Service is getting slower and slower. And they have tons of animals going there and honestly just like everything within the perimeter trying to get you in quickly and get you out quickly.

I have been visiting thia vet for years, I stayed with them after my dog passed, and I eventually adopted another and brought him here. I get his nails trimmed just to provide business, when i could do it myself. I feel they try to pressure me to pay for things i don't need when i can tell just by lookin that it is infected. I apply coconut oil and it goes away. I did not need labs or tests to tell me my dog had a superficial infection. On my last visit I wanted to get some flea preventatives, but they wanted to sell me an extra pill because he was 105 lbs, and the pill is dosed for 100lbs of dog. they had his weight for months, and on previous visits they overlooked his weight and only sold me the one for 100lbs. Granted when they discovered his weight many months ago, i willingly paid for the extra pill. I would of course listen to the advice of the professional... But this is a practice... And i have been practicing for at least 3 months with only the 100lb dose of flea meds. I communicated on the phone prior to my visit that i was not going to buy the extra pill, and why? Because it has been workin just fine and maybe my dog lost weight since ive been focused on it. Tyvm for reading. Go somewhere else.

Moved to the Peachtree Corners area 8 years ago and after having my Boxer with Banfield for the 10 years prior, I switched to PCAC (8 yrs ago) - so glad that I did! They have late hours and are open on weekends. Clean, friendly, & professional! Great place all the way around! Especially, Dr. Jackson...though she is no longer with the practice. ☹️ ... 5 stars for sure!

They do a good job and they are friendly. Only problem is the prices of grooming. It seems to vary every time. I never know what I'm paying for, but the service is fine.

Hands down, the best veterinarian I've taken my pets to. They got us in right away and were very kind and respectful to my very scared, anxious dog. They took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly. Will definitely be back!

I've been using this very for years even after leaving the neighborhood. Best the vet with affordable pricing and they don't force you into unnecessary procedures. The vet techs love animals and are amazing.

Very friendly staff and vets. My cat is terrible with strangers and they did an excellent job with keeping him calm during our visit. In and out with no problems.

Nothing but good things to say about this clinic. They take care of my babies and provide me with great customer service, friendly demeanors and valuable information to educate me on my puppy's conditions and how to treat.

This clinic only cares about moving their inventory. I have taken my pet there twice for a skin infection, and instead of helping me figure out what is causing this to reoccur, they insisted I give him more meds and use their shampoo and ointments. I recently made an appointment specifically to get an allergy test done, and the doctors recommended against it, then proceeded to prescribe my pet steroids. She claimed the allergy test wouldn’t be “accurate.” Not to mention, she only refers to ONE animal dermatologist; and it just so happens to be the same institution where she got her veterinarian degree from. Coincidence? I think not, she wanted to earn a referral fee. We will never return. Banfield pet hospital is where my pet belongs.

The staff at Peachtree Corners Animal Clinic is so caring and knowledgeable. We have taken our fur babies to them for years and feel they are well taken care of.

The office looks pretty clean and organized! The front desk team is nice and professional ???? My puppy was excited to be there!!

This has been our vet (two dogs, one cat) for the past 14 years and we've always been pleased. They are very caring and thorough with explanations of what's going on with your pet. When we had to put down a beloved pet, they showed compassion and support as well as making arrangement for the ashes. Highly recommended!

The staff here genuinely care about your animal's health; it shows in their service, smiles, and customer service! They are communivative, encouraging, and knowledgeable. If you are searching for a vet that makes your pet feel at home - this is the place!

We come to this vet whenever our cat Jinx needs anything. All the employees are super friendly and we really appreciate the care we receive here!

Horrendous treatment. I have been coming to Peachtree Corners Animal Clinic for a few years. I live close by so brought my pets here for required shots, medical appointments, and also had to have a very sick elderly cat euthanized (who we had had on medication and regular visits for a couple years prior). I had two bad experiences here -- the first being a negligent situation when I boarded my dog here for one week-end. I made a mental note to myself to just not ever board there again. The second situation resulted in the death of my 9 1/2 year old cat (my cats have lived to at least 17). I requested an urgent appointment on the 7th and was told they couldn't see him. I asked why not since they were clearly open. The person answering the phone said they could not see him until the 16th. I explained I was in their system and that my cat was lethargic and becoming ill and I really needed an appointment. She just nonchalantly said they couldn't see him -- No response on my saying I really needed him seen. No recommendation on where I should take him since they wouldn't. No concern at all. I was upset and said I didn't understand. How could they tell me to wait 9 days? Again, no answer. Terrible training for whoever was answering the phone. I had to wait a day and then took my cat to Wellpet Humane a day later. Long story short -- I then took him to Blue Pearl Veterinary Hospital where he was in ICU for three days - started to get better, but crashed and died on the 12th. My neighbor in the Neely Farm area also just had a terrible experience at PCAC but was fortunate that when she then took her dog to Veterinary Medical Clinic in Alpharetta, they were able to save him. I honestly do not want anyone else to go through this kind of pain. I understand Covid has caused issues and that people are not allowed to come into the lobby, but these situations have nothing to do with that. If you just want a clinic where you pay for necessary shots, then I guess this place suffices. But if you are looking for an ongoing, responsible resource for your pets, I sincerely and truly would not recommend coming here.

I picked up my new Angels Among Us foster today. She's a sweet Chi Beagle mix. PTC Animal Hospital staff is the best. They're always friendly and helpful. I love their long hours on the weekend, especially Saturday afternoons. They go above and beyond to help with your animals.

Really lovely staff there. I actually was servicing their location from my business (Budget Blinds) and ended up adopting a rescue kitty! I love that they have rescues featured in their waiting area, this was how my husband fell in love with our new baby Scout. I have returned for one follow up visit and it was quick and efficient service.

They are always my go-to for all of my pets. The staff are so friendly and they really make you feel like family.

Found a lost dog and they helped me get him back home - really special staff here who care.

After this evening, 5 stars! Charlei has been here a couple times & today I was freaking out because she hurt herself & I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Dropped her off this morning, due to them being so busy I didn’t get her back til closing. But they called, were detailed & let me know how she was doing when I called & asked. The fact that Charlei turned around to the technician (Nichole?) gave her a kiss & practically thanked her let’s me know this clinic stands out from the rest. Patient & kind, very fairly priced as well. Thank you!

They were exceptional. Monica from the office even called back the next day, on a Saturday (!), to see how our dog was doing. I highly recommend them.

Jackson has been going to the vets at Peachtree Corners Animal Clinic and we have never been disappointed. They staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and Jackson loves them! They provide courtesy calls after he has procedures or shots just to check in and see how he’s doing which I think is really sweet. The app they have also makes it easy to request appointments or medications. They’re also always available for questions, which for me helps a lot because I always have questions to make sure Jackson is the happiest and healthiest pup he can be. Highly recommend!

They Cancel Appointments As They See Fit & Forget To Put You On Yhe Schedule When Trying To Book Appointments!

I've been taking my 3 cats here since I moved up about 4 years ago. The entire staff, vets and techs are some of the most wonderful and helpful people. We refuse to go anywhere else and I will always recommend anyone to come here. You won't find a better place. Super accommodating and fair pricing (multi pet discounts!!). We LOVE this place
