I visited HRA for the first time on New Years Eve. I drove a little over 2hrs and when I pulled in the parking lot I just shook my head thinking I may have made a mistake. They were packed! I had a 245 surgical AI appt. Soon as I walked in the staff was very welcoming, the other customers were extremely nice, and the place was clean! I was told to go ahead and bring in my female. Star walked right in and was very welcoming of the staff, as they were of her as well. She is a large black Cane Corso and they didn't blink an eye. (To rewind to earlier in the week, Dr Bob had returned a call to me after he was done with clinic for the day. I unfortunately missed the call, but he even left his cell number incase it was an urgent question! I didn't call him back that night as it was not of urgency) The staff reviewed all the paperwork with me, more than once.. and told me to be back in about an hour and half. Off to mingle I went, within 20mins the clinic called my phone, that actually made me panic. Dr Bob himself called me to discuss the plans for Star and even some better options. And invited me back to be a part of it with my girl. The clinic was referred to me by another breeder and I am very grateful for the referral! The entire staff seemed to go above and beyond, care about the best interest for the animal they are treating and don't mind educating the client as well. HRA will always be my choice for reproductive services from this day forward. Thank you all!!

Friendly and courteous staff. No one was practicing COVID-19 safety protocol though.

This facility has been my go to or all my pups. It it conviently locate off the main road with plenty of parking.

I would have to say that this was the best experience I've had yet as far as the customer service, and quality service. They made me feel as though my dog was the most important part of the day. The professionalism of asking for a picture and getting it and a video was topnotch. Before I run out of room for compliments I would just like to say Loved my experience there, and I"LL BE BACK!! Heard amazing reviews about the repro side. So far have not been disappointed with Dr. Bob. Very respectful and took time to talk over different options, even answered extra questions I had.

Well worth the 2.5 hour drive for them to see my Danes!!! Love them already.

They provide excellent service . You have the option for them to come get your from your car for you which i think is neat . Also, it’s efficient and in a timely manner . Oh and how can i forget coco get excited every time she comes back with the employees and furry friends.

Mom take her dog here, i haf to pick up a prescription for the dog. They brought it out to the car. Very convenient and friendly.

I have been taking Tyson and Batman to Dr. Bob and love him. Going through a tough time with Batman and Dr. Bob has been nothing but caring and helpful. Secretary and nurses have always been so kind and helpful. Thank you to all. Sandy ,Tyson and Batman

Decent pricing and they love animals

BEWARE!! Severe Kennel Cough after boarding my dog with this company. They said they give them a bath on the last day of there stay. When I picked him up he smelled terrible. They won’t let you inside the building due to “covid restrictions”.

We brought a litter of puppies for crop and it was not a good experience. One of the puppies died a few days after surgery. Little concern was shown. Our normal vet who has been doing crops since 2016 never had an Issue with puppies always alert and happy after surgery. Also the stitch job was poor, the crop looked good. The pain meds used also are not considered safe for Dobermans with the mdr1 gene, while mine do not carry the gene the lack of information prior could have been even more detrimental. Even after revisit the next day puppy was not doing well they did not offer to do anything to help. I returned the next day and requested exam, and to look at my puppy and diagnose and was told "sorry". This clinic seems to lack protocols in ensuring each animal is checked prior to surgery. It was later determined puppies had a parasite before surgery, I do not understand why a fecal was not done prior to surgery to ensure puppies were tip top, they were AT A VET CLINIC after all. The lack of accountability, compassion, communication is just poor. R.i.p to my sweet lil man, we should have used our normal vet. ????

This facility came highly recommended. I felt secure in knowing that the staff here would care for my puppy the best way they know how. I will be returning!

Our experience here was absolutely incredible! After a horrendous display of unprofessionalism at Cliffton Animal Hospital by the owner and main doctor, we were at a loss on where to go for our pets medical care. We called around and found Hamby, the staff understood our dilemma and were willing to get us an appointment with them for services. When we arrived (1hr 20min away from where we live) we were expecting to be treated the same as we were at Cliffton, we were happily surprised! Dr Siwicki was incredible and patient! We watched as he came out and spoke to other clients waiting for their pets and was respectful and very informative. The staff also seemed very happy and super apologetic (they were busier than usual) about the wait times, which wasn't bad at all! The office was beautiful, clean, and smelled nice! We had a long day at their clinic and they never made us feel unwelcome or that our questions were inconvenient. We are new to Georgia and all of our vet experiences so far have just been subpar, we are delighted to say that we will be making this clinic our primary vet and will happily drive the 1.5 hours to get here!

Everyone on staff is so friendly and informative! We got our bully’s ears cropped here and couldn’t be happier with the entire process and look. Also, if you’re a local breeder this is the place to go! They’re experts at it all.

Hamby rd animal hospital rescued my dog from Greenbrier animal hospital they are the worst place I have ever taken any dog of mine.

I have owned working breed dogs for over 50 years. We have lived in a few different areas and used several great vets. Hamby Road vets and staff are above and beyond great. Take your animal to them. You will be glad you did. Dr George Tomes

I take my dogs to see Dr.Ana. She is very caring and insightful. The techs that have handled my dobermans where all sweet and helpful! Front desk workers get an A+ from me! You can always tell they have a smile on the other end of that phone call!

Dr Dee has been wonderful helping me with my dog's diabetes and attempting to get this regulated. We are into week 2 but I am understanding this more and more because of her guidance. My girl is doing much better because of the care of Dr Dee and the techs.

Great service. They were able to fix the bad ear crop another vet had very poorly done. The stitches are very clean and he has no sores or bleeding. Our Cane Corso now looks exactly how his breed is supposed to look!
