Small store. Staff was nice, but not ideal if you have a wide variety of pet needs.

This place sold tainted dog food. I bought 2 bags of my normal dog food from here. They confirmed my number and name and proceeded the transaction, i got home and opened the food to feed my dogs and their were maggots and flies in the bag. I returned the following day to return the item they suddenly "can't find my account" the the same number i have been purchasing with for Months. I thought it was weird when I didn't getan email receipt. do not shop here!

They had what I needed but, as myself and another guy were walking in .....the girl stood right at the door, looked us in the faces, and said nothing. The customer service is really lacking in this state of Georgia. How do you not speak to the customers coming in the door, while you're standing right there? Sheesh! Then she had to nerve to dump my cans into a bag, when everyone else sits them in so that stand upright. Smh! If they only cared a little bit my God.

I can't pass by without stopping. This location have everything I need for my kitty - and support is there if you look closely.

Everything I come here I have to request that my points be used toward my purchase once I have enough accumulated yet I watch those same cashiers ask other customers if they would like to use their points toward purchases without being asked constantly. This has been going in for 2 years. I don't know if it's because of my skin color or what, but I dislike coming here and if there was other choices nearby I would go else where.

did not like my experience here at all, for grooming. I would NOT recommend. the drop off was fine but pick up was not a pleasant experience. the lady April, who groomed my dog was, in my eyes, not professional with her choice of words when explaining how my dog did during her groom. not only did she come out rude but she spoke down on my dog for not sitting still during her cut....? She’s a dog? hello. only came here once and will NOT recommend nor come again for grooming.

Staff were wonderful! One of them probably took 10 minutes to discuss fish with our 7 year old (who had many questions) and the different things needed to properly care for the.

It wasn't crowded in the afternoon. And I was able to get in and out Quickly.

Pet Smart At Perimeter Center West has a great selection of cat and bird foods. Their Furkids adoption is great.

No lines. Conveniently near my home.

Very disappointed in the service I received today from grooming. The manager was nice and waived the costs, but my dog smelled bad and had a botched haircut when I returned to pick him up. It’s very disappointing as I have been coming there many years and this has never happened before. Not sure that I will be returning,

Had my 2 dogs groomed. Associates were very nice and loving towards my nervous babies. They did a good job trimming my dogs nails and cleaning their teeth.

Couldn't find any staff to help me with my shopping.

I Love PetSmart. They are very smart and helpful. I found everything that I need . They store it clean. I would definitely recommend PetSmart to everyone.

I went to pet smart asking for emergency services and my cat was wheezing with air in his lungs they would rather worry about me paying for his ears to be cleaned for 165.00 then examine him for breathing so bad ,he dead the next day .they don't care about cats ,the store is only about getting money, not what your animal needs to do to servive

Didn’t see any employees when we went inside even when shopping which was odd but luckily they had a wide variety of health maintenance for felines. They had so much more products in this section compared to Petco where I went to first. Be sure to check online prices since Petsmart price matches!

I always find a new toy or treat for my little dog. This time I found a cute little crunchy and squeaky toy in a spring time theme.

Employees are very helpful and customer oriented. They carry a wonderful variety of food for many types of pets as well as toys, collars, harnesses and leashes. They also carry products to address different issues for dogs and cats, such as anxiety, stomach, scratch repellent, carpet cleaning for stubborn urine stains, etc.

Fine large variety of food, but not water filters for kitties. Staff is friendly and its clean.

We usually don’t go into the store when we need something from PetSmart- we get it online or curbside. My youngest son wanted a fish so we decided to go in and take a look at some- we only have dogs so we didn’t really know where to start. Kris, an amazing employee that works at this Peachtree Corners location, was SO great and showed us everything we needed to get started with our new Betta fish. She went over and beyond just answering our questions- she went around the store to get everything for us! We were so amazed at how great she was to us and we will definitely be back! The cashier, on the other hand, wasn’t the best or the friendliest but Kris made up for her in every way. Visit this location and ask for Kris if you want great customer service!
