Front desk is always helpful. This is where I take all my pets. Great staff.

Vets are awesome but the ladies at the front running the desk are the rudest people you could ever deal with. Time for me to be finding a new vet instead of having to deal with them again.

My dog Piper Has had trouble with mouth ulcers and Dr. Barry has been very patient with us and doing everything he can to take care of my little girl

This Veterinarian office comes highly recommended from our family. We have had our yorkie here several years now. One visit was very critical and they were able to help save our Zeke. We will forever be grateful!

They are too busy for emergency care for your pet. My dog hurt her leg and they were unable to “give”her an appointment. The person answering the phone was very rude and did not offer any solution. We have been taking our dog there for years and obviously they are more concerned with making money than caring for animals.

I enjoy this vet office. They always remember my dog by name and face. They are transparent about pricing and have good "kennel side manner."

We had a house fire in Nov 2020. We lost some of our four legged. Our cat Purdy came out of the wood line 2 days later and we rush to the vet. They were great took her right in. These vets went out of the norm to take care of her as well as us. Thank you. Ms Purdy is great & has had 4 kittens .....and moving around like she never had the fire effect her. Also just as loving.

The care my dogs have received has been outstanding; however, the absurdity retaining of the Covid protocols post vaccine is ridiculous. It took me over half an hour to pick up heart worm medicine for my 3 dogs and when I got home I discovered the order was filled wrong. So much for doing business in a parking lot. If these protocols are still in place at my next visit I'll be looking for a new vet.

There was a slight issue with boarding for my dog but Jess was quick to get my situation fixed and I’m so grateful!

Pepper really enjoyed her visit and liked the young lady helping us. We are new to SC so it was nice to see that Pepper was calm and comfortable on her 1st visit. Usually it takes time for her to warm up to people. The Vet explained everything and they weren't rushing me out of there.

Love the way you guys are handling your appts during this time. The prompt service when you pull up is really good. It's not bad having your pet cared for while you're waiting in the car and they also handle medications and shots from your car as well. Two thumbs up!

I won't take my animals any place else. The office staff is friendly & caring. I've seen them remember your animal's name at first sight. It is truly a wonderful caring environment.

I've been bringing my two dogs to Dr. Santos for almost a year now, and they legitimately enjoy coming to the vet. I previously went to Aiken Veterinary Clinic but I had several mediocre experiences with staff there and I really disliked their appointment scheduling system (they never answer phones, you have to leave a message and they call you back, if you miss them it starts all over). Anyway, I've had nothing but positive interactions with Dr. Santos and the techs at Veterinary Healthcare Associates and they've always been extremely accommodating. I'm moving out of state soon so I won't be able to continue coming, but I just want to stay thanks to the awesome people here!

Ok edit my post. Been going there since it dr shrock and his wife. Idk what happened but theY H ave heartless workers at the front desk and rude. I called for question about medicine just rude. My friend who also went for years called because their dog was sick and bad off at mid day around 2:00. Told them they could not work her in to take her somewhere else. I'll never go back there again PERIOD!! I HOPE DR SHROCK WILL SEE THIS AND POSSIBLY HENLEY. Need someone there with compassion. Good way to loose a lot of clients
