay for a new building. I have taken my rabbits, and now my dog there, and again~Dr. Fran is wonderful, and cares about my babies.

Fran and staff have been exceptional in treating all of our animals over the past 13ish years. They all clearly love animals and know what the best course of treatment will be. We have had occasion to bring through 4 dogs & 4 cats over the years. 2 of the dogs went through major surgeries and the team was excellent!!! That's why we have returned with our latest brood of puppies. We look forward to the next years with Hollyberry. I highly recommend them!

In my opinion, Dr. Fran is extremely rude and aggressive. She did not introduce herself or even say “hello” before she began barking orders at me and insulting me. Her language and tone were nothing short of demeaning. Other reviews also echo this same experience, even the “good” reviews. I strongly do not recommend.

Dr. Fran and Staff are awesome! She takes the time and is patient, this woman is gifted. Dr. Fran is the only Vet. Maxwell-the-Poodle likes and is happy to see, I never saw him act like this at a Vet before. Dogs don't lie!
