INCREDIBLE! Nicole is a rare breed. She has so much knowledge and experience she will ruin you for anyone else! I even drove to her when I moved out of state! I recently asked about my pups teeth, which looked like they were decaying.. it really scared me. Then Nicole surprised me again with her level of knowledge and when I came back, it was GONE! I couldn’t believe it! Thank you so much Nicole! I live in downtown and literally even thought about finding a house in Roswell because of you! Lol

Bongo loves Club K9 and Nicole! A consistently good groomer is hard to find and we are so pleased with our experience at Club K9. Nicole spends time explaining Bongo’s coat and how to best care for it. Just look how stinkin’ cute he was after his last appointment!

Sawyer has always been a dog so beyond afraid of the groomers due to traumatic experiences until NOW... Nicole puts her heart into the work she does and she has such expertise when it comes to animals. Not only does she do an amazing groom but she always makes sure to make him so comfortable and took the time to gain his trust in the process. After two years of me sending him to groomers who could not use the dryer in him due to the fact he would get way to scared and become aggressive with the dryer she has made him so happy during grooming he doesn’t even mind the dryer at all! My family HIGHLY recommends Nicole and club K9! Thank you for loving our fur baby!

I will not be bringing my dogs here anymore. I considered myself a great returning customer, and I was not treated as such this last time. I have a newborn during a pandemic and accidentally forgot an appointment I made. She replaced my spot and still charged me half. HALF. I get there should be a fee but not half of her already expensive rates. On top of that, Nicole *yet again* did not pull the hair out of my dog’s ears. She has a tendency to get yeast in her ears due to the hair. I made this very clear to her several times. I am over it. Never again will I bring my dogs here!

Terrible experience . I had to take my dog straight to the vet after leaving the salon. She was hyper ventilating and was stressed out. Nicole also lied to me about the experience. Never will go back again! My dog has been groomed for years and I have never had this experience anyplace. Terrible!

This woman is one in a billion! I feel so lucky to have randomly found her! 8 months of the worst groomers you can imagine, to a champion show groomer! When I move.. I will literally fly back here once a month before I let anyone else touch my poodle. Thank you Nicole (the Magician ????)

Went to K9 World today to get my baby groomed for the first time professionally. Nicole was amazing she was so personable and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted for my pup. She did an amazing job he looked awesome, smelled great, and was as fluffy as a cotton ball. I will continue to go to K9 World from now on; I couldn't have found a more perfect fit for my baby and I.
