We purchased an awesome starter kit for 4 little rats we got our children for Christmas. It had everything we needed despite of ha inf little knowledge of rodent care.

Great place, I'd never been before but I was surprised with all the variety of products and of course the pets. Totally amazed with the cats variety, I almost got two of them. The lady who attended us was really kind and professional. I obtained all the information I needed. My daughter was astonished with the cats, totally in love. Definitely recommended it, and coming back soon to adopt a pet!

Morgan did a fantastic job today on grooming our Golden Doodle today! This is the 3rd time we’ve gone there and we are always pleased with the service!!

Has everything you need except a pet hotel.

Had my dog groomed last week. New groomer I had never had. She began by reading me all the notes that had been posted about my dog. She told me how hard it had been to groom her. That she tried to bite at the groomers. I could go on and on. None of the groomers had ever told me this about my dog. She weighs 15 pounds. She was very curt and rude. I almost took my dog and left, but she really needed a hair cut. She told me to come back at 8 and I did. Not ready which again made me mad. Then when I did pick her up she cut her like a schnauzer and she was an Aussiedoodle. Why on earth didn’t she look on her chart like she had previously or called me. . She looked ridiculous. Her name was Amy. That was my last trip to her and pet smart.

It was ok, not spectacular service, but convenient.

My dog could not be groomed because of the location being over booked even though I waited 3 weeks for my dog to be groomed! I waited in line 20 minutes to get my dog checked in! The groomer Amy called me 10 minutes after I left saying she could not groom my dog because he was too worked up! I live across town and had to drive 20 mins to get to that pet-smart. My dog has been in this location before and did not give any problems! He has also been to other groomers and did not give problems! I believe it was because this pet-smart was so booked they were trying to give any reason to not groom dogs! I did not appreciate the way my dog was treated! If they were not willing to take in any more appointments then why let people book them online only!

The only Pet Smart location that shaves cats. Nice job.Thanks.

Great staff in the grooming department. Every staff member throughout the store was friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better place to have Zoey groomed.

Every time I come here the employees are so nice and helpful. I get my dogs groomed here by Cindy A. She’s so patient and loving with them. My dogs also get seen by the vets at the Banfield in this store. They are also so loving and patient with my dogs. Highly recommend this location for all of your pet needs.

Associate's were attentive and welcoming. Would have liked to see a greater selection of critters since half the enclosures were empty though.

Staff wore masks and enforced all social distancing rules. They had hand sanitizer at all checkout and the staff were very friendly.

Knowledgeable and friendly employees. They are always willing to answer questions and give advice.

I walked in to buy some crickets, the place was clean and the employees seemed busy but no one helped me so I just got some crickets myself most of them were dead already..I notice most stores don't really take care of the cricket section it's hard to handle. I appreciate the guy at the register he was quick!

Went in today and saw that no store employee, at least that I saw, was wearing a mask or gloves. As masks are primarily for the protection of those around you, this policy seems unhealthy and uncaring toward other employees and customers, especially as you can’t stand 6 feet away from the cashier while checking out. When I mentioned wearing masks to the cashier, she responded that it wasn’t required. That’s not the point - it’s more responsible, at least in my view.

The staff at the this location are always helpful. I notice they always open more registers when lines get busy which is nice. It is nice to see the little critters and cats back on display.

I have purchased fish in 3 diff6 locations... a lot of dead fihf in the poorly maintained aquariums. I spent over $70.00 all died...and this bacteria killed all my other fish that i had for over a year and brought from Florida 6 mon6 ago...very dissapointed and sad. FYI i ve had aquariums forover 2 decades...I. not a newbie.

Rude cashier. The price of the litter that I was buying indicated buy three, get one free. The cashier did not believe me. I asked her to go back and check. She supposedly went back, told me that I was wrong, and still didn't correct the price. A manager standing nearby confirmed what I had stated earlier & told her to correct the price. She never apologized.

Love that this essential service is back open and have options that best suit your needs to keep you protected during these times. You can feel very comfortable bringing your four-legged best friend in for a much needed groom.
