Brad the manager is the most rude and disrespectful man I have ever encountered. I took my dog to be groomed today and got told that he couldn’t be groomed due to having heart worms. Normally I’d understand except for the fact that he’s been getting groomed there for months and they’ve known about him having heartworms. They go to get the manager to talk to me and he comes in and puts his finger in my face and says “we’re not grooming him you can leave now” he was so aggressive my dog got up and in a defensive position in front of me. I will NEVER go back and will be calling corporate to file a formal complaint.

So I bought the 25 count superworms large. Got home and counted them. There's only 15 in the cup. I've had a feeling for a long time that they never actually had the full amount in them and decided to count them. Turns out apparently whoever they buy these from have been shorting the cups for years and ripping people off.

Nice store slot to choose easy to find things good customer service

The experience was awesome, even though they were closed they still allowed me to browse and find some items that I needed. The young lady that was there was very knowledgeable and aware of this market place. I recommend this place to anyone who need pet care.

HELLO, why do y'all not carry ChomChoms or DELOMO Pet Hair Remover Rollers?? It blows my mind that y'all don't because those two hair removal tools work better than any lint roller or any other hair removal product on the market!!!

A bit expensive, but overall a good store that has more options than Walmart, or Target for specialty pet items.

Always got what I need for my animals at great prices compared to a lot of other animal stores.

They're always helpful, clean and well stocked. They price match which is a pocket saver. Kitty and Amelia know me when I come in and inquire about by pets and children.

Took my son's dog, Hurley to be groomed. They did a wonderful job! He was very happy when I came to pick him up. He looked and smelled amazing!

The animals (dragons )to many in one aquarium, the beta fish where living in green containers, and 7 of them where dead.

Not worth the visit. I drove all the way into town, because Petsmarts website says that it carries the full line of PetLabCo products. I drove to the North Augusta store, and even called the Augusta Ga store. Each store carries one thing. Puppy Supplement milk. The attendant nicely told me that it's probably on the online store. Well, I can get it from PetLabCo online. But your website says that y'all carry the full line, it doesn't say strictly online. But I will order it thru PetLabCo. I'll never go to Petsmart again.
