I have had nothing but great experiences here! The vet, Dr. Ling Iem, was outstanding and very thorough. Her staff was very friendly and patient with my sick dog. I was given very in-depth information and I can tell they are really there to help animals. I’ve been to other vets were all they want is your money, this is not them. I was sent home with even more information as opposed to having to come back for it for another visit. She gave us multiple pricing options and an estimate before going forward with any treatment. As promised, I just received a follow-up call the next day from the vet herself to check in on my Luna. We will always bring our dogs Lily and Luna to see her. First time at this Vet. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring with pets. I decided to start bringing both of my dogs here based on the feedback from others and fantastic first experience

I brought my cat in 3 times, to see 3 different doctors, for a raspy purr, I was told she was overweight, I then brought her to another vet & she was diagnosed with underactive thyroid.

I really love HBAH!! I have two dogs and recently got a puppy and they made her 1st vet visit special. We have been taking our other dog there for years and now the new pup. You would highly recommend them!!!

That female doctor there is as incompetent as they come, as is the manager of this place. She needs to be asking people do they want paper or plastic.

Absolutely love the knowledge, love, and service Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital brings to my cat. The COVID protocols that are currently in place are extremely easy to follow with the curbside assistance and feel like it is no inconvenience to me. They also just got an app that streamlines making appointments and other needs extremely easy.

I love our vet. The staff are wonderful, the vets are knowledgeable, and the appointments can often be made the same day. Ownership of the clinic has changed, but the service hasn't. We are still as happy with the vet as we've ever been.

I absolutely love this practice. We came in on a Saturday with a emergency, and found out our cat had a UT blockage. Over the next week we where back multiple times on his road to recovery and Dr. White and the entire staff was fantastic. Our cat is well on the road to recovery and we will keep seeing Dr.White from here on out.

Dr. Muller has cared for our fur babies for going on ten years. He and his staff are kind and compassionate. He always explains everything to me. I consider it a Privilege to have Dr. Muller care for my dogs. He's just the BEST EVER! We drive from Alabama now because I don't want to change vets for Eli !

Everyone is so friendly and the front office was very accommodating to get me in with my sick kitty, Tucker at the last minute. Dr. White really listens and comes up with different options and routes to go when treating Tucker's asthma. Tina is always friendly when I call with questions and promptly answers any concerns I may have. I like that Dr. White is hands on and follow-up to make sure Tucker is feeling better. There was a very nice vet tech who was able to calm Tucker down as he is a crier when he leaves the house. He actually became calm and quiet as she talked to him. Overall, a great place to take your animals with a very caring staff and vets who go above and beyond.

Brought my dog here without an appointment and was taken care of greatly from start to finish. I was supposed to follow up and unfortunately wasnt able to in a timely manor. But when I went in I again, was taken care of no problems. This vet was recommended from a friend of mine. I also will recommend them to anyone in the area.

We have used Holcomb Bridge Animal hospital for over 30 years! When we moved closer into the Atlanta perimeter, we continued taking our pets back to Roswell to Dr Muller and his team because we trust them. They are a highly qualified group that patiently walks you through each and every issue your pet is dealing with and explains all your options. They are very aware of cost and go to great lengths to cover pricing of meds, tests etc. They treat your pet like you would want your pet treated. To me, the bottom line is, they care. Connie Cobb

The Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital, over the years, has taken excellent care of all of the four legged members of our family. They have been there when we need them and I feel fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and caring team of people available to us.

I have been using Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital for 2 plus years for my cat. My cat had a minor emergency and was told that they were going to close in 45 minutes. Tina was so understanding and told me to come over so the tech could take a look at my cat to see if they could take care of the issue. I made it over to the office in 5 minutes and yes they were able to take care of my cat and send her on her way. Many thanks to Tina for being so understanding and helping me out. I will continue to use Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital for all my cats needs.

Our dog was seen by HB Animal Hospital since we got him at 1 yr old until his passing a few weeks at 11 yrs. Our dog had special needs. He had lung and partially collapsed airway issues. For the first four yrs or so, Dr. Muller saw him on a regular basis and was great with understanding his needs. I guess as part of his partial retirement, and without even consulting me, he passed my dog on to what I felt was a much lesser qualified veterinarian, and certainly much worse communication skills, the changes were subtle at first, but as my dog aged and his illnesses and and arthritis progressed, he needed much more attention and expensive medications. The veterinarian now in charge could rarely get the medication counts correct. At times, we would get as little as a 15 day supply with no refills, to other times 30 day supplies with 4 refills. This happened with the many medications he was on for a number of years. I would have switched veterinarians had it not been for his special needs and deteriorating health. When I would bring him in for check ups, you could see she clearly wanted no part of me. Finally, as recently as four months ago during his physical, she wanted to do a complete overhaul of his medications including putting him on dementia medications. She was suggesting he had it as a result of his panting heavily at night and being nervous. But, all she had to do is look through his file and she would have been able to tell the night panting was an issue since the day we got him. He was on Xanax for that, and it was working fine. All we wanted to do was keep him going as is and not adjust medications on a dog that we knew only had months to live. Finally, when they called me a few months ago to get bloodwork for one of the medications he was on or they would not write any more prescriptions for him (I took it as a subtle threat), has I asked the clerk at the front desk how much it was going to cost, she said about $50. The bill ended up being around $300. I was frustrated, and it didn’t sit well with me. Should I get anymore pets, I certainly wouldn’t take them to Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital.

I would highly recommend this Animal Hospital! I had to bring my chihuahua in last minute for an emergency and my regular vet could not fit me in. They accommodated us and gave my dog a thorough exam. They were professional and I also appreciate that they were conservative in their testing and pricing! They have definitely want a new client here.
