When Toni's moved a while back I tried a couple other groomers but I was just left wanting my Toni's back! When I moved I found out she was just around the corner from me and I'm so pleased me and my Daisy have them back.

Mrs. Toni has been our groomer for over 10 years. She does such an amazing job on all our girls.

Our lab was in need of a good shave-down, she's a big shedder. After reading the fabulous reviews here, we decided to give it a try. When my husband picked her up that evening, our dog was nice and shaved down except for her tail, because of "sensitive skin" there? By the time I got home to see the dog, it was too late to bring her back. I moved on, because it's whatever, she can look weird with an ungroomed tail for a few weeks, it's not a big deal. My vet tech friend came over a few days later and was cuddling with our dog. My friend comments on her groom, then asks, "Why did they trim her whiskers?" We looked closer, and sure enough, her whiskers had been trimmed. That's completely unacceptable to me, especially since our dog is a senior dog. I also found it strange that we were not asked for any proof of vaccinations. Does that mean they allow unvaccinated dogs to go there? We won't be bringing her back.

We had a terrible experience here. They did not give our dogs the cuts requested. They took 3 times longer than promised. When we made the appointment we told them we had an engagement and needed an appointment. When we went to pick our dogs up they were not even started. They had been crated all day. When I brought up the conversation and appointment I was told they don’t make appointments. The employees were very rude about the whole thing.

Not Good at all. I took my little dog there several times and it always took too long. The LAST time we took her at 11am. Since we hadn’t gotten a call, we went at 5pm hoping to pick her up. She still wasn’t done. Then they called at 5:30p to say she was ready. They were anxious to leave and made that known! It took them 6-1/2 hrs, and she had been there for a total of 7 hrs. I asked if she was able to go to the bathroom? The girl said “well, she didn’t go in the crate.” What? You didn’t even let my dog relieve herself outside?! We won’t put our pup through that again!

Very reasonable prices, they took good care of my pup. When I picked him up his coat was amazingly soft and he had a festive neckerchief. Awesome people here.

Toni's Grooming is the only place we trusted with our toy poodle, Ming. Toni and her staff are professional, kind and compassionate toward the dogs in their care. Toni treats them just like they are her own! We have tried other groomers in the past but they just didn't give the level of care or expertise that we found at Toni's Grooming. From the call for the appointment to the pick-up, the experience is always awesome. Our Ming seems to trust Toni and her staff too which has been a problem for us in the past. We feel like she is treated top notch because she is stress free about going for her grooming now which was a problem for her at other groomers. We highly recommend Toni's Grooming for all the dogs in your family! Thanks Toni!
